I ordered flowers at 7 am on line and wanted them delivered round the corner from their location before 4 pm. I called at 3:15 and they JUST noticed their printer wasn't working. I had to give them all the information again and just hope they made it there before 4 pm. If you order on line, call to make sure they go it. Apparently they need technology help.

Very bad experience. I called this place as per the highly positive reviews but I had quite the opposite experience. I was looking for a specific arrangement that I saw online. Firstly, they did not have the pink vase or the Roses in the arrangement. I wanted something similar. They offered lesser # of flowers with a cheap clear vase for the same price which is not fair at all. When I asked what kind of flowers will I be getting, the answer I got was "leave it to me, I don't have to time to tell you everything. Come to store and if you like take it otherwise dont". Secondly, the lady was really rude and didn't seem to care about customer service. Go somewhere else if you looking for something you actually want.

I've been using White Lotus Flower delivery services for about 3 years now. I've never had any issues with them fulfilling requests and the flowers are very high quality. I will continue to use their services as I couldn't see any other flower delivery company meeting my expectations like White Lotus.

Years ago I, like many others, dropped the ball till the last minute, on a busy weekend for flowers. I was 3 provinces away and Calling around to different flower shops near my parents, missed deadline on big name flower delivery sites, it seemed like a lost cause,...until a wonderful lady answered the phone at White Lotus Flowers and the rest is history. =) I recommend giving free reign to work her creative magic...my parents are always thrilled (and my mom is very particular about her flowers). As long as White Lotus Flowers is operating, it will be my go to for flowers!

Ordered flowers for delivery and was very disappointed with the quality and service. Placed several calls to inquire about a delivery window and no one picked up. Once the flowers did arrive, they looked nothing like how they were depicted on the site. Many of the flowers were already begining to wither and you could tell they were left out for too long already. Two stars for the mere fact that they actually delivered and nothing else.

Save yourself the headache , i ordered the love letter roses for my finace and paid for the premium package which is the same as the deluxe so please tell me what i paid extra for , as to no surprise the flowers look Nothing like the picture and nowhere nearly the same amount of roses , as usual another flower shop getting away with online sales as the customer has no final say in the finished product Will never order from here again and will make sure my 50,000 followers on Instagram are aware of this shop , Defianlty not worth the money

This place was phenomenal. I had to order last minute delivery of flowers for same day delivery and associate Jaga was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me deliver the flowers for my requested time even after their delivery man has left. I cannot thank the White Lotus Flowers team and Jaga enough. They were amazing help and I will definitely be coming back again. If anyone was hesitant, do not be, this place is amazing, local, and has the best service. If I could rate them 11/10 stars I would. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WHITE LOTUS TEAM!!

not sure how this shop managed to get five star ratings, I've been to this place twice in the past six months, the first time I was over charged. The second time, the owner almost kicked me out because she was busy preparing for a wedding and sold me some wilted roses for $2.50 each and told me to pull out the wilted petals to fix the arrangement. I'm not a difficult customer and I dont like to leave bad reviews but I feel like the reviews here were extremely misleading.

Ordered flowers for my grandma, due to Covid not all stock was available which is understandable. However, this was not communicated to me and they delivered whatever they wanted. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the audacity to deliver whatever they felt like. The flowers are beautiful so two stars for that.

This is one of those spots which is a diamond In the middle of Mississauga. Almost like a guilty pleasure you want to keep to yourself. I have gone here many times and absolutely love the quality of their work. They are by far the best flower shop I have ever visited. Their designs are very creative and unique which definitely makes them stand out from other arrangements at any event and it’s not even a contest. If you want that wow factor than this is the place to come. I have given flowers to my mom and family and it’s always can you please tell me where you got these, which is very hard to do when it comes to something like flowers. Even tonight my mom called me and said we have a party on the weekend, you are in charge of getting us flowers for the party. One tip: If you are getting them for a special occasion such as Easter or Valentine’s Day please call them ahead so they have time to put something special together.

Absolutely amazing experience at this florist. Ordered a couple days prior to delivery and it came on time in the midst of both the Mother's Day rush and the whole pandemic situation. Customer service was immaculate, as the florist called to double-check if I would prefer substitute flowers or not due to them not having all the flowers I needed. Very glad I opted for substitutes because the arrangement that arrived for my mother was beautiful. Will definitely be using this florist again and recommending it to anyone in the vicinity.
