Orchid Florist is the only florist that I go to! Their customer service is amazing. Karen and her team of talented florists put so much creativity into each arrangement. Karen did the flowers for my wedding, but went above and beyond helping collect vases, vintage style accessories, and even installed an incredible floral installation above the dance floor! If you want a florist with a special artistic touch, than Royal Orchid Florist is your go to. We worked with Lemis, from start to finish, Lemis was professional, honest and easy to work with. Lemis has a heart of gold, and it shows in her work! She truly has that special touch to make your vision come true and to make it shine. We got married on July 21st, 2018 and I am so glad we picked Lemis and her team. She came over the night before to help decorate our living room. The floral arrangements were stunning. The bouquet was exactly as I’d envisioned it, but it was even better in real life. It made me feel that much more special on my big day! The church decorations were exactly the way I wanted it. Lemis knew how to read the church and tailor the decorations accordingly. The hall was PERFECT! From the foyer, the centerpieces, the head table, the cake table, everything was beautiful. She is honest and informs you about changes, even small ones, to make sure you are informed, something that was truly appreciated. All in all, I would recommend Royal Orchid Florist if you want your event to shine and stand out. Thank you Lemis for making my dream wedding come to life. I couldn’t have seen it any other way. <3

I had a $100.00 floral arrangement sent to a Dear friend, who has been very very ill.. I was most disappointed to see the arrangement while visiting her. the flowers seem to have been thrown together with not MUCH CARE to how they looked.. I would think spending $100.00 we would expect something far more beautiful.... most discouraged..

Hands down the BEST florist shop ever! Karen and her team (Patty, Jenna, Nancy, Savannah, Casey, & so on) are so talented in what they do. Every time I step into the store, I feel welcomed with smiles and lovely flowers. The Florist also sends us (Starbucks) small flowers every week and in return, cough cough* we give them little sample cups haha! I highly recommend Orchid Florist if you need bouquets, wedding arrangements, at home gifts, candles, etc... love them to death!

I have lived in the U.S.A for almost 30 years. During this time, I have frequently sent flowers for various occasions (from joyous events to funerals, etc.) to friends and family in Ontario, Canada where I was raised, but it's almost always a nightmare. I've tried ALL of the florists in my hometown. I am an artist and I adore flowers, yet no matter how clearly I have communicated to florists what I want as well as what I do NOT want, almost invariably, when the recipient would send me a photo of the flowers they received, I was horrified by how utterly hideous the arrangements were, and stunned by how wrong the florists had got my requests. I was also embarrassed to have my name and my husband's on these floral messes. Not so with "Orchid Florist". My sister was having a surgery near there and I spoke with Jenna about the arrangement I wanted to send. She was great -- she listened carefully, we talked about options, etc. and I sensed that she truly "got" what I desired...but since I'd been disappointed countless times before, I didn't let myself get hopeful. Well, I received the photo of the arrangement last night and it was PRECISELY what Jenna and I had discussed in every single way -- the flowers, the container, the size, the overall silhouette, everything! She made a strikingly gorgeous arrangement and I was over the moon! I had to call today to tell "Orchid Florist" how impressed and thrilled I was! Karen, the owner, was as lovely as Jenna! I only wish they were closer to where most of my family and friends in Ontario live. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely look forward to using them again for the few people I know in their area. If you're looking for a florist shop that is a class act and has true floral artists working there, use "Orchid Florist". All the best to you, Karen and Jenna! I'd give you six stars, if I could!

If I could give zero stars I would. My father ordered my mother an arrangement for their 30th anniversary and he basically got scammed. When we got the arrangement there weren't that many flowers or filling in it at all and it looked nothing like the picture. The flowers themselves were already fully bloomed and will likely only last a couple of days. There weren't any unopened flower buds either. Two more fillers that were supposed to be in the bouquet were just outright missing. In my opinion for $86 my father could've gotten a much nicer bouquet at another florist and received much better help and service. My family will never order from this florist again and we recommend that others don't either.

The flowers are beautiful and the arrangements well put together. However, this place was highly recommended for their excellent service and I was surprised at how unfriendly the florist was. I was the only customer in the shop and the florist ignored me for at least 5 minutes while I stood waiting to be helped. Then she chatted with a friend while I waited for my arrangement and seemed uninterested in answering my questions. Not sure I will be back someplace I did not feel welcome and my business not appreciated.
