Enjoyed the enthusiasm and effort put forward in building the arrangements. However in the future, it might be more helpful to take the customers needs/requests into consideration. Again, we really appreciate the effort and assistance but in the end wish we wouldn't have had to buy all the arrangements simply to disassemble them and build our own as we originally requested.

For some reason, I have become accustomed to pretty shoddy service from flower shops. The order gets messed up, the wrong flowers delivered, the wrong delivery address, I could go on and on. I called up Fresh Flowers and Gifts this morning and asked for a delivery this afternoon, and was frankly blown away by their efficient and friendly manner on the phone. They called shortly after to confirm the delivery, and the most GORGEOUS bouquet showed up to the right address on time! The photo doesn't really do it justice, it's an amazing bouquet. Trust your business to these folks, they are at the top of their game!!

Lovely little floral shop that smells, as the name implies, fresh! Arrangements are contemporary in design so therefore, there are several exotic flora to choose from. Weddings plus all the special occasions throughout the year are catered to. Or, simply drop by to pick a few single stems for the evening dinner table. I ordered some condolence flowers for some family friends after someone had passed, and was just blown away!! The customer service, and the care I felt over the phone (I called from out of town as I am based in YYC) was incredible. Brenda took the time to hammer out exactly the message I wanted to send, and somehow translate it into an arrangement! I was so pleased with the end result, and my friends who received it were amazed too! I would recommend it to anyone in the area needing some special love and care.

I’ve also been lucky enough to receive my own share of arrangements ???? several of which brought me to happy tears! I gifted my daughter with a Protea a good many years ago from Fresh and she’s since become quite obsessed with them. I had to call in from Texas for flowers to be delivered to my mother in law a day before her birthday. Fresh Flowers and Gifts delivered 5 star service. After Fresh Flowers was notified of the need for a flower arrangement it was created. Fresh Flowers then sent me a picture of the arrangement, via text, for my approval. The flowers were then delivered to my 75 yo mother in law on her birthday as promised. I would have paid a lot more for this type and quality of service. Thanks so much Fresh Flowers and Gifts for taking care of my needs!

The person on the telephone was extremely helpful, professional and honest about what they had in stock given Covid supply chain issues. I gave them a free hand to use whatever they had available and the feedback from the recipient was that it was the most beautiful arrangement that she has ever seen. In addition, they delivered it same day. Excellent service.
