To my surprise I walked in to get a dozen roses for my wife's birthday, I was charged 70$ for a boquet that was vey small with what seemed old flowers, I don't leave reviews but feel like I was robbed and so disapointed that drove me to write this review, will not be walking in there again.I should of left them on the counter and walk away but I paid and didn't want to make a issue. Don't think they must alot of repeat customers.

Beyond HAPPY with my purchase! The sunflowers I ordered were amazing the recipient love them!!! Place the order all the way from Honduras to be deliver on the area, had the help from the owner thru the phone super cool guy, had a great experience, looking forward to continue doing business! I say this to everyone... I don't often buy flowers but when I do there's only one place I go to and it's Carmine's. They serve you the way a customer should be served with respect and appreciation for your business. I was over hearing them serve other customers while I was waiting and was so impressed because they will find you a solution no matter how out of the box your needs could be. Thank you!

I ask the florist if she had blue flowers she answers me ah today everyone come just to ask for blue roses just that to tell me she did not have it. I have not at all but appreciated his welcome. Je demande a la fleuriste si elle avait des fleurs bleues elle me répond ah aujourd'hui tout monde viennent juste pour demander des roses bleues juste ça pour me dit qu'elle n'avait pas. Jai pas du tout mais du tout apprécié son accueil. Je donne 2 étoiles parce que la boutique est très propre et bien décorer.

We ordered the premium bouquet and what we received wasn’t even worthy of the standard bouquet. Flowers arrived with browned edges...upsetting considering what they cost. Sure it happens but when we called the store in an attempt to rectify the situation, the individual who replied was rude and aggressive and suggested I "check my attitude and myself in the mirror" as they only sent out 'Fresh Roses' ...he wouldn't even accept photos of what we were disappointed about! I ordered Hello beautiful premium size flowers, just to be contacted prior to delivery that they re missing the most important flowers echeveria succulent ,dusty miller and pink asiatic lillies and that it would be replaced,not only that it wasnt replaced but for the premium price it looked poor,old and disorganized. If you re counting on good service think about twice before ordering.I do have pictures as proof.

Came by the shop to inquire about getting all my flowers done for my wedding with them. Beyond rude. The florist was arrogant and disrespectful. We didn't have an appointment as we didn't know we needed one so we told them we can make one and come back again another time but the lady said no don't worry I will go get the florist. The floral shop was empty no customers in the whole shop and the employees were standing around doing nothing. The florist basically made it seem like we were wasting his time. I have never spoken to just a disgusting arrogant man. Don't even use this place there are so many others in the area to go to.

They are professional, always make deliveries on time and provide beautiful arrangements at a very stressful time. We came all the way from West Island and would do so again in a heartbeat.
