HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!! I got flowers for my Uncles funeral and they sent dead flowers, they didnt look like the photo on the site and to top it all off we upgraded the bow and when we saw it the letters beloved were glued on and in fact were all over the floor because it was such a shotty job, after calling with no answer and leaving a message we went there to notify them about the problem the man there said he couldnt do anything because he wasnt the manager and we left a number for them to contact us back. When the lady called she told us that it wasnt her fault she would reimburse us 20 dollars even though we spent 240 on them all we really wanted was our moneys worth. After that my sister went there to show her the photos so she had proof of what happened she wouldnt even acknowledge them and lied saying that my mom asked her to change it and nothing was her fault she then tried calling the cops because my sister called her rude. PLEASE SAVE THE HEADACHE DONT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE!! SAYING THE WORK WAS SHOTTY IS BEING POLITE!!!

She was very attentive and helped create a one of a kind arrangement for our manager that recently lost his father to Cancer. Don't order for special days (i.e. Mother's Day). I called earlier today to ask what time delivery was and was told delivery is out. I called back again in the evening since my mom never received her flowers and was told the transaction didn't go through. Instead of calling, leaving a voicemail or emailing this prior to Mother's Day, I was yelled at and told I should've known. Customer service does not exist here.

What is incredible is that I live in Boston and never see the arrangements until my mother sends me a photograh of the flowers. What an amazing flower store! The owner and staff are great!! They have a huge variety of plants and arrangements to choose from and if you can't find it, they will help make it happen. I have got to know the entire staff as they are the ones that put our flowers together every week for my church and they do a great job. They always help me to choose and provide all the flowers for the special times of the year (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and especially on valentines, etc.). Have a special request, NO Problem. Since last year they start to handle all the flower needs for the company I work for. Again if we need something on a short notice, it's not a problem. You just can't go wrong with these folks!

I only called to ask for pricing for individual roses. The lady on the phone told me its $4 each. I explain that I don't need fancy packaging just most basic bag around it and I will take more than a dozen can she give me a better deal. She then told me its $4.50 each and that's a better deal. Its actually $5 dollar... did you forget that you picked up the phone and said its $4 each... anyways after I tried to explain to her how that's more expensive then what she first said, she replied with an attitude that this is a flower shop not a gas station!!! RUDE MUCH! All you need to do is explain how you can't give better deal you don't make much money on it. I will be understanding and go shop around else where. If I didn't find better prices maybe I will go back to your store since its closest to me. Instead you lost me, all my friends and all the people who read this review as a client. GOOD JOB!

Talk about great customer service, I called late at night in desperation because my girlfriend was having a rough day and needed a "pick me up". I called and spoke to Sue, not only did she make a beautiful arrangement (because I know nothing about flowers) she delivered them herself on her way home. Being from the states and dating someone from Canada is no easy task, but this shop made it just a little bit easier. If I ever need flowers in Canada again I know who to call! Thank you again Sue!

This place is the worst place ever! We paid 242.97 for flower arrangments for my uncles funeral. They where DEAD,DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE WE PICKED FROM THE WEBSITE, SHE TWISTES THE STORY (LIES). We asked for more flowers (they where suppose to be red and green leafs everywhere) but she made it completely different looking and cheap, she also lied saying that she would put her own touch, she put letters on the ribbon that we paid extra for (the ribbon) and the letters came off. This place is horrable, she called the cops on me because i showed her on her website that it says and i quote "100% refund and or we will send new a new one" but that didnt happen. She jiped us.

It doesn't look like a flower shop, more like a shabby flower vase shop. Their bouquets were poorly presented and died soon after purchase. Price on flowers were not cheap either. I will never return to this store. Go to Costco for better flowers.

I went in and asked for a flower for my girlfriend. The price was extremely expensive for what I got. The service was not nice at all. The presentation of the flower was non existent. Literally a flower wrapped in clear plastic. I couldn't even bring myself to give it my gf it was embarrassing. I would suggest going down the street to flowers on 10 at Eglinton and Hurontario. The service is MUCH better and the flowers there are incredible with supreme presentation.

I read the reviews and they seemed great, so I proceeded to try to order from their website. I wanted to place in an order for Mothers Day, and on the website it stated that it will delivery on Mothers Day. I called to request for a specific time (Since it stated on the website to do that) so I did. The lady on the phone was extremely impatient, and I thought perhaps its due to a lot of orders for Mothers Day, so I ignored it. I had a couple of questions regarding the flower bouquet I wanted to order, and the whole time she had a nasty tone and eventually she just completely rejected my order and said they can't do it anymore. Horrible service!

