When I ordered a bouquet of a dozen roses for my wedding anniversary for my wife, I received the order on the specified day however I noticed that 3 of the roses were damaged in the process of being transported. I got in touch with Sonia and explained the situation while providing pictures and she immediately took action and made good of a bad experience. She offered to send over a replacement bouquet immediately. I was really happy with this positive experience and am thankful to Sonia and the rest of the team at Flowers Unlimited for a quick turnaround. I will recommend their services and will use them in the future.

I was so excited to send my mom flowers after our trip to Ontario thanking her - but was so disappointed. I purchased a $60 bouquet + delivery fee of $15. I appreciated the same day delivery however the flowers that were sent were definitely not worth $60. I actually had to call my mom and apologize because I was so embarrassed for these flowers. A week ago I had called another florist by my SIL’s house and ordered flowers for much less and they were incredible. Definitely never ordering from here again. I really hope that this sinks in and you start pricing your bouquets properly for customers. Again, after The flowers were delivered I seriously had to call and apologize for the lack of arrangement. The person I spoke to on the phone to order was nice + same delivery was a perk hence the 3 stars.

Horrible. Purchased flowers for Valentines. Arrived on Feb 15. Delivery person couldn't find an office at a hospital. I called on evening of Feb 14 and the manager said I would get refund. Still no refund. Crooks. Plain and simple. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Incompetent crooks.

Purchased a "Large" arrangement ( I ordered a box of roses and sent Ms. Sonia a picture of the rose box and she said ok I'll do the same box for you ) for $205 plus delivery for my girl. She sent me a picture and I was horrified at the arrangement. Had been delivered by a small grocery store located in a rural area, the flowers were stuffed into a glass vase that was only 8" wide. Just your basic grocery store flowers. They are nice on phone, but there Quality super bad. I'll never recommend this flower shop to purchase with them. ????????????

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Given the mixed reviews, I was hesitant to order flowers from here but it was the only place in the vicinity that was open on the long weekend. I had previously gone on their website to select the flowers I wanted and went in store to order it. The guy helping me suggested I get a larger pot for an extra $20 so it looks fuller. I agreed, thinking I would get more than what the picture showed. Keep in mind he also referenced a sample in the back so I had an idea of what it would look like. What was delivered looks nothing like the pictures and I feel a bit disappointed. There were way too many daisies in the arrangement, which made it look more appropriate for a hospital visit than a funeral. I was also disappointed when I asked about the discount for funeral arrangements, as the giant sign in front of the store clearly indicated there was one, and the man denied having a discount. If you aren’t offering a discount, do not post it on the giant sign in front of your store. As I did not want to press for saving a few bucks for flowers for a funeral, I brushed it off but I still think this needs to be addressed. However, I did like that they delivered the flowers on time and they confirm your order and the delivery via email. Edit: They have contacted me apologizing for the difference in arrangements as well as not being knowledgeable on their discounts.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FLORIST......we bought rose petals bag today for $10. Firstly what the person communicated was very different than what we paid for in terms of the size of the rose petal bag. SECONDLY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THE PERSON STUFFED DECAYING ROSE PETALS AND FILLED THE BAG WITH THEM WHILE HAVING A FEW GOOD PETALS ON TOP. These were for a religious event that we couldn't properly conduct because of how bad the petals were.....

Sonia was incredible... totally didn't have to do what she did for me but I am so thankful. Long story short i'm in a long distance relationship and obviously we live in a weird time so I can't see my girlfriend on her birthday. I called up the nearest flower shop and asked if a delivery can be made today... I'm last second about it I know... So there wasn't any deliveries available that day but Sonia offered to make the delivery. The owner of the business took it upon herself. That is such a beautiful thing and I thank you guys. Next time I'm in town I will stop by for a hello and a gift. God bless.

I called about 10 minutes ahead to have a specific rose cut and packaged and it was done before I got there...yes it could be considered pricey depending on what you need the flowers for....sometimes it doesn't matter .

Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral service. The website provided lots of beautiful selections to choose from. Sonia was excellent from start to finish. She was courteous, very helpful and attended to my needs to my great satisfaction. The flowers though did not look exactly as in the picture, were beautifully arranged and most importantly the flowers were very fresh and brilliant. One small suggestion I have is if the card may be made a bit bigger to make it easier to read the content.

Really disappointed about my bridal bouquet. Obviously couldn’t do anything the day I received it. Honestly was not anything better I could pick up from Walmart or loblaws :/ Plus the ribbon bottom was soaked wet when I received it so it looked dirty and old and was uncomfortable to hold. I was definitely expecting more for a 100$+ bouquet.

Ordered a plant for my grandfather Friday evening for delivery to the seniors residence on Saturday. It was a potted arrangement with some greenery and a couple tropical blooms. I recieved a voicemail from the florist early Saturday morning, which I didn't notice until much later - the exact planted arrangement I had ordered was not available, but they described a substitute they recommended and wanted to make sure that was OK. By the time I noticed I'd missed a call, it was hours later, but they had made the right decision and proceeded with the alternate arrangement to ensire delivery on Saturday afternoon. I appreciated both the fact that they called, and that they didn't delay the order because I hadn't called back to confirm. This was the right call. My grandfather is delighted by the arrangement and has promised to send me a picture :)

Decent customer service but not outstanding. I asked for a bouquet to be put in a vase I bought for $6, I would've liked the glass vase to be cleaned at least prior instead of being left cloudy...and would've liked some thought into the actual arrangements of the flowers, they were just all cut evenly and plopped in with no thought, maybe I should've paid more? It's not like they were busy when I went in... I also had to take the saran wrap off because it wasn't neatly wrapped, I used it to stuff the cardboard box so that my vase doesn't fall over and spill on my car seat. Probably would've gotten the same quality of service and flowers at a grocery store.
