Incredibly disappointed in the extremely expensive bouqet we ordered for my Mom's 60th birthday party. We were excited to spend the extra money using a florist for the special occasion but it was a total waste of money, we could've gotten a WAY nicer bouqet from Costco or Safeway. So, so disappointed.

Horrible experience! I placed an order to have flowers sent to my wife for Valentine's Day while I was away for work. I got home from my trip last night and I was so disappointed in the flowers that my wife received. They were wilting and just a day later they are half dead! The card was mangled up. My wife said the flowers were tipped over and the water was spilled everywhere when they were delivered! Talk about pathetic, I spent over $100 on these flowers! Here's a couple of pictures for your reference. I took them a day and a half after they were delivered.

I received a beautiful bouquet tonight and am so impressed with the dedication of the staff. On their busiest day of the year, the snow caused delays in their deliveries. They made sure to update me a few times and promised they wouldn’t be closing until everyone received their deliveries. Very impressed with the dedication the whole team showed and the care they had to ensure all of their customers got their orders today.

Ordered dozen red roses for special person 5 hours from my home. Bouquet arrived as arranged, Florist called recipient before delivery. Recipient reported flowers were nicest ever received... roses all uniform with no indication of damage during transport in extreme cold weather, lots of baby’s breath, fern and leaves. Bouquet tied together with fancy tie and packed in box. Flowers were well worth the price. My new favourite florist to wire flowers. Confident will get what I want and more.

I scheduled delivery on the actual anniversary day, but they delivered two days early, ruining the surprise. When I called the next day, they did not appear to be aware of this delivery and had to look up the order and call me back. There response was "oops". When I asked what they were going to do to prevent this type of error in the future, I was told "we are human, we make mistakes". I get that, but with no idea what they could do to prevent this type of error in the future, some system perhaps, I find I cannot support this business in the future.

Very friendly and helpful people! I recently ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on short notice over the phone, to be delivered to her work place. Within 2hrs, they put together a beautiful arrangement, and had it dropped off right on time, and my wife was absolutely happy! Thank you very much, great job!

Terrible Service careless a few years ago they forgot to send flowers to my family for xmas , stopped using them !! New owers so thought ok lets try this again.. just recieved a call this morning to cancel my christmas flowers with no back up plan. Will never go back or use them again !!!

Second time I ordered flowers.This time 35 roses for our anniversary and a 3pm delivery if possible,after 3 I called and asked what time they would be delivered,she said they couldn't find our address,confused I said you just delivered flowers 3 months ago without any problems.I said just stay on Roblin my street intersects with Roblin turn right I told her. The person I talked to said it was in a different area I said your business is on Roblin and the easy way out was stay on Roblin and at the end is my street, she HUNG UP on me,I called the owner and she said she would call me back with the del. time.The biggest joke was, it was the same driver that delivered the first order 3 months ago.Very rude of them to hang up on something that was totally their fault with no apology,spent over $300,you lost my business.You could have googled the address.

Edit: Charleswood Florist has redeemed themselves by replacing our anniversary arrangement. The last photo is the new one. You can see the carnations are better prepared, the solidago is fresh and Blooming, less greens crowding the arrangement with a larger base. I have much higher hopes for this one to survive the week! Thank you Ladies for fixing this up for us. My partner picked up an arrangement on Saturday for our Anniversary. I followed the instructions watering daily, it's Thursday going on Friday and over half of the flowers are dead and dried up. So disappointing it didn't even last a week. He spent over $60 on this arrangement and it was nice enough but it REALLY should've lasted longer than 5 days.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day on February 11. They called in afternoon to say delivery would be after 6pm, but no delivery was made, and no further phone calls were received. Then they called again in morning February 15 to say delivery would be in afternoon, finally at 8:27pm, the delivery arrived. Wow, what amazing service, not. This was an order placed through Teleflora, I should have stuck with FTD, or Canadaflowers.

We ordered flowers at 9 am for delivery at 12 and when we arrived at 12:10 they still hadn't made up the bouquet. Absolute waste of money, time, and effort.

Terrible service, no communication. Item ordered for Mother's Day was substituted with another item no where close to original item. No attempt to notify to sender and to obtain permission to subsitute another item. Refused to communicate with sender or receiver of item.
