Second, she did not receive the flowers that I ordered. I put a photo of the flowers ordered (white rose with purple flowers) and a photo of what she received. (a real joke) Nothing like it. In addition the white roses are faded. Third, my bill cost me $ 97.66. I took a bigger choice of flowers at $ 68. He charged me $ 16 for the delivery he was not able to deliver and the address written perfectly. I am not at all happy and my mother is sad too !! *** NEVER MORE I ORDER FROM THIS FLOWERIST. Il n’a pas téléphoné pour dire que les fleurs sont arrivées. Il a laissé les fleurs avec les informations personnelles de ma mère dans la rue (adresse, nom complet et numéro de téléphone). La dame qui habite la maison où les fleurs ont été livré à vu le livreur déposer les fleurs et partir. Merci bon Dieu qu’il y a des bonnes personnes sur cette terre car elle a téléphoné ma mère pour lui dire que ses fleurs sont chez elle. Donc mes parents ont dû se déplacer pour aller chercher les fleurs. Deuxième, Elle n’a pas reçu les fleurs que j’ai commandées. J’ai mis une photo des fleurs commandées (rose blanche avec fleurs mauve) et une photo de ce qu’elle a reçus. (une vrai joke) Rien de semblable. En plus les roses blanches sont fanées. Troisièmes ma facture m’a coûté 97, 66$. J’ai pris un plus gros choix de fleurs à 68$. Il mon chargé 16$ pour la livraison qu’il non pas était capable de livrer et l’adresse écrite parfaitement. JE NE SUIS PAS DU TOUT CONTENTE ET MA MÈRE EST TRISTE EN PLUS!! ***JAMAIS PLUS JE COMMANDE DE CE FLEURISTE. MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE ET TROP CHER POUR LA QUALITÉ ET LE SERVICE.

Aucun rabais ni remboursement seulement "désolé on n'a pas reçu notre commande a temps c'est hors de notre control".
