Parsons' Florist is absolutely incredible. We went there for our wedding bouquets and flowers, and everything from start to finish was smooth, easy and a lot of fun. Chris sat down with us, went over our budget, what we wanted, and helped us pick out the perfect accents to our perfect day, and kept it under budget! The flowers were amazing and beautiful, and arrived on time in perfect condition. I would recommend Parsons' Florist to anyone looking for flowers for any occasion. You won't find better service, stronger passion and a more dedicated team!

Parsons' Florist delivered flowers on behalf of my mom from Wisconsin USA to her friend in Canada. Her friend was so very pleased and said the flowers were gorgeous. My mom is 93 and the thank you call she received absolutely made her day. Parsons' called the recipient to be certain she would be home as she lives several miles outside Orangeville.. As it happened the recipient was going to the village, so she said she would pick them up; Parsons' voluntarily added additional flowers in lieu of the delivery charge. They did all of this from a last minute order on Feb. 13th; so good marks for pleasant and efficient service, as well.

I used Parsons florist for my wedding this past September. They were a pleasure to work with! I consider myself to be quite an indecisive person but Parsons helped me create my vision and go beyond what I could have hoped. The flowers on the day of were like from a dream. My bridesmaids and I were in love, and the boutonniers and corsages were a beautiful touch. I have received endless compliments on the florals on the day of as well as from those who see the photos. Chris was a pleasure to work with and she kept me involved throughout the whole process, ensuring I was happy with the final product! It's the first time for me to try this organization. The website and policy is not clear. Also, customer service are not patient, and the the good reviews are from the receivers and not from senders! I am a sender of a recent delivery. I was understanding from the website that there was free delivery in the area as the receiver. I contacted them and they said I have to pay $28 if the delivery was outside of the area where I ordered. Since I wanted to make a delivery in Orangeville, I called the branch in Orangeville so my delivery would be free. I didn't want to contact the receiver because I wanted it to be surprise. The organization would not leave the flowers at the door because they want to make sure the receiver got the flowers, so I paid for delivery of $14. The organization called the receiver to pick up the flowers, and the receiver took 2 days to pick up the flowers based on their availability. The organization policy would not allow a refund or to save the $14 for my next order. They said they added additional flowers without my permission and without any proof. I asked for the organization to track my delivery and keep me updated, but they didn't. I had to call them today and they said the receiver picked up the flowers yesterday. They do not respect senders or try to make them happy.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for a friend of my mom. The recipients were delighted with it and forwarded a photo. Parsons did a spectacular job on an order a couple of years ago so I did not hesitate to call again: nice people, great service, and a gorgeous product. What more can one ask? This is a five star business that has earned my trust. I am not related, live in the States, and this is the only five star rating I have given this year.

I would like to give my sincerest Thank You to Parsons' Florist. My grandparents anniversary was the 21st of June. A week prior I made a terrible mistake and ordered a 'Love and Laughter' bouquet from Bloomex Canada. The morning of not only did the wrong bouquet show up, it came as a box of dead flowers. It was terrible. I wanted to remedy that mistake. I called Parsons' Florist at eleven am that morning, expecting to place an order to be delivered the following day. To my surprise, upon learning my grandparents location, they were able to deliver a real 'Love and Laughter' bouquet (with some added yellow flowers) by three thirty that day. I was overjoyed with the service I got from this business. It was not only professional, courteous and efficient, it came with some kindness and compassion I needed in that moment. So once again I highly recommend Parsons' Florist and thank you so much for your help that day. Take care.

