I ordered a bouquet for my sibling's birthday and the delivery never arrived. I was told that they couldn't leave it with the concierge in the condo and they wanted to charge me an additional $15 for an alternate delivery address. They offered a refund and I accepted but I never received the refund. I called to inquire about the supposed refund and was told I would get a call back but never did. Poor service and poor customer service. $80 dollar gone and no flowers or refund......very disappointing

Beautiful shop and arrangements, great customer service [UPDATED] My husband gave me two bouquets over the span of two weeks (1 for mothers day, and 1 for my birthday) and unfortunately both came with withered flowers, or flowers that weren't fresh. But they took care of my compliant! Sent me an amazing arrangement and explained what happened. I'm adding pictures to show how much care they put into it - and even delivered it to my home!

I had an amazing experience with Blossom Moments. I sent a message to their Facebook account late in the evening and was surprised that they replied so quickly! It was great customer service. They even offered to double check my order. They went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my delivery went through. I was able to order it the evening before it it arrived less than 12 hours later! And may I add, the arrangement was absolutely stunning and for such a reasonable price! I hired Natalia and the Blossom Moments Flowers team for my wedding in August 2017 and could not have been happier! . The bouquets were more beautiful that I could have ever dreamed. I really wanted anemones in my arrangements, but due to the time of year (August) we weren't sure it would be possible... but Natalia made it happen and at least 10 people commented on those specifically. I had so many messages requesting my florists' info from friends interested in using them for their wedding, and many have with only amazing things to say. Beyond the beauty of the flowers, Blossom Moments was one of my favourite vendors to work with. I had a hard time trying to dream up something that would make the tent look more full of life and less sterile, and through all my indecisiveness and changes they were so patient and responsive with cost adjustments or feasibility of the projects. We ended up with strings of eucalyptus throughout the tent, and I nearly cried when I saw it all come together. Overall I can't recommend Blossom Moments Flowers enough! Whether it be for your wedding, or a visit to the shop to pick up a bouquet or plant, they truly are the best in the business.

I bought beautiful peonies and received them Saturday. They started wilting three days after. I did my best and tried maintaining them by changing the water every day and keeping them out of sunlight, but it didn’t help unfortunately and they were completely dried out by Friday. It was very disappointing.... Update! They have replaced my bouquet. Their customer service is outstanding.

This is my first time getting flowers from here to be delivered (i am outside of Canada) and I wanted to surprise my friend for their birthday and decided to put my faith and trust into this florist. I AM BLOWN AWAY. The flowers and greenery were unblemished and perfect. We picked up all the flowers from their shop in Square One on a rainy day and the staff made sure to cover the flowers in cellophane and pack them to withstand travel for us!

I came across Blossom Moments on social media and gave them a try for my mothers birthday. Their website is actually the best I have ever seen. I had purchased the Designer's Choice bouquet and I was honestly blown away at how beautifully they put it together. After seeing their attention to detail, I decided to consider them for my wedding. The process was initially really easy, as I told Natalia all that I wanted and she put together an arrangement/bouquet for me. Communication was good, though hard to get a hold at times. The flowers Natalia and her team put together for my bridal bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets were absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend Blossom Moments enough and thank Natalia and her team for their beautiful work!

I'm so happy with the designer's choice bouquets that I always order. Florists exceeded my expectations. Beautiful bouquets! My friend who is now a cancer survivor commented that the sunflower bouquet that she received during her treatments made her happy, alive and strong and the florist who handed it to her is really nice. Excellent service, thank you! My grandma is also a regular recipient of these bouquets for her birthdays or whenever we visit her. It gives colour and brightness to their house. 10/10 would recommend!!! Let's start the story with stating that I found blossom moments with a random add on ig or fb(cant remember).... I placed an order early enough to make sure I got full selection and availability for mothers day flowers. Blossom moments was offering curbside pick up for orders. I was absolutely down for the drive to square one(I live in Scarborough). It was a chance to get out of the house other than being an essential worker and only going to work and home so I didn't mind. They had a wonderful selection online and affordable prices. So I placed my order for mothers day and was planning on picking it up in the am. I recieved an email a few days prior stating that due to unforeseen circumstances that I wouldn't be able to do curbside pick up... HOWEVERRRRRR. Blossom Moments took the initiative and in place, offered a FREE delivery to my billing address in order to make sure I received the flowers. Amazing that a business would go so out of their way to make a customer happy. I received the flowers on mother's day before 1pm. My mom had noooo idea! They were beautifully arranged(even spent the few bucks for a vase as well). The flowers were healthy and were given the extra care so they stayed hydrated during travel. My mom loveddddddd the flowers!! Definitely would order again in the future!!

Ordered the Red Passion floral arrangement in a hat box. It arrived on time and the flowers looked so fresh and bright. It was part of a birthday present for my mom from her kids and grand kids. She absolutely loved the presentation and the colours and the scent of the flowers. It was definitely a good choice and ordering online wasn’t difficult at all. I’ll be back the next time I need flowers sent to someone special.

My sister ordered flowers here, from the UK. They sat with our front desk for 24 hours, we didn’t receive a call from Blossom Moments to say they had been delivered. The bouquet itself was very pretty, subtle colours and presented nicely. I have no idea what my sister paid for them, but on seeing their photo she was “underwhelmed”. Sadly they only lasted just 7 days - very disappointing.

The one that really sticks out is from Blossom Moments, my photo is taken a WEEK after receiving the flowers and they’re still looking freaky fresh, to the point where I questioned if they were real (and they are) The bouquet itself was gorgeous!
