Flowers arrived damaged, with petals broken off and the arrangement was all in disarray. It appears to have been dropped but I can’t be sure. Whatever caused it to be this way, it was very disappointing and was definitely not in condition to be delivered to a customer.

Not impressed always passed by here intrigued by their selection which looks great from the outside windows. Finally stopped by on Valentine's Day to buy roses for my mom who's birthday is also on the holiday to surprise when she came back from her vacay. 2 for $7 as I never purchased flowers from here before so wanted to see if they would last. Long behold 3 days later their already dying and while in store no customer service the young girls are so ditsy they don't even know the prices when you ask. Also it's so claustropobic you can barely move around freely and I don't mind the inpending take over of a certain culture in Canada but they have no people skills not encouraging me to desire to shop in stores they own

As I was coming in from out of town, I ordered a funeral spray from this shop to be picked up on my way into the city. When I arrived to the shop and saw how beautiful it was I almost shed a tear. The spray was absolutely breathtaking. The flowers were so vibrant and beautiful. You could tell that this florist had really taken the time and care to create something so absolutely stunning. This florist did an amazing job. I highly recommended them based on their customer service and craftsmanship.

This store has a wonderful assortment of flowers and very knowledgeable staff. I walked in for an arrangement to bring to a funeral - they made the most lovely arrangement with white lilies, white roses, greens etc. within a short time range and it was very decently priced for fresh cut flowers. I recognize how difficult it is to run a small business, especially when it comes to flowers - the flower shop next to my parents' bakery has seen 7 different owners in the past 10 years! I can confidently say that the flowers I picked up and those I saw on display at Flowers N' Things are of a much higher standard. Selection, quality, customer service, aesthetics are top-notch! Simply Flowers N' Things will definitely be my go-to one-stop-shop for all my flowers n' things needs!

I've had many "close calls" per say with me not remembering to order my flowers, I've put my orders though 12 o'clock in the morning the same day and picked it up at 1:00 in the afternoon. Very great service with them and had pretty quick turn around on email responses

Was recommended by a friend. Ordered almost $600 worth of flowers from this flower shop to be delivered to a funeral. One of the most important pieces was the casket flower. The flower arrived on time at the funeral home but the quality of the flowers were disappointing. Felt like the shop used old left over flowers. They weren’t fresh at all. The flowers were already past it’s full bloom and starting to brown and wilt. As for the standing spray. Some of the flower pedals were falling off. It was poorly arranged. The arrangement look like it was falling down altogether. For the price of $150, it was not up to par with other flower stores. It had not a lot of flowers and a lot of greens. We also ordered a casket corsage that goes along the side of the casket to match the top casket flower. It was a small piece, we were charged $75 for it. Pretty pricey for something so small. We also showed them a picture of how we wanted it, they said that could do it. This item was the most disappointing one. At first we thought it didn’t arrive but after some confirmation, we realized that they messed up and made it into a small standing spray which was 5x the size of the corsage we ordered. Super disappointed because we specifically ordered this piece because we wanted to make the casket look a little brighter when viewing the deceased. But it ended up looking nothing like what we wanted. I called the flower shop asking them where it was and they said they did send it. Also stated that they made it a little bigger than we asked for because they wanted it to be “extra special”. I don’t know what kind of flower shop this is, but they clearly do not follow the customers requests and goes about doing things their own way. I paid $75 for something that wasn’t even what I ordered. The flower shop doesn’t feel guilt about they did either. The only thing that came out okay was the flower vase arrangement. This arrange was nice because it was full and the flowers had no browning. But you can tell the roses were past bloom and wilting on the sides I’m very disappointed in this flower shop as this was a big day and the flowers were not up to par as expected. Price was not any cheaper than other florists. Quality needs to improve or else no one would be ordering from here. I would not be ordering from here again.

