I ordered flowers for my daughter in Australia from the UK. Unfortunately I thought I was on an Australian site, not Canadian. Nevertheless, what this company charged me was extortionate. On the website it said it would cost me $57+ and $308+ came off my credit card. I tried calling numerous times and every time got an answering machine. I even emailed them a couple of times with no response. Then on top of that I was charged $9+ for international fees on top. I just wonder if they are ever going to contact me or will I ever get any money back? I think the least they can do is contact me.

They have a great selections of flowers, the price are very fair. The staffs are very nice and helpful. But they are always busy, so you need more patient to wait for someone to be able to help you when you look for help.

Times are tough with all the changes in the world with covid 19 .its hard to run a business from suppy to demand.my experience at ofg today was no fun at all. Normally an enjoyable business experience the staff at ofg were at their brinks end totally stressed i felt for them which took away my frustration of lining up patiently for my product. Trying to get my product i ran into numerous employees stressed out but in saying that i ran into amanda and she went out of her way to serve me and get me on my way. Thanks! Lets get more employees on the front line and keep everyone safe and secure. These days are tough and re educating. Thanks everyone be safe . Randy
