It was my 40th birthday and my mother wanted to surprise me at work with a bouquet of flowers. Unfortunately, the address of my workplace was listed incorrectly on Yellowpages.ca and the driver ended up going to the wrong location. I was disappointed to find out that someone had sent me flowers, but due to the mistake, I wasn't going to get them in time before I left work. Somehow, Flower parade and their delivery partner worked some magic and managed to get the GORGEOUS bouquet in my hands with half an hour to spare. It made my day!

Called during the busiest weekend (Valentine’s day!) to have same-day sympathy flowers sent. The person on the phone was helpful and accommodating (I told her my budget, what kind of arrangement I wanted - vase; roses; carnations). She even managed to go the extra mile and send me a picture of the arrangement (I wanted to see what they would look like) before delivery upon request. Although a little on the pricier side, I think it is worth it for the money to support local florists. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers picked are good value for the price paid. If ever I need to send flowers in the Mississauga area again, I will for sure call here.

I couldn't have been more embarrassed when I came home to find that the bouquet of roses I bought my mother which cost me $80 was a tiny bouquet of no more than 7 roses. Delivery came at 3:30pm ( note: when people order online for flower delivery, it's because the event and moment is to be special ..a surprise to the person receiving the gift) thank you for showing zero empathy when I called to complain and offering zero to compensate!!! Reply was: " you chose the bouquet " Great Customer service! P.s Thank you for entering my address wrong when I've prev ordered too many times to count! I don't know what happened with your service and quality today but we will not be a returning customer after today! Beyond Disappointed, future customers beware objects you view online appear to be larger than what will be received! Side Note in general a dozen roses in standar industry prizing will cost you about $25 to $30 for a dozen, Today I paid $80 for 7 tiny roses in a small heart shaped vase. Poor marketing.

We had some special requests and substitutes and didn't really know what to expect but when we arrived at the funeral home we were pleasantly surprised to see that both arrangements exceeded our expectations. Not helpful on the phone; would not provide a list of flowers available for purchase in the store, and the online website is lacking as well. I asked for a small arrangement and my flower wasn't in stock, no alternatives were provided and no further help given. It's hard to support small businesses during a lockdown if they don't seem to want your business.

Absolutely horrible. Spent $150 for 3 dozen roses few days ago and will be my last shopping here. The lady who was putting the flowers together was very rude to begin with. While putting the flowers together she seemed very upset that I was there asking her to make that for me. she kept on shaking her head side to side and at that point I can tell she had no clue what she was doing or simply didn't feel like working. When she was finished with the wrap there was barely any décor and looked very loose I was worried that it might fall apart so I asked if she can tighten the wrap and have some water sponge on the bottom because it will be out for few hours. She then said " you told me you're gonna put in a vase" and I told her not now may be few hours, then she said in a very angry tone "how may hours?" then turns around with out listening to what I have to say and brings pieces to sponge and starts inserting them and water all over the inside of the wrap and water was dripping from the bottom. At that point I just gave up and just wanted to leave. Adding to the fire, another lady who was working there kept on staring at me with complete hatred like she wants to punch me and that's when I really got upset because she came to the counter where I was standing and grabs some left over décor stars at me and throws them in the garbage still making eye contact and said something in her European language. I can tell she said something really bad. This is something that doesn't even happen in third world country. I confronted her and told her I know what she said and she goes "why aren't you happy?" ????????? never even spoke to this lady and I was NOT rude to the lady that was helping me I just asked if she can fix the flowers that I was buying for over $150! This lady tries to get involved because I guess it was near closing time. I asked if I can speak to a manager of the store and they point at another lady who also came and just walked away as if she had something better to do. This was the most insulting experience I've ever had buying something anywhere. I hope others will have a better experience there but I won't be returning there and will not recommend this place to anyone. In fact I will share this with my friends and family through social networks. Also, I will have to find another florist for my wedding/reception next year.

Biggest scam company by far!!! Flowers never delivered as promised and they refuse to refund. They blame the drivers but how is that the customers fault? They will tell you the flowers were delivered after the promised time when the recipient has already left to receive the damn flowers. I spoke to the manager and she kept talking over me as if it was my fault they couldn’t deliver the service. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. DO NOT buy from these guys people ! False advertisement at its finest Manager was very rude over all

My experience with Flower Parade was a very disappointing one. I spent $580 on two arrangements for my grandmothers funeral. I had requested calla lily flowers in a tall vase. Flower Parade was unable to obtain the callas and substituted with long stem roses. This would have been acceptable if they had used a smaller vase. The proportions were off making the arrangement awkward. Also I was charged $10 plus tax for a 15 inch ribbon which also the wrong size in proportion of the Rose heart tribute. I called and shared my disappointment immediately. I received two voicemail messages during the first funeral visitation. Flower Parade agreed to fix the arrangements for an additional cost?? To make matters much worse, Flower Parade shared my complaint with members of the family. Very insensitive, very unprofessional, and very unapologetic. I will not be returning to Flower Parade.

