I hired laviolette florist for my wedding and even though they are very nice people, they unfortunately didn't deliver. I was very disappointed. We met three times to discuss my budget and which flowers to use: mixed vines. On the day, she didn't provide anything that we sign our contract for. When complained, she argued and then just put on the tables what we had compromised.

My bridesmaid found Laviolette and they were able to make me a bridal bouquet last minute, the day before the wedding, and it was absolutely gorgeous!! A miracle took place when Lynn and her exceptional team became our wedding ceremony event company, the very day before our event!!! My wedding photographer turned up at the temple the day before the event by error just as my mother and I were there in shock horror that the wedding ceremony room was empty and bare!! Our photographer recommended Lynn and her team as they can provide fresh flowers and also take credit card payments, something we weren’t offered elsewhere!! Lynn and her extraordinary team pulled out all of the stops to decorate our wedding ceremony room at the Hindu Temple of Ottawa-Carlton early the next morning, using a picture of my bridal outfit, Lynn decorated our wedding ceremony room to beautiful perfection, coordinating with our wedding colour scheme!! The night before I was magically able to order a fresh flower centrepiece for our head table at the reception, which was exquisite!! As part of our wedding package, Lynn offered a bridal bouquet for me the bride and a lapel flower for my groom - which set our wedding apart from other Indian weddings!! Everything was as magical as I envisioned and soooooo much more!!! and all coordinated by Lynn and her outstanding team in less than 24hrs notice!!! Lynn made my dreams come true!! Lynn and her marvellous team will always be my ‘go to’ for all future family events!! Thank you so much for making my dreams come true in such a short short space of time! Where to start! We are so incredibly happy with how the décor and flowers turned out for our wedding on June 1st, 2019. Ray came to install the backdrop with lighting the day before the wedding, which was absolutely breathtaking! He made sure on multiple occasions that I was happy with everything, and his attention to detail was incredible! On the day of the wedding, Lynne went above and beyond on so many levels. The flowers were amongst the most gorgeous I have ever seen, and multiple guests commented on how incredible they were! From the isle décor, to the centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres, my expectations were beyond exceeded. Lynne even stayed for the ceremony, fixed my dress and veil before I walked down the aisle. What florist or decorator does this?! Simply incredible! She then took some of the flowers from outside and brought them inside the venue so that we could enjoy them in the evening. Talk about going above and beyond! We are so happy to have chosen Laviolette Flowers for our big day! I cannot thank you enough Lynne and Ray!

We ordered flowers from Laviolette Flowers for our wedding. The flowers were nice, but we did not enjoy dealing with them and felt they were not upfront about pricing. Unfortunately, they seemed like the kind of business couples who are getting married are often warned about. Make sure that you ask for an itemized invoice and know exactly what you are paying for before paying a deposit.
