Called in for a possible last minute order because debit is not accepted via the website which I feel is a disservice for those who can't call in or can only use a debit card. When I called to inquire and indicate that I had tried calling ahead of time and that this florist had been highly recommended by my go to florist. I was very abruptly told no more orders were being taken and the call was disconnected.

I ordered a get well flower basket for my daughter in Michigan. I live in Oregon but have seen flowers from this florist (Kennedy) , so felt comfortable ordering. I called after I placed my order and Aubrey made sure to not only check my order, but have it delivered a day early!!! Fabulous service and beautiful flowers. I made an order for a flower delivery to Cannamore, Ontario for my mother's birthday. The flowers, balloon, and card all arrived in the afternoon of her birthday, and they were beautiful! They even called ahead of time to make sure my mom would be home for the delivery. I live in a different country, so I'm grateful that Casselman Florist and Gifts were able to make my mom's birthday special from afar. She loves the arrangement and vase. Thank you!

I had such a lovely experience dealing with Casselman Florist. I recently took an interest in plants, after doing some research I decided to contact the local flower shop for advice. I was greeted by a friendly voice over the phone. I told the florist I was interested in purchasing easy-to-care-for plants as I am a beginner. She offered many suggestions and was extremely knowledgeable about each plant. She invited me to come look through the front window of her shop where all her plants are displayed. Once I arrived, I was thrilled to see the beautiful display in the front window. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to go into the shop, but I was able to see everything easily from the window. While on the phone, I pointed at the various plants I was interested in; the florist brought the plants closer for me to see and then explained how to care for each (from watering to soil and repotting). I ended up purchasing several beautiful plants from this shop. The florist, and her husband, packaged everything up so beautifully with wrapping paper / tissue paper in a box to keep the plants nicely insulated for the drive home. The price was excellent for the quality – she had even taken the time to shine up the leaves! I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. She is truly passionate about her work, and it shows!

Well, I have lived in Embrun/Russell for 6 years and have always wanted to go into this shop as I love fresh flowers so today for the first time I did. After being in the store for almost one hour I left empty handed although I picked an item out to buy and I wanted flowers. A gentleman came in after me & I stupidly let him go ahead of me thinking he would only be a few minutes. Much to my surprise it takes quite awhile to put together an arrangement. It was beautiful too. I have sciatica & after standing for that long I absolutely had to sit down so I told the customer that when he left I would go back in to get my purchase. Well we waited another 15 minutes in the car, I also had a passenger, & finally had to leave. I missed those flowers all the way home. I will go back tho. The store was full of beautiful gifts, some marked down, and the store owner was making a gorgeous arrangement. A really nice place to go for flowers & gifts. A husband & wife team, very nice people.

Worst Florist I ever been to, extremely rude to customers. I don't recommend this florist. I also parked my car on ''there side'' when to nofrills before picking up my flowers, they were reaalllyy rude about the fact I parked in "THERE" parking, I was the only car parked there. Worst experience ever.

I am a very happy costumer at least 20 years. Each time I needed a bouquet or a special gift Odette listen to me. Odette have make me the most beautiful bouquet of lowers, it was breathtaking. I even had been conferred at few occasions. I always had a very, very, very good service. Big THANKs to be there for me. ????

I was planning to go in their shop after picking up some beer at the store next door but decided against it after I saw the nasty note they left on my window, saying that I was trespassing. The entire parking lot was empty but for some reason they felt compelled to take the time to write a rude note and to walk outside to tape it on my vehicle. Not really friendly I would say. Don't worry, I will not park in your parking ever again or go in your shop or recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. I chose the arrangement from a catalogue at the funeral home and wrote the item number down. When I called to order the flowers I could have picked one of three sizes. Odette was very nice, understanding and very helpful. It’s hard to pick something from a catalogue without actually seeing the size of the arrangement. My worry was that I would be getting an arrangement that would be way too small. She assured me that I would be very satisfied with the “standard” arrangement. When I walked into the funeral home, I was blown away. It was huge and absolutely beautiful. Casselman Florist didn’t disappoint. Thank you again Odette for the great service and advice!!

Great place! Highly recommend it. I placed an order for a gift for my new nephew. A bouquet of balloons, a teddy bear and some chocolates for the new parents. They were very accommodating. I called ahead of time to get some more information on options for the gift, and they were very helpful and nice on the phone. They made the delivery the same day! I was surprised with how fast the did it. Totally recommend them!
