Worst decision ever. I chose to get my wedding flower at McLennan flowers and let me tell you, that was a big mistake. Even after telling them that the wedding was on Sunday the staff neglected to inform me that they weren’t even open on Sundays. When I came in to pay for flowers 2 weeks prior to the wedding they informed me that I would have to pick them up on the Saturday before. Well, good thing we work something out because I don’t think these flowers would have made it overnight. By the end of the night all the flowers were dead and shriveled up. Every single bouquet lost at least one flower and they were all tiny. They bouquets were not what I asked for. My poor husbands jacket was ruined because they simply painted a leaf in his boutonniere, it cracked, it peeled and it messed up his white jacket. On Sunday when we picked up the flowers the lady was rude to my bridesmaid. She said she had things to do today and wasn't going to wait for us (we were running a little behind but in all honesty, on your wedding day your running around like crazy. What does she expect). Well I’m sorry but we’re paying a lot of money for these flowers and if you can’t come in on a Sunday to give them to us then you shouldn’t have accepted my business. The flowers are supposed to make your wedding beautiful but for our wedding it just make it stressful and disappointing. Anyone thinking of using McLennan flowers for your upcoming wedding, I would recommend you reconsider. The only good part about McLennan flowers is the Christmas portion of the store.

We loved all our flower arrangements for our wedding and were blown away by how everything turned out. Staff wad professional and knowledgeable and helped us bring our vision to life. Their recommendations of baby breaths and greenery made our venue look incredible. My bouquet that included roses, baby breath and just the right amount of greenery for our winter wedding is still the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen, I still have people complimenting on how beautiful the bouquet was.

10 stars!!!! They drop of a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my grandma each month. They are very flexible with her schedule and always ask what days she is home to drop it off the following month. There was a slight confusion one month and as an apology they sent to sets of flowers. We have been using them for years and they are fantastic!!

Every November they set up a Christmas town for people to visit and donations are accepted. The store has ornaments, home made soaps, tree ornaments lots to see, oh and flowers. Open all year and will have 2 floors. Can't wait until this Christmas.

She had quick responses with emails and accommodating to my many changes. They set up my wedding tables exactly as I wanted with beautiful greenery! They did delivery to the grooms getting ready location, the brides and the venue all on time!

WORST FLOWER SHOP EVER. The owner overcharged me and made a mistake on a remembrance day wreath, she insisted on not fixing her mistake unless I paid for it when she already overcharged me and she hung up the phone in my face and said she will not fix her mistake. I would never recommend this flower shop to anyone. GO TO FOREST OF FLOWERS WHERE THE STAFF IS COURTEOUS.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers for mothers day and am very dissapointed with the flower arrangement. I asked for a 50 dollar bouquet and received two roses, two carnations and some tulips. I understand that it is mothers day and there is high demand and mark up but will not purchase from here again. Will stick to buying for the flower lady on Pack road or unfortunately costco. Was hoping to help a local small business.

I don't live in the area, and I had to quickly find a way to get flowers to a funeral service next day. When I called, the woman handled everything for me and was kind enough to put the arrangement together immediately and bring over to the visitation same day! ...Keep in mind I called pretty late in the day. Receipt was emailed promptly. Very thankful for the wonderful customer service on such a tight deadline!

The worest flower shop ever, I would not recommend this shop to my worest enemy. When I called to express my ,concerns the owner hung up on me. I was so disappointed that I had to go to Mount Bridge to have my order corrected.
