WHAT I FIND DAMAGE is that AUC phone when I made a flower order that cost me $ 100 there was "nice" with Me. In spite of the 2 visits in store, I was disappointed. I asked her the prices and she looked really mean as if I did not have to ask the price (to believe that everyone must be rich). La moindre des choses c'est de sourire.J'y suis aller 2 fois.... une fois seule et une fois avec mon copain les 2 fois (je pensais que la première fois la femme passais une mauvaise journée donc j'ai laissé une chance) elle était bête et c'est comme si on la derangeais. CE QUE JE TROUVE DOMMAGE c'est que AUC telephone lorsque j'ai fais une commande de fleur qui m'a couter 100$ là on etais "gentil" avec Moi . Parcontre les 2 visites en magasin etais décevante . Je lui ai demander les prix et elle me regardais vraiment croche comme si il ne fallais pas demander le prix (à croire que tout le monde dois être riche). Bref, j'espère en temps que proprio vous allez réalisé que SOURIRE c'a rapporte plus car j'allais acheter pour 300 roses pour un évènement chez vous mais je suis aller ailleurs!!!

Mary did my wedding and she was incredible. Everything she did was more beautiful than any picture I had shown her. She was also always on top of her game, she knew exactly what we had spoken about (even if we hadn’t spoken for months). She kept everything in my budget and was very upfront about costs and what I should expect in terms of delivery etc. I am honestly disgusted by reading two of these others reviews from people who didn’t even go in they just “called and didn’t get great service.” When you call a place of business, it’s unfortunate if they answer and are not completely polite, but it’s usually because they are in the middle of 5 different things and their phone is ringing off the hook. This is a wonderful place of business, they know what they are doing and they are honest and upfront. If you’ve never actually worked with them, you are a jerk for rating them that way.

Bought a beautiful arrangement for my grandmothers birthday and honestly could not as for better. They have all around an amazing service and great atmosphere. Everyone was so helpful and made the experience so much better. The arrangement that was put together was gorgeous!! So happy with the outcome; they know their flowers so well.
