I hired O'Grady's to supply the flower arrangements for my Mother's Funeral that took place in Augsburg, Ontario. Living in Ottawa myself, I was making my decisions by looking at the pictures on O'Grady's website and also in speaking with Helen. I had requested a couple of difficult flowers for this time of year to go in the arrangements (both of these flowers had been my Mom's favorites)...Helen gently explained to me that one of these flowers was out of season and the other very hard to get, but "she would try her best to get them" she told me. When I got to the Church and saw these gorgeous floral arrangements I wept...somehow Helen was able to get those out of season flowers into that arrangement and it was stunning (it was a floral spray in beautiful Autumn colours including Chinese Lanterns and Birds of Paradise flowers...Mom's favorites.) We had also chosen a beautiful Urn Wreath that was magnificent! O'Grady's (Helen) went way above and beyond to make those floral arrangements works of Art really. Helen listened so carefully to my vision of what I wanted the arrangements to look like and she absolutely exceeded our expectations! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such wonderful care of us...Bravo! The Late Diana Askwith family.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. I ordered a Casket Spray and it actually looked better than the picture on their website. I highly recommend Grady's Florist as you will not be disappointed.

Brought my vehicle here for a safety check. The inspection took 4.5 hours and they charged me over $200. No parts were put on, no repairs were done, that was just for the cost of the inspection. A mechanic friend told me afterwards that the safety check should take no more than an hour and most places charge around $50 for it. O'Grady's also told me the car needed $3,000-$4,000 of repairs in order to pass the safety. I took it elsewhere and it turned out that was not true. I will never recommend this garage to anyone.
