I have been using Broadway for a number of years. The arrangements are always fresh and beautiful. The online tools for choosing flowers and setting up flower delivery is quick and easy. Delivery fees are reasonable for Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

I recently had my wedding and we got our flowers from Broadway Florists. We were extremely happy with the consultation and with the follow up we got. My only complaint is from our actual wedding day. When I got to the venue and got to see my flowers for the first time, they were extremely dark purple. We had ordered blue flowers (husband couldn't tell the color when he picked then up as he is color blind so he didn't say anything). We were advised they might have a slight purple tint if we didn't want them dyed (which we didn't) which would have been ok. These did not have a slight tint. They were DARK. When I called the store, all I basically got was a "well this is what you ordered. Clearly the colors on the computer when you did your order aren't true. Too bad." So while it was a small hiccup in what was a amazing day, all my pictures have everything in my colors of navy blue and sliver with the glaringly odd addition of dark purple flowers.

When we got married, my wife had Anna roses as her bouquet, which are no longer available. As we just recently celebrated our 20th this pas week, Ernie and crew were able to source out 20 Nena roses (similar to the Anna rose) with ease. My wife smiles at them every day! Thanks Ernie!!

Everybody makes mistakes, but totally forgetting about our 20th anniversary is unacceptable. I went into the store a week before and spoke to someone who assured me it would be no problem. Then I received a response just before lunch the day of our anniversary telling me that she forgot to pass this order on because she was going out on the long weekend. They did offer a replacement bouquet, but it wasn't what I ordered and wasn't desirable. I found a very nice shop that was able to deliver what I wanted with less than 90 minutes before the dinner. I am not willing to give these people more than a 1 star rating and I will not be giving them any of my money.

REVISED: The florists took corrective action and sent out 3 yellow Gerbera's for my cousin today. They also informed me that they will revise their website to correct their advertising. I have changed my stars from 3 to 4. Thank you for the effort. Cheryl ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I ordered an arrangement for my cousin's 50th birthday yesterday. I live in Calgary, so I wanted to surprise her with flowers. It consisted of 3 yellow Gerbera's, which was arranged in a pineapple water bottle, as a flower holder. The reason I chose this specific arrangement was for the color. Her favorite color is yellow. So it was an easy choice! My cousin sent me picture of the arrangement when she got home from work. I was very disappointed to see that the flowers were pink. Still nice, but not what I ordered. So I sent an email to the florists, as the business was closed already, about the color mishap and that I was dissapointed with my order. I also attached a photo of their online advertisement, which states the arrangement contains yellow Gerbera's (pls see attached photos for reference). The response I received was: "Thank you for the email. We where all out of yellow gerbera so we substituted the colour. I am so sorry to upset." There was no signature signed to the email, to make it business professional. So this was my response back: "For the future, it would be best to inform your customers of changes to their order. There are reasons why customers select specific flowers, colors, etc. Perhaps, in your online advertising, make a note that color substitutions may occur, if color is depleted. Then we can make different selections". I did receive another email, with an attached signature: "You are a 100 percent correct. Thank you and I fix this up. Will talk to our web developer about this." Costa ---------------------- It would've been nice if they offered to send my cousin yellow Gerbera's (no vase, just flowers) as a replacement. But I guess that would be wishful thinking on my part. NOTE: If you are purchasing an arrangement for someone, that has a meaning behind it, it might be best to contact the shop via phone and speak to someone. Unfortunately, I did not have time to do this, as I was at work when I made my purchase. I trusted the website for accuracy in my selection, which failed.

I had just “received” flowers bought by my significant other who is away this Christmas in England with his family. I had received a brief call notifying me there would be a delivery in approximately 30 minutes, to my delighted surprise. 18 minutes *after the fact* I received another call from an evidently agitated woman saying she had knocked on “5 other doors” because I had missed her at my door. I had felt awful and it was a very rushed phone call being told my bouquet was left a couple houses down. No longer quite as elated about my flowers, I was quite disappointed with this experience that my significant other put time, money and hope into. My main point being; I personally feel that being in an industry such as this, that more patience should be due. I know that it is a business and that everything should always be done efficiently, but with a service like this, you never know whether it is for a celebration, a thank you, or a death of a loved one. I am very excited for the flowers to bloom, as I am sure it will look even more lovely. But as an overall experience I am unfortunately rather saddened.

Broadway Florist created our wedding florals and they were truly the most beautiful florals we could have ever imagined! They created decor for the tent that was exactly as we had asked for and more- I cannot imagine how long it took to create all the greenery strung across the tent poles and all the florals hanging off of each piece but it was truly outstanding. Broadway florists did the most amazing job and it was even honestly the most wonderful aspect of the whole wedding. We had SO many people asking about the florals especially the hanging aspects from the tent. The customer service was also amazing- Costa and his team were so easy to work with and made all our creative dreams a reality x 100. They went above and beyond and we were blown away.

I was out of town and I realized in a panic that I had forgotten to order flowers for my dear friend's birthday. It was Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm and I needed them delivered that evening. I called 3 florists (2 on Corydon and 1 on Academy), all very close to where I needed the flowers delivered. They all said they could not help me. When I called Broadway - the staff did not hesitate to accommodate, even though it was clear they had finished their deliveries for the day.