Not sure if you read my previous, disastrous review of Bloomex but, Angelo's saved the day! I had less than 24 hours to have a floral arrangement to be delivered to my cousin's house on her wedding day. As you know, during these COVID times our entire family was not allowed to attend, so I figured a nice floral arrangement would be a nice touch. I drove to Streetsville Florists first, they were unfortunately swamped for the next morning. I felt defeated and went to my car to call around. I called Angelo's and a sweet woman answered the phone. Once she told me she would be able to complete the order for the next morning, I was delighted and wanted to drive there, not only to write a message for my cousin, but to thank this woman in person. She insisted there was no need. She worked with my budget and promised she would send something beautiful. She wrote a nice message on the card for my cousin and her new husband, took my credit card information and said it would be delivered the next morning. I was excited but nervous that there would be complications like there was with Bloomex. There wasn't and my cousin loved the flowers!! Thank you so much Angelo's, if needed I would definitely use your services again.

Purchased as a surprise gift for my mum. I was luckily on the phone with her when the flowers arrived and was able to hear her surprise and joy when she opened them and found out they were for her. This has got to be the biggest joke of a flower shop I have ever seen. Walked in today to get a bouquet for my friend's graduation. The owner showed me their pitiful stock of flowers in the refrigerated room, and they looked half dead. The petals were darkening and some were falling off already, no where close to fresh. I then told him to customize a bouquet for me because honestly the pre-made ones look cheap and sad. So he began to pick flowers from his batch of about 30 flowers or so. I asked if I could come back because I needed to run errands and was in a huge rush, he said it wouldnt take more than 3 minutes to make the bouquet. So I stayed and watched him fiddle for 30 minutes, trying to find his misplaced ribbons and trying to make it look pretty. When he finally told me it was done, I was so surprised because the end product looked like something an elementary schooler put together. he basically wrapped it in clear plastic, and tied a ribbon around it and called it a bouquet. This was no where near satisfactory so I asked if I could come back in the afternoon after work when I had more time. He told me I would have to pay $75 for the saddest looking "bouquet" I've ever seen. I told him nicely that I will not pay for the bouquet in its current condition, but I would return when I have more time to figure out the details. He then promptly told me to get out and that I wasted his time. I honestly cannot imagine worse customer service attitude than this guy. Maybe he is not the owner and his wife usually does the job, and maybe this place's pre-ordered bouquet look better, but absolutely DO. NOT. EVER. walk-in to buy flowers from this shop.

I walked out, I initially went there 30 mins after they say they open and they were closed. Came back later to see a very small selection. The man was at first trying to be helpful but then seemed annoyed when he missed understood me. He was trying to sell me a prearranged basket but I told him I wanted him to put one together with different flowers for me instead. His reply came across rude so I said thank you I'll go somewhere else and walked away. I don't recommend this place.

I ordered a flower arrangement from Angelo's last Thursday (online from Las Vegas ,NV) to be delivered to my mother's workplace on Sunday May 14th for Mothers Day. I accidentally populated the wrong business address and my mother never received the flowers. I called Angelo's Flower & Gifts and on Monday May 15th and told them what had happened. I admitted that it was my mistake and how embarrassed I was, and that I still wanted to send my mother a floral arrangement (even though it would be a day late). The lady I spoke to on the telephone, named Sue, was so sweet and empathized with the whole situation. She asked me for the correct address and told me that she would take of it, and she wanted to make the arrangement extra special for my mom. She delivered the flowers a couple of hours after we spoke and called me to let me know they were on their way. She told me that she enhanced the floral with extra flowers and a better quality vase, and even tjrew in a box of chocolates (Baci chocolates which is my moms favorite!). Sue took great care of all the details and I really appreciated her follow up telephone call, it made me feel reassured that my mom would receive it this time. My mother sent me a photo of the arrangement when it arrived and it was even more beautiful than i could imagine!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Sue and everyone who works at Angelo's Flowers & Gifts who helped make this artangement and delivery so spectacular! I will definitely being using you again for all Floral & Gift deliveries in the future!!!!

I am very disappointed and disgusted with my experience with this business. I ordered a flower arrangement on Friday, May 8th for Mother's Day (today - Sunday, May 10th). I received a confirmation email with my payment and flower details. I called in the morning to confirm what time they'd come and the owner told me the deliveries were out and I'd be receiving it soon. Now, it is almost 7pm on Mother's Day and I haven't received my delivery, so I called again and the owner responded by yelling and screaming at me saying all the deliveries are out and it's my fault for not checking my bank statement to see if I was charged. She even hung up on me midway yelling. Now my mom is receiving no flowers and I was not treated with respect or dignity, when I chose to give my business. I will never shop from here again, be warned.

Our best friend passed and being out of town ftd selected this florist.It was our last time to show our friend our love for her and they blew it.We had asked for a script that said best friend ...no script and was charged for it we had asked for vibrant colors got pastels the flowers were half dead and turning brown on the edges of the ones that weren't already wilted.We had a limit of 200$ and the little white basket looked like something the Easter bunny humped.During this difficult time they made it so much worse for us.I do not recommend this florist to anyone.
