I've only had great experiences with Lovebirds. My first time was receiving a surprise delivery from my partner, the driver was very polite, respectful, and friendly. The flowers were beautiful and the vase was matched nicely. Nice wrapping as well. Going in the store is a remarkable experience. It smells really nice, looks very welcoming, and I was greeted with a big smile & wave even when they were busy/on the phone. Great variety of flowers, candles, accessories, decorations, & much more. I ordered a bouquet online for a friend who suffered a loss, and Lovebird Flowers was recommended to me by a friend. I chose a beautiful bouquet from their website and what was delivered was not close to what they had advertised. Half the flowers pictured/listed weren't included, and when I called to speak to someone about it, while she was very apologetic, mentioned that the person who put together this bouquet said they didn't have a lot of those flowers on hand, but nobody bothered to call me and see if we could work out something else instead of sending out half an arrangement. While I was offered a partial refund, the entire experience was disappointing. **EDIT A day after I posted this review, I received a voicemail from Lisa from Lovebirds. She wanted to acknowledge the review and thanked me for sending in the picture, and agreed that while the bouquet was beautiful, it was "depleted in flowers and product" (a direct quote from the voicemail which I still have). She also said she wanted to make it right next time, which I thought was really kind and in good nature. I was going to take down this review, as I understand mistakes happen and she reached out to me to make it right, I just hadn't gotten around to it yet. Then I read the response and found it insulting, it was never explained to me that the hydrangeas would be replaced with lilies (not to mention the other flowers that were missing). It's being insinuated that the replacements were explained to me, when in fact they were not.

I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered July 21st. They had been delivered the day I ordered them. My confirmation had the correct delivery date, as well the card included had the delivery date of July 21st. Despite this, they had been delivered on July 19th. The flowers had been ordered for the anniversary of a friends mother passing, this made it look like we completely forget the date of such a sad day for her. I also ordered flowers that specifically said they included sunflowers. The bouquet was still lovely, however had cheaper flower substations and didn't have any sunflowers. I understand that arrangements can be modified if some flowers aren't available, however the entire look was completely different, it wasn't just different flowers.

One of the best ordering experiences! I live on the other side of the world and wanted to wish my friend a fast recovery after a surgery. I found lovebird online and ordered an orchid to be sent to my friend. Lovebird delivered a beautiful orchid within a few hours only. With my mom in hospital and me unable to go due to lockdown, I really wanted to send flowers to cheer her up. I was unsure of all the COVID regulations but ordered online anyway from Lovebird Flowers, hoping for the best - and that is what I got! My mom was transferred to another hospital right in a different town after I placed the order but Michelle and Lisa went out of their way to make sure the flowers made it to the right hospital in good time. I ordered an arrangement for my wife on our anniversary. The item that arrived did not look like the one advertised. I reached out and quickly got a detailed response from the owner, Lisa. She explained that this was due to depleted supplies in relation to Covid lockdown. Reasonable, but I feel that the item should have been temporarily removed from the site. Lisa offered to send a replacement once her stock was replenished, and said it would be closer to the advertised item. I accepted. A bit less than two weeks later, the delivery arrived. It was a closer match to what I expected. In times when customer service seems to be non-existent, it's nice to have a local business that strives to make things right when a mistake is made. I would recommend Lovebird Flowers. With Covid shortages however, you may want to call in your order to be absolutely confidant with what you'll be receiving.

Don't know why the reviews are so good. What arrived was COMPLETELY different to what we ordered. We selected the middle option (not the cheapest) and on most florists site, the middle option is the one pictured. Lovebird's site does not specify so we assumed it was the same. The arrangement we received is so sparse compared to the one shown on the site. The planter is completely different too. I'm really really annoyed. It wouldn't have even been expensive to just fill in the gaps with some greenery but they couldn't do that. Additionally (and I didn't take off any stars for this) they don't support overseas credit cards, so I had to ask someone in canada to order it for me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Spent over $80 for the flowers to not be received until the next day. The delivery guy was extremely rude to my mother. Then the flowers that they sent were something completely different. Embarrassing... If you can’t keep up with orders let alone a order I put in weeks in advance. Then you should send out emails or makes calls. As someone who works in business this is a really shame. Simple communication would have made this experience a little better. What a scam! UPDATE: We finally got ahold of Lisa at Lovebirds & when I explained what happened she asked to call us back... she never returned our call. & has yet. A simple apology would have been nice and made this whole encounter better.

