Great service by people who truly care why you are buying flowers. Even though the system got my order in late, they still got them out the same day! They also took the time to hand write my note on a card too. It's the little things that make the difference

My original phone call was met with warmth and personalized service. I was told my flowers would be delivered at noon the next day for my friends birthday. The next day they were not delivered at the time she told me they could do it at (I had specified that my friend would have to leave for work). I called back and was met with someone who was very cold and who could not care less that the flowers were not delivered at the agreed upon time. In fact, he seemed pretty annoyed that the address had to be switched and the original woman I was speaking with could be heard in the background talking about how she didn't remember our conversation. Not a single apology was given. The customer service was not good and really made me feel as the original phone call was very fake and forced. The flowers are pretty albeit small for the price.

They exceeded my expectations on my wedding day , re- creating a beloved grandmothers vase to a magnificent reminiscing arrangement that I now treasure and have made wonderful personalized flower arrangements on any budget . I have often ordered from florists and the delivery has always been done the same day and the bouquet impressive. Next time I will order elsewhere. They have always been the “go to” spot when you want to make and impression and make it clear to the recipient “You are very important to me!” The attention to detail is unlike any I have ever come across. From the get-go, Jamie just got me and styled bouquets that went perfectly with the style of my wedding - vintage, romantic and rustic. Jamie promptly replied to my emails and despite the bit of last minute rush to get a flower piece for my wedding hair, everything came together perfectly! saved my dried bouquet and boutonnieres as a souvenir and my mom kept bunches of heather flowers and lavender roses for her kitchen table, we just didn't want to say goodbye!

I have been serviced twice by Silver Rose. The work they perform in the prep and concept design suggestions is by far the most unique I have ever encountered. They have created art pieces with flower integration that literally stops the room when presented. Both pieces they have created literally brought tears to the eyes of the recipients. The ladies work so very hard but as "artists" they love their work and is thus not work but based on the results a "labour of love". Just unbelievable the way in which they create one of a kind designs. So fortunate to have foind them and I sincerely recommend these artists for your flower, special basket or plant arrangements. I’ve been ordering from Danielle’s and McAurrhure’s but this time I ordered from Canada flowers and they choose this flower shop we got completely rippped if paid $97 and got a $40 bouquet that looked lik it had been dropped and put back together then would even give us a refund and they where delivered 3 days late awefull service ☹️

Jamie is a real professional who takes enjoyment out of giving happiness through the arrangements that she creates. When I say creates she out does herself every time.Even after moving from Moncton, I use Silver Rose because Jamie takes the time to direct , whatever florist that she uses, to make sure her passion shines through. I cannot say enough about them and I an rest assured that any flowers I have had Jamie do, for multiple occasions, she has never let me down. I recently had a pretty terrible experience on-line trying to send my gf a bouquet of flowers to Calgary. I didn't know any better and ended up on a brokers site. I wont go into much detail but dealing with a call centre that wont talk to you or respond to any complaints is pretty discouraging and assumed it was a substantial amount of hard earned money lost. I ended up going to the Silver Rose for the first time looking for a bouquet to replace the one that hadn't been received. I walked in explained to them my situation and that I needed a new bouquet. They picked out a bouquet that i couldn't have asked for a bigger HIT on it being received(thank you). Not only did they get me the perfect bouquet but GOT ME A FULL REFUND. That's right... A FULL REFUND of that hard earned money after contacting the broker. for this I am extremely grateful but i have never received such amazing customer service in my life. My most recent experience was ordering flowers for my mother’s Funeral . My daughter ordered Mothers Day flowers that were to be delivered Friday...but werent. Phoned 3 days later...they must have forgot...they said oh..they are hete for delivery..2vhrs later a pathetic vase of purple daisies with 3 roses and another purple flower arrived with a huge purple bow that was way too big for the vase. My daughter paid way over $100. You get get a better $15 bouquet at a supermarket!!! We get flowers 9 times a year x 2 (2 children)..18 bouquets. This is the first and last time from Silver Rose Emotions

If I could give zero stars I would! Flowers were not ready at my agreed pick up time. The clerk said they would be ready in 15 minutes but that was not the case. I had to wait close to 2 hours for them to be ready. Last time I ever do business with Silver Rose Flower Shop!
