10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for excellent service! Mary is a truly amazing artist and knew instantly the exact look we were going for, based on her experience and our personality. We also rented centrepieces and had several floral elements (i.e. hair pieces, chair swags, cake floral arrangement) that were executed perfectly. Amazing customer service and value for the quality of flowers we received!! Their store is also super cute and has amazing gifts!

I went to Springhill for my wedding flowers after having gone to a friend's wedding that they'd done and being really impressed with her arrangements. I honestly don't think I could have wished for a better vendor. Before we even agreed to pay a cent, Elise gave us well over an hour of her time to sit with us and discuss what exactly we were looking for, show her pictures, go through details, etc. And then was very available by e-mail to receive pinterest boards and thoughts/requests and such from me. Her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process was unimpeachable and such a big help to a busy bride. Finished off with a final phone call and PDF plan/invoice to make sure every detail was perfect. On the day, their team arranged my outdoor ceremony items and then moved some of them indoors and rearranged them for the reception (her idea - a great money saver) and they did so exactly on time and as described, with zero need for help or input from me. And most importantly, the flowers themselves utterly exceeded my high expectations!! Not only did they correctly interpret and execute every single thing I'd asked for, but the large arrangement for over our arch/head table was beyond my wildest dreams, it honestly just elevated the entire event's decor. Our bouquets were spot on, and the guests totally cleaned us out of the floral centrepieces by the end of the night! Finally, I must say that I feel like I received excellent value for my money, and never felt pressured or deceived in any way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these pros to anyone in the area. Honestly, just stop agonizing and call them :)

I had the most amazing customer service from Springhill Flowers today. They called me to let me know that there was a flower delivery for me today. I asked if they could deliver them to my neighbours house because I would be out of town until Monday. She had the delivery changed until then and took the time to read the sweet card that was sent with the flowers. They went out of their way to ensure that I would be receiving fresh flowers upon my return when I am sure they had a bouquet ready to be delivered today. Made my day!

Such lovely selection of flowers with great service. These aren’t grocery store/grandma type arrangements but really modern beautiful ones. Staff is lovely and helpful. Gift shop also has cute things at reasonable prices.

I am obsessed with the work Springhill did for our wedding - they made it look like it was straight out of a magazine!!!! Elise spent the time to sit down with me TWICE to discuss my vision and oh boy did they deliver; I literally screamed when I saw how beautiful my bouquet was!!! The centrepieces they did for us took my breath away. I can not thank these ladies enough for taking the time to make my wedding dreams come true - especially because I was a very indecisive bride that was constantly changing her mind. If I ever have any other event that requires flowers I will one million percent be calling Springhill again. I highly recommend supporting this local business.