Chris was incredible! We were over the moon with the flowers at our wedding in June 2019; she really made the whole vision come to life so beautifully. She was warm, positive and so delightful to work with from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Chris and her team more; they went above and beyond with our wedding. Many , many thanks to Chris and her staff. Parsons provided the flowers for my daughter's wedding 2 weeks ago which were absolutely beautiful. We were recommend to Parsons from a bakery in Orangeville. We went to Parsons with a vision in mind and Chris totally transformed our vision into something much better. The first day we met. Chris she put together a flower arrangement and took the time to describe in detail a floral decor for my daughter's wedding that blew our minds. On the spot we decided to go with Parsons. 3 days before the wedding Chris contacted my daughter to let her know the original flowers were not being shipped to Canada because of issues from the country the flowers were coming from. Right away Chris came up with a plan b. I'm happy to say plan b worked out a lot better than originally planned. My daughter was even more pleased with the new flowers. The day of the wedding flowers were delivered to hotel on time and Chris and her staff did a great job setting up the reception hall. We were very pleased with the floral decor as well as our guest. They did such a great job so much so that the staff at the location requested Parsons' contact number. Chris is very professional, patient, enthusiastic, passionate and creative. Thank you Parsons for your special touch on my daughter's wedding!

2021 Valentine's Day marks my third year using Parson's Florist. As always, the customer service and attention to detailed planning remains five star. Previously, the quality of roses was outstanding - a long stem bunch appear fresh as the day they were received two weeks after date of delivery. That changed this year - the roses wilted and darkened two days after receipt. This is disappointing when considering previous experience. As much as I appreciate the service, I will have to reconsider my next flower purchase based on price point against quality.

Parsons provides beautiful quality flowers, and they are kind and accommodating. One thing I must say though, is that you really should not be contacting the person receiving the flowers. I ordered flowers from Parsons to be delivered to Caledon (which they kindly Accomodated since I didn't like the florist in Bolton), but called my sister at work multiple times to make sure she was there (I think this is also inappropriate). This really takes the surprise out of receiving a flower delivery for the person receiving them, and disappointing this is the way they operate. I do understand someone needs to be there to receive the order, but if you are sending them to a work place during work hours, you can be sure someone will receive them on her behalf if need be. Going forward, Parsons should really keep this in mind, as I was quite disappointed that my sisters surprise delivery was ruined with a phone call to let her know she would be receiving flowers.

I placed a last minute order on a Friday after business hours for next day delivery. Parson's called me the next day to confirm my order and to let me know they were upgrading the vessel on my order due to some issues with the regular one. Very thoughtful and appreciated! The flowers arrived next day as ordered and I was sent a picture. They are absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for such wonderful service and a beautiful arrangement!

Our experience with Parsons was amazing. We were ordering for a funeral, and my mother in law was struggling with what she wanted. The sales staff was very patient and compassionate - spending lots of time with us, giving us lots of options and really listening to what my mother in law wanted. We entered close to the end of day on a Sat and we still never felt rushed. And the flowers were beautiful - even better than expected. Highly recommend!!

I purchased 2 arrangements from two different flower shops,1st picture was 20.00 more then 2nd picture, Parsons was 20.00 more for just flowers a vase,delivery.Forest of Flowers I got flowers a vase,chocolates, 2 balloons, a stuffed animal,and delivery.this was your second chance the first time I ordered roses and balloons for my mother's 96 birthday no balloons I wrote a review you called me sent nicer roses and a balloon and asked me to remove the review PARSONS YOU SUCK

I ordered $50 flowers for a friend on the loss of a family member. I specified flowers I knew were within budget (as I normally buy $50 beautiful arrangements from other places by my hometown) and was shocked to see 1 stem of lillies and a few other cheap flowers thrown in (none of which I requested). I felt very taken advantage of and after reading reviews it seems that many other customers were taken advantage of too. They take your money and produce low quality products that you don’t otherwise see if you are ordering from deliver. I understand the floral business is struggling right now due to covid, especially small businesses, and I am usually a big supporter to help out during difficult times, but taking advantage and delivering low quality products is not the way to add business. I am also extremely disappointed as I reached out to the company prior to writing this review to give them a second chance and to make this right... I’m not surprised I never did heard back. I am moving to the area this summer and will be sure to tell my friends and family this florist does not deserve their business.
