I was very dissapointed about my first( and now the last) online order. The flowers were requested from 8000km abroad to be delivered on 11Sep2018 but nobody called to let us know that the order will be delayed. The flowers were delivered next afternoon but were not the same as I saw online. I will not return to this shop!

Did not deliver flowers on time. No confirmation email. Did not even send me a photo of the final product before being sent out. Very poor communication, even when I sent an email, I was not responded to. Overall terrible experience, would not order from this place again. There are lots of other florist shops to choose from, avoid this one. Edit to reply: Even though there was a snowstorm, it does not excuse the lack of communication. I was not notified of the late delivery until the recipient of the flowers told me. I would not have wanted to send late flowers and was not given the option of cancelling or getting a refund. Many other businesses were able to deliver their products on that day so I'm not sure why a snowstorm is being used as the sole excuse but okay. I will NOT be ordering again.

First off i tried calling 6 times at 4pm to 5pm. As on the website it shows same day delivery. I thought I'd try. It's late but maybe.. no reply. Plus voicemail isn't set up for florist shop name..... makes you think you have the wrong number. So i then placed an order online for the next day. I received a call later that night, saying sorry not at the shop. But if any problems we will call you. Ok. Next day it's 1.30pm no confirmation of delivery. Normally when i place orders it's delivered by then. So i called, she answers simply hello.. once again no mention it's a florist shop... i ask about delivery. She tells me no prob sorry i get fresh flowers on this day. Will be delivered between 3 n 4pm... great perfect thanks i said. Now it's 5pm no reply no delivery.. so i call i get a text back, sorry can't talk. Then i finally get a reply about saying you should have put special instructions.. but most of all im not happy about the bouquet i ordered a certain one n the picture i got was nothing like the image. Very very not happy about this. Wasted alot of money n got almost nothing.
