I ordered a bouquet for mothers day for 50$. Came with 6 roses and 4 tulips which were practically dead already. Most of the money was used to decorate it with bland green flower filling. Not worth it.

VERY disappointed with my recent experience on Valentine’s Day. I bought a bouquet of roses and I was told one price by the sales associate and once I reached checkout the cashier told me they made a mistake and the actual price was much higher? They refused to honour the price they quoted me even after I waited one hour for my bouquet at the previously agreed upon price. Definitely will not see me back here. Terrible customer service!

I ordered a corsage for my daughter's prom on Monday for this past Friday. I got to the shop about 20 minutes later than what I had given for pick up time and my order wasn't even made. They took about 20 minutes to make it. One of the ladies, I believe Sylvie told her co-worker they weren't making enough money with the teleflora orders, the gentleman told her "not now". BTW their corsage didn't look as full as the one on their website. The corsage didn't even make it through the end of the night. It started falling apart within an hour. I think I overpaid! First time and surely last time I will visit this outdated shop. Three stars are even too generous.
