Pourquoi Pas Fleurs has been my go to florist for all special occasions and I've never been disappointed. This last time I ordered they went above and beyond expectations. I ordered a bouquet to be sent to a friend for her birthday. I was unaware that my friend was travelling that very day and would be gone for 2 weeks. When they called to deliver the flowers she explained the situation and Pourquoi Pas happily accommodated her. They will deliver the bouquet when she gets back to town!

I've ordered from Pourquoi pas Fleurs twice now. They've been absolutely amazing! The first order was a bit of a mishap on the receiver's side as they didn't answer the phone call. The florist contacted me back and we rectified the situation for the following day with the receiver. The fact that they took the time to call back was very caring on their part! My second order went really smooth! They didn't have what I wanted in stock so they contacted me back and subsidized the cost difference for a bouquet. I could have gotten a refund, however I decided that I didn't want that. They have the most beautiful orchids, very tall and the method that they ensure the orchid stays up is very beautiful. Definitely a work of art and I'll be purchasing my orchids with them from now on!

Worst online flowers order experience ever! The called the birthday girl twice on her birthday, very early on a Sunday morning, to ask her if she will be home to get the flowers delivery. That helped with the surprise factor as you'd imagine... Right after I paid and received the invoice stating clearly the delivery address, I get an e-mail asking me to provide... the delivery address!!! Very nice flowers, and quality is there. Follow up by email is great. Disappointment is the call to the receiver before delivery mentioning "flowers on its way". The surprise is slightly spoiled, maybe saying a package is on its way could keep the surprise longer. It was very frustrating, disappointing and completely overpriced. The arrangement was pretty, but not worth the money at all. They did offer to send a new arrangement after I communicated how frustrated and disappointed I was with the initial delivery, I declined. What's the point of sending a second arrangement at no charge? Just make the first one actually worth the price you charge the customer. Will not be ordering from there again. Nice bouquet of flowers although a little pricey but the issue is with the delivery. Was buying these flowers to surprise my girlfriend, they woke her up via phone call on a Sunday morning to ask if shed be home for delivery around 2pm. Not only did they wake up my girlfriend but they also completely ruined the surprise. Why would you call the recipient instead of the purchaser for details or questions about the delivery? Buyer beware: if youre trying to surprise someone with flowers from this place, do not provide them the phone number of the recipient.

I had a box of long stem roses delivered to me on Valentine’s day. I was expecting the roses to be fresh... just disappointment. Packing was nice and on point. But the roses were of poor quality and were withering soon. One rose was even bent. They didn’t even bother to match the colours.. and decided to put two random colours on the last row to complete the number. One star for the packaging. Do not recommend at all.
