The Monarch Florist did such an amazing job on my wedding florals. I ordered 2 bouquets: maid of honour and bridal bouquets and boutonnières for my husband, father in law and brother in law. I had an initial consult with Alexandra to choose the types of flowers I wanted and the colours I wanted to include. I also got some additional flowers to decorate my wedding cake. Product not as advertised on the website. My husband purchased a valentines bouquet for me. It was half filler greenery and dried out carnations with a big shiny satin bow. The arrangement was neither 'urban' nor 'fresh'. Beware of this florist!

With Covid19 most places were closed and i was trying to think of which 'classy' florists i knew of were open. while delivery was fast, was not super happy with a mother's day arrangement that was slapped together in a hurry, lots of cheap mums, the leaves not even removed from the stem so when my mom sent me a picture the water was already mucky from one day! i think they were busy and had been pre-making bouquets, nothing about mine was elegant or feminine... however i ordered it over the phone so i couldn't really pick out the best flowers. lesson learned.

My bridal bouquet from The Monarch Florists was absolutely beautiful. You don't realize how important a beautiful bouquet is until you get your photos back and my bouquet was the finishing touch as it was exactly what I wanted and needed to complete my bridal vision. Mary was great to work with as she was very transparent about the flowers that were available in season as I got married in February. I was also working within a budget and so she was able to create the garden style bouquet I wanted with the color scheme and flowers I was looking for. I highly recommend them and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

If youre looking for wonderful flowers at a great price then The Monarch Florist is exactly where you should go. Ive bought flowers there for mothers day, birthdays, and refereed friends who are getting married and they all have become loyal customers once they see the exquisite work done by both Mary and Sue. Ive never had any issues with the flowers they are always long lasting, breathtaking and people always compliment them in my home. Ive gone in with a budget and they are more then willing to work with what I am able to spend and I leave knowing I have the best quality flowers in the GTA as well as the best florist. I received a bouquet of hydrangeas as a gift ; they were from Monarch Florist. Being a gardener myself , I know that hydrangeas are a very hardly cut flower so I was expecting to enjoy them for at least 5 days . The day after I received them , they started to wilt- by the second day they were completely wilted . Very disappointed.

Mary created the most BEAUTIFUL flowers for my wedding. People commented that the bridesmaids bouquets looked like a bridal one ..and that my bridal bouquet was unbelievable. She incorporated all of the colours of my wedding perfectly and even added some other pops of colour to really complete my bridal bouquet perfectly. I would 100% recommend Mary to anyone needing any floral design services (and her prices were very reasonable)!

A lovely flower shop in Port Credit! I ordered the “designer’s choice” arrangement online for my good friend’s birthday...one of the most beautiful arrangements and presentation I’ve ever seen! Monarch confirmed via email that they received my order and confirmed they’d be able to deliver on the day as requested. Happy with the look of the arrangement but disappointed with the quality of roses. It was delivered on Sunday and Monday the tips of the roses were already turning brown and by Tuesday they were all dead. I was very disappointed!

Very happy about the arrangements I ordered. Since May 6 to June 26 I ordered 4 floral arrangements from the Monarch Florist for mothers day birthdays and an event on one of the arrangements they provided a complimentary vase at no extra charge which was a delight . There was clear communication from the very beginning steps of the order to delivery. On my last order there was a slight mix up. Monarch Florist team demonstrated extreme professionalism and provided options to makeup for the mixup which was a slight web error and they were so quick and amazing on apologizing and providing an alternate outcome to improve on my experience.

Bought a bouquet for valentines day with mixed colored Roses. Wasn't impressed to see bulsh Rose's already on its last leg but the others looked fine. On day 4, 3 of the roses had wilted in addition to the 1 that was now dead. Very unimpressed considering I have exclusively purchased my flowers at Monarch for any occasion.