Spatacular Event and Tradeshow

I ordered from Flower Parade to cheer up my mom during this pandemic as she has been out of work. I contacted Roxy from Flower Parade. She was very helpful in these circumstances as I wasn't physically able to come into the store to pick flowers but she got a vision of what I wanted and I trusted her as she knows more about flowers then I do. My mom absolutely loved the flowers and it put such an amazing smile on her face! Thank you so much Roxy and staff for taking care of this for me and making sure my arrangement was beautiful! I will definitely be back for Mother's Day and I will recommend you to all my family and friends! Customer service, quality and delivery was all spectacular! I wish I could give more then 5 stars!!!!

I hope this message Reaches the owner Arianna. I would not recommend this company. I have ordered flowers for my mother for her Birthday. I requested the arrangement to be lily's, roses and to be "full" I also requested them to take a picture prior to sending them out so I can see it. I called at 4pm to see the flowers and what they showed me was not what I requested. The guy who originally took my order said that's not what I requested. In fact I don't think he even listened to what I said. 1.) the flowers were not delivered on time 2.) NO picture was taken prior to delivery - as requested 3.) HE DIDN'T EVEN SPELL MY MOMS NAME RIGHT. He wrote Emily not Amelita 4.) there was no roses in the bouquet as requested. So after speaking with the guy who originally took my order, his words to me was "that's not what you requested" I can see if they screwed up one thing. But they managed to screw up the whole order. Not even a sorry, the guy was completely rude. I requested a full refund. Do not order from this company as they have ruined the plans I had for my mothers birthday.

I had to order flowers for my grandmothers funeral and as this was a very tragic moment for my and my family we needed the best flowers to represent the wonderful woman she was. I dealt with Grace when i arrived at Flower Parade as she is the Funeral Designer Specialist. She was comfortable to talk to and knew what she was talking about. I felt very confident in her and trusted her to execute my florals beautifully! This used to be my go to place for flowers for more than 5 years until my last experience. I always had amazing flowers from here! I found out the florist I used to always go to isn't there anymore and the bouquet I got for around 40 bucks looks like I could've picked it out from any grocery store for much less. I'm not usually picky about the way flowers look but it didn't look like much. I was quite embarrassed and was in a rush so I didn't bother asking the woman to change it. It definately looked like something was missing. Before 40 dollars with Camilia would look amazing but the way this lady did it, i could've went to fortinos and had more flowers for 20. There were only 2 Lilly's and a couple of meaningless flowers to me... I was very disappointed and I don't know if I'll ever come back...

Understandably valentines day is massively busy for these folks but they were very understanding and listened to my request. I had a consultation with Tristan and he provided me with plenty of options to chose from and the pricing was reasonable, his customer service was amazing and i knew everything the arrangement would be beautiful. I have ordered flowers numerous times from them. Mostly for clients some for personal occasions. Service is great, arrangement is great, no complains regarding delivery but the beautiful flowers begin to wilt from day two. I have experienced it myself and also been given feedback from few clients that the arrangement does not stay fresh even for few days. VS even the most inexpensive flowers from supermarkets easily stay fresh for over a week and with care can last up to 3 weeks. Arrangements that I have received from other florists have also stayed fresh for a week at least if not more. It is sad to see such beautiful arrangements wilt within 1-3 days.

I am getting married and stopped in the shop to ask if I could book an appointment to sit down to go over prices and the person was busy with another couple. I tried to ask the girl at the desk if I could make an appointment with her and she was very very very rude. She didn't go out of her way to take my name and number all she said was just book on line over and over. Even simple questions she couldn't care less. It seemed like she hated her job or really didn't need the business. She let a minimum $4000.00 flower order walk out the door Tuesday March 15 630pm. My advice to the owner of the shop do not let the dark haired Polish girl work the front counter as your sales would be better. Anyone who what's in should be treated with respect when they are willing to spend $4000.00 on flowers. What happen to customer service????

I recently sent out a floral arrangement for Rosh Hashannah to my family living in Mississauga and I couldn't be happier! I found this florist on Google and had a look at their website. I selected one of their arrangements featured on their online shop but I decided to call in the order instead. I was served by a lovely lady named Grace who was able to help me customize my order. She was very helpful and she promised to have the delivery out that same day. The flowers did make it to my family that afternoon and when I saw the arrangement in person it was even better than the one I saw on their website!!! We have being dealing with Grace and Roxy for years and years. Even after moving away from Mississauga we still buy our arrangements from them. All arrangement have been stunning and beautiful. From a birthday arrangement that looked like a cake, even with candles to the gorgeous white wreaths for funerals. We are never ever disappointed with their creativity and the thought put into making the arrangements. Show them a picture out of a magazine and they will make it for you. I had ordered a flower arrangement last minute, and Flower Parade was able to make a beautiful bouquet and deliver it quickly. It was such a pleasure to deal with their staff, they have top customer service and such a great and large product selection. Definitely recommend trying them out!

I worked at the TD bank that was in the same plaza and I always used to come here. I walked in today to ask for some roses. as soon as I walked in I got yelled at to wait outside. 1. YOUR DOORS ARE UNLOCKED 2. THERE ARE NO SIGNS ON THE DOOR SAYING TO WAIT OUTSIDE. I Paid 70$ FOR 6 ROSES. (This was urgent) Customer service was horrible and the staff were extremely rude. I understand that you are busy on valentines day but the staff were very rude. Ive been coming here for 3 years and I have never been treated in such a horrible way. Never coming back again.
