It was a same day delivery. My sister sent me a video of the arrangement and they looked exactly like the image I saw online. Would absolutely order again!

We were recommended Floral Fixx by our wedding venue. We trusted their recommendation, and didn’t even look at alternatives. After some challenges getting an appointment, we arrived at our scheduled time for 11am today. Two appointments were in progress, with no sign of wrapping up. We were greeted, and told that someone would be with us when their appointment was done. After 20 minutes standing in the shop, trying to keep our kids from touching things, we called it. What’s the point of an appointment if the time won’t be honoured? If you’re running behind, tell us, and ask us if we can return later. This situation could have been easily handled. Instead, we’ll be taking our floral budget elsewhere.

We put in our order super last minute and the staff was super understanding and created a beautiful arrangement with the limited stock they had. I would recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for a floral shop to take over and do what they know best: create beautiful floral arrangements. They also delivered the flowers right on time and sent a confirmation email saying the flowers were delivered. It was such a weight lifted off my family's shoulders during a stressful time. I can't get over how friendly and kind the staff was, and I cannot recommend this shop enough!!

Not only are their flowers SO GORGEOUS, the customer service/client experience that The Floral Fixx provides is phenomenal! My partner and I planned an elopement during the COVID pandemic when restrictions were constantly changing and had lots of questions about flowers that The Floral Fixx was super quick to respond to and help me figure out the best option for my scenario. I shared a couple ideas/inspiration with them for the bouquet and boutonnière I ordered, and the end results far exceeded my expectations. Julie did a great job on the flowers for my wedding. She really listened and tried to work within our budget. We were able to get much nicer flowers, with roses and orchids, for far less than I expected. My cousin bought her wedding flowers there as well, and they were also beautiful. My bouquet didn't start to wilt or look droopy for several days, even the orchids that had no stem or leaves.

My email was answered with suggested designs including sample images - which were on the mark. The following quote and booking was friendly and seamless. More importantly: the flower arrangements were marvelous - creative, natural, fresh and stunning. They astonished most people attending the event and impressed the host. I few weeks ago I entered the shop for the first time. I was surprised how large it was inside and how much stuff they had. Very Impressive. I was looking for some eucalyptus leaves on stem as I was feeling nostalgic. This was the 3rd florist shop I had gone to. The lady who served me was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely a place I want to go back to. Last week, I chatted with a friend who was going through a lot of life transitions and decided to sent her some flowers. I ordered an arrangement on-line with Floral Fixx and it was exactly as seen -- so beautiful. I would highly recommend this place - it has a lot of class.

After my gf recommended me this place, I came into floral fixx out of my element like a lost fawn in search of a gift for my mother. I was kindly offered assistance by various employees at the shop. Almost every item in the store is aesthetically pleasing and looks like my gf’s room (I think that’s why she sent me here). The store itself had many great gifts ideas, some at a really great value. The lady packaged my gift very nicely at no extra cost, which I did not expect. my mother loved her turtle vase fittonia plant. 5/5 definitely coming again after I make a VSCO account.

Floral Fixx gave away our appointment to another couple really close to our wedding. Why? Because another couple got a sooner appointment, and, as a result, were able to pay a deposit that the Floral Fixx never told us about. I would have paid the deposit in advance if I had known that I needed to pay a deposit, and if I had known that I would be replaced by another client so close to the wedding. I should also mention that it took Floral Fixx over 2 months from the day I made the appointment to let us know that we no longer had a florist. Imagine that! If you have an appointment with this vendor, be sure to have a plan B, because they certainly do. They accept requests for multiple wedding dates at the same time and then discard those clients who have later appointments (they actually admitted this to me during a very unapologetic phone call). Floral Fixx doesn't care about you or your wedding. They only care about your money. If you don't want a surprise before your wedding, find someone else.

I called and spoke to Nicole and they were extremely kind. They considered my budget and were able to get my order together for me to pick up in 30 minutes. I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly, however they asked the right questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. To my disappointment no one at the office answered. When my daughter was finished her meeting she texted me, I called the delivery lady..... she was still in area!!! Ordered flowers for delivery. Floral Fixx driver was rude and it was a total mess trying to figure out the timing of drop off etc. I thought it would be like Callia flowers where they package the flowers in such a way that you can leave them at doorstep for a short time. It was only 0 degrees that day, also (which I took into consideration). They did give me a refund so I was happy with that. I should have just picked them up and avoided delivery fee and headache.

I discovered Floral Fixx Design Studio almost twenty years ago. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, and--for someone like me who is not terribly familiar with flowers and plants--to be able to provide helpful recommendations. I go there expecting a positive experience and leave with a gratifying purchase. As a result the Floral Fixx is the only flower shop I have used in almost 20 years. On my most recent visit owner Julie Myers assisted me with a bouquet for my 10th anniversary which my wife loved (and earned me lots of bonus points!). We hired Floral Fixx for our wedding flowers - centrepieces, aisle decor, bouquets and corsages and boutonnières. They even did a floral crown for me (the bride) and a floral collar for our dog. They were so kind and professional and easy to work with. They were flexible with our COVID related changes and set up everything beautifully. It was my first time visiting Floral fixx! The store was clean and was filled with beautiful plants and merchandise! However; the two girls working on February the 6th, 2022 at around 330 - 4 pm had really poor customer service. Myself and my boyfriend had walked in and no one had greeted us, or told us anything about promos, and at one point there was a sales associate right beside us walking around and she did not even look up, smile or acknowledge our presence. We heard great things.. and we were looking for a new snake plant for our condo. But we just ended up walking out because it felt like a really hostile environment and not at all welcoming. We walked on over to Urban Barn where we were greeted with smiles and asked if we needed help and were even checked up on multiple times... You should take some tips from your next door neighbors. Customer service does matter in most if not all cases! Plus a smile or a simple hello can make the world of a difference to someone's experience.
