The delivery was timely, and accurate. The floral arrangement was beautiful. However I was under the impression that local deliveries as in same city would be free however after I was charged, it was explained that “local” meant only within 6 km of the store... in comparison to other businesses, local would mean Mississauga wide.

I was told by a staff in the afternoon that the order would be delivered as scheduled by 5 pm EST today. Ordered flowers for my first wedding anniversary. The first flowers I ordered for my wife were from this place so I wanted the same flowers for this occasion as well. Rather than fulfilling the order, on this occasion they refunded my money on the day they were supposed to be delivered because apparently the delivery address was 11km away (an 11 minute drive) and considered outside their delivery address, despite the fact that on their website they don't actually indicate where there delivery area is, and despite the fact that I paid the extra fee calculated at checkout for them to deliver outside their delivery. Consequently my wife didn't get flowers for our first anniversary. Do not rely on this place for your flower needs.

Got an email telling me the flowers were delivered but they were not. The funeral home provides a proof of receipt for any flowers delivered and Flower Fantasy could not produce it or even give me the name of the person on the receipt so that the funeral home could investigate. Only when confronted with this did they offer a refund.

Never use this company and learn from other's experiences. Don't be misled by satisfied reviews and look always to the bad experience what happened. I made an order more than 30 hours ago and asked for delivery to be next day morning, they sent email saying that delivery was successful and after calling my partner, she said she got nothing. They ruined the surprise and it lost the value and purpose coz the day is over and they didn't deliver yet (until now) I sent them 3 emails asking for updates with no response except the one saying it has been delivered , when I called the store the guy claimed that delivery place is far and email sent to me by mistake. Again don't use this company coz they don't care how important the reason of using their service would be and their ignorance would make things worse instead of helping you.

I made an online order on October 11th for a delivery on Monday October 16th at 9:15, and nothing arrived, called and spoke to an employee who pretty much seemed clueless as to where my order was, couldn't answer any questions and took a long time to find my order. Also note that I ordered peonies as that's what was offered online, then I found out that they didn't have peonies on hand. Didn't even offer a replacement, couldn't own up to a mistake and didn't even make an attempt to rectify the problem. Took payment but didn't even process the order. I also sent an email after I hung up with the useless person I spoke to and they issued the refund with no apology or explanation. Such poor customer service! I do not recommend place at all. *****"So you offer a public apology only because I reviewed you on Google, but not when you had a chance when I called and emailed you. ****

What FANTASTIC service from this company!! I ordered flowers mid- morning and they were delivered by 1:00 in the afternoon, same day. In planning my daughter's wedding we went to see Mr. Lewitski at Flower Fantasy to place the flower orders. My daughter was prepared with photos of bouquets, boutonnieres, centre pieces, a garland for the head table and other pieces for the venue - all made with greenery and white flowers. The day of the wedding Mr. Lewitski set everything up for us before we arrived. Upon arrival into the Grand Ballroom we were taken aback. The room was filled with magnificent floral pieces, the greenery around the seating chart, all made the venue look warm, inviting and romantic. I truly believe that Mr. Lewitsky is not just a floral arranger - but an artist. The flowers really made the difference. I highly recommend Flower Fantasy.

I asked for flowers to be delivered between a certain time frame and even called them to clarify that they knew the flowers needed to be delivered between a certain time and they delivered them an hour late!!!!!! They ruined the surprise by calling the person i was delivering the flowers to and asked if she could wait around for the flowers to get there! Completely unacceptable and ruined the whole surprise for the recipient! I will never use this florist again!!!!!!!!!

I ordered early enough in the morning to get same day delivery which was fantastic since I live in New Brunswick and wasn't able procure an arrangement in person. The flowers were for my mothers birthday and so my dad was able to bring them to the cemetery on time. They were as beautiful as pictured online. I don't know a lot about average price but I would certainly use Flower Fantasy in the future, should the need arise.

I was out of the country when i ordered, the driver messed up the drop sport i guess or something like that but they called me a bunch of times wanting to send it again, ill defanitly order again they were great suport and very easy to talk to. Out of town for a while, and I ordered the Berry Wonderful arrangement to be sent home. Talked on the phone with the staff and they were friendly and courteous about needing to deliver flowers before a certain time the next day. I even needed to change the time to earlier, but they managed to fulfil the order. The arrangement was professionally made and had a good mixture of flowers. I am very happy with my experience here and so is my partner.

Great services -- Order online at night couple days before. And made a phone call the next morning for Phone No correction. Also asked them to make the delivery a little bit early. A nice lady answered my phone call and told me the delivery starts at 11:00 am with business orders as priorities. But she can manage to arrange it early delivery as my expectation(before 1:00 pm). The beautiful flowers is delivered at 12:30. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful fresh flowers, reliable service! I ordered a spring bouquet for my mom for mothers day during the pandemic and they were super reliable! It brought my mom to tears! They replaced some of the flower types due to flower availability (which is told to you during check-out), the replacements were of more worth than what was originally going in it (was supposed to be daffodils and hyacinth) instead I received the most amazing orchids, roses, tulips, gerbera and many more fillers!! very worth the money! As you can see from the photo below, what I received was not at all what I ordered or was expecting. I chose this arrangement for Mothers Day and was quite disappointed when it was a completely different arrangement and vase. They did have a note on their site stating that the vase may be substituted but nowhere did it say that the flowers would be completely different! What I received had the incorrect leaves, colour of roses, additional flowers and vase. I ordered this on April 21st so even with COVID I do not find this excusable. They had 3 weeks to pull this together and if they were going to give me a completely different arrangement, they should've let me know in advance, and not just leave it on my doorstep. The only reason this is not a 1 star is because they delivered on time and they offered me a $35 refund for my $140 bouquet. The bouquet I received is not even worth $105 and I am well aware that flowers are overpriced. I am sorry but I do not recommend this place!
