I ordered a MOMMY arrangement for my mom’s funeral and it was so so beautiful! It was between 6 and 8 feet long by about two feet wide and everyone that cameto pay their respect to mommy made a comment about the arrangement! I also had two more arrangement done, one from me and my spouse and one from the grandchildren and both were incredibly beautiful! Their arrangements were the nicest ones of all! The staff was very helpful and understood exactly what I wanted to have! Sofia knows her stuff!! I went to pay my bill and was able to meet Sofia and many persons of the staff and you can see that they all think to satisfy the customer! I live in United States and believe me, if I ever need an arrangement of flowers again, I will call them back! Thank you Jules d’Alcantara, thank you Sofia! Great job!

My mom ordered flowers from there to be sent to me in Calgary. The bouquet was cheap, not nice and in a Christmas ball...for mother's day. I sent a picture of the bouquet to them and never received any answer. We will not order from them again!

Flowers were ordered by phone from a picture seen on their website, Once at the funeral, the Gerbe Murale didn't look nothing like on the picture. Really disappointed after spending 225$ on something that didn't have half the flowers. Will not order from them ever again.

Paid a lot of money for very specific flowers. Sent pictures to have that very specific bouquet. The person received something entirely different. When I called they were very rude, said not our problem, we’re short staffed, too bad. But he was really happy prior when taking our money. Don’t go here. Spend your money somewhere else. Try florist “PRUNE”, much nicer/better quality and will give you what you’re paying for!

I used this flower shop for centre pieces and decorative arrangements for two separate bridal showers during the summer of 2021. I live in the Toronto area and the events were in Montreal. All the details were worked out by phone and email. Sofia was amazing at understanding the themes, the venues and the tastes of the brides-to-be. Flowers arrived on time, looking fresh and beautiful. Guests were very complimentary and the arrangements became a sought-after prize in one of the shower games. Exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you!