Needed flowers delivered ASAP to my girlfriend for our anniversary yesterday. I put my order in for the "dozen boxed roses" around 10am and requested that they be delivered that day. I needed them delivered by 4pm so I called into the store and spoke to Ken who promised to have them dropped off before she left work. Will definitely order again in the future. Cheers!

The following email was sent to this florist, post funeral, and after a negative response from the person in charge, I feel compelled to post their response to my embarrassment. Hello We ordered a floral display from you on Monday, April 4th for the viewing of my deceased Aunt, Mary Turner at Porter and Turner Funeral Home. Upon arrival on Tuesday for the service, we were extremely disappointed by the display. It was not presented as represented. There was no banner, which was to say 'comfort', two flowers were on the verge of dying, and the leaves were wilted due to very dry soil, looking like they may die. We were very embarrassed on seeing it close up at the reception. We purchased from you because of your star reputation on your website, but I do not feel that my $70.00 was at all well spent. I respectfully request a refund I telephoned the florist immediately after sending this email, and the response was negative. Although an apology was given, the damage was done as the viewing and funeral was over. I was told the plant was in good shape when it was delivered. The fact that the banner was NOT on the potted plant, the flowers had brown streaks and looked stressed, and leaves FOR THE SERVICE were wilted was an embarrassment. The compassion due to this complaint was totally lacking, and handled poorly. This was a funeral, we were grieving, and did not need this response to add to our sadness. I have given the florist the opportunity to right this wrong, and was met with a cold response. He also stated that I would only be provided a refund if the plant was returned to the store, which would mean the bereaved Uncle would have to return it......right!!!! I would not recommend ordering from this company, as you do not know what you will get. In the event that you do order from them and do not receive the product that you purchased, they have no desire to fix their mistakes in the appropriate manner for their clients. Take note of reviews from Janice Guidice and Joanna Domard, as they reflect the experience that we had. The 1 star was given only so that this review could be posted.

I called in from Vancouver for an arrangement to be sent. Since I was ordering from across the country, I asked them to make an arrangement and deliver to a destination in Port Credit. They were a delight to talk to and was very helpful with the right mix at a reasonable price. I was sent a picture of the arrangement from friends and it was beautiful. Thank you guys for creating the beautiful arrangement and spending the time with me to go over the options. You are my “go to” florist!

Very poor customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date and the shop delivered them a week before. I called about this and was told that an error has been made and the flowers would be redelivered on the date originally requested, however, this did not happen. This type of service is unacceptable. Not only have they not met their obligations once by making an error regarding the delivery date, but twice by failing to deliver on the actual date as promised in an effort rectify the original issue. I contacted and asked for a refund but no response.

You can tell the flowers are handled carefully and meticulously, arrangements will last for weeks if properly maintained. Flowers arrived 5:30 pm. Opened the platic and 30 petals fell off immediately. How do flowers arrive wilted? I called all of the numbers listed on the website, packaging etc. and no one picked up, and the voicemail was not setup. Unprofessional and a huge WASTE of money.

Difficult to describe the service when they failed to provide one. Flowers went undelivered and service very poor. Clearly lied about delivery drivers having breakdowns and courier services letting them down. Very poor form

The other one star review is correct - they deliver much cheaper flowers in smaller quantities, that look nothing like the pictures on the site, when queried they ignore emails, then say they can't see attached pictures, then after admitting fault they only offer a refund if they can go and collect the flowers from the recipient!! Totally ruined a very important gesture of thanks I tried to give.

Simply flowers is simply awful. They are the equivalent of that one kid in your class that leaves everything to the last minute. I asked to have my flowers delivered at 9:30am to my girlfriend's office in the "special orders box". They were delivered after 3:30pm, by that time she had already left work. They are disorganized and could care less about your order. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Stopped in to get my mom some flowers for her birthday and was pleasantly surprised. The guy who helped me arranged them very nicely and my mom loved them. I don't know a lot about flowers he helped me decide which ones would be great for her. I definitely will be coming back here for my girlfriend to get her some roses!