Horrible experience. Ordered a cute mini garden looking bouquet for my mom for mother's Day and she received a bunch of greenery with 3 mini white tulips in a box. Could not be more disappointed. Wish I would have just gotten a phone call if flowers weren't available so we could agree on something else. My mom's favorite flowers are daffodils and her favorite colour is yellow. I would have asked for different yellow flowers and a yellow bow.

Lovebird Flowers is the best! We had our wedding flowers from here and were so happy. An employee at the venue even said they were the nicest flowers she'd ever seen in her time of working there. Michelle created exactly what I wanted based on photos and was able to sub in silk flowers for the varieties out of season (you couldn't even tell they weren't real!) I gave a rough idea of what I might like for corsages and table boquets and Michelle was able to create something that I loved! I even changed my boquet slightly a few weeks before the wedding and they were able to accommodate that with no issues. They also delivered the flowers to the venue the morning of the ceremony with lots of time to spare. We had 6 flower girls and expected that we would have to purchased lots of flower petals but Michelle said that wasn't necessary and that we could use what was left from her making our arrangements. For the amount of flowers and the high quality and freshness of everything we were expecting to pay a lot more than we did. Amazing quality and value! You won't regret using Lovebirds for your wedding. They will make your flower dreams come true!

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my niece. It looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I called and voiced my disappointment. I was told (by messenger) that "all the growers were sold out of winter greens and we didn't have enough to build your tree. I promise that it was filled to value." I then received another message that they would be happy to give me "a partial CREDIT" if I called. I called and left a message 3 days ago - no call back. I called again today and left another message. This is unacceptable. I do not want a partial credit as I do not intend to every use this florist again. (the first picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what was delivered). This is not the way I thought a reputable business would treat a customer. UPDATE; Today I was offered a full refund. As she did provide the bear vase and some flowers she had incurred expenses. We agreed to a partial refund. She was very apologetic and I accepted her apology.

I cannot reccommend this place enough, the owner was one of the kindest people I have ever met. I was looking around for a corsage and boutinerre for my prom and after going to a few other shops I found the only options seemed to be roses, because they are pre made and easier to make. My friend and I decided to try one last shop to see if there was any difference when we walked in we were welcomed by a warm women with a huge smile. She took us through the different flowers and helped us fully customize our corsages to include carnations adn fressias (which turned out beautiful). I came back later after reccommending it to a friend to help her find her corsage and I was welcomed by name and someone who fully knew my order. This place is amazing and I would 100000% go here again over a big chain like forest of flowers

Sunday 10 May 6pm: I ordered flowers for my mother in law 4 days ago for mother's day and they have not been delivered. I emailed and did not get a reply. I tried calling but their mailbox is full. This is disgraceful particularly on mother's day! UPDATE Sunday 10 May 10:30pm: It's after 10pm and the flowers have still not been delivered. I do have sympathy regarding staffing issues as a result of covid19 but as I also work in a highly seasonal business the fact that not a single call/email was placed (let alone answered) to customers to inform them of the delay is unacceptable. UPDATE Monday 11 May 4:30pm: flowers finally arrived at 2pm today. They look nothing like what I ordered or the value of what I ordered as I ordered the premium size. Also the hand sanitizer I ordered was replaced with a soap (of greater value) which my mother in law cannot use due to her sensitive skin. If the hand sanitizer is not available it should be removed from the website as it is still there and available to add to cart. I appreciate there are challenges due to covid19 but all of this could have been solved with simple communication - an email to customers advising of substitutions and delays and an APOLOGY. If you have time to respond to 1 star reviews on Google with excuses you have time to send an email apology to your customers.

DONT BUY FROM HERE! I brought Jovial Basket By Lovebird Flowers for a coworker and they didn't match the picture at all. The flowers werent delivered until the evening... poor service. I paid 80.00 for the flowers and am not satisfied. I am very disappointed and want a refund.

I used lovebird flowers for my wedding in September 2019. I had them make my bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, big floral centrepieces, and a garland of greenery for my ceremony arch. They did an AMAZING job with everything. My expectations were far exceeded and they made my wedding look so extra magical. Working with the staff was a breeze and they understood the vision I was going for even though my floral knowledge is terrible. All deliveries were on time, flowers were beautiful and lasted several days after the wedding. Price can't be beat! I interviewed 10 different florists and Lovebird was the only one who could give me everything I wanted for the budget I had. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be buying all my flowers from them in the future. Fabulous work!!
