Grow & Bloom has always been my favourite plant store and when I got engaged I knew who I needed to do my wedding florals. Grow and bloom blew me away with the florals they made for our wedding. They nailed the vibe I was going for. My one bridesmaid who’s my sister said these just reflect who you are perfectly. They were fabulously when contacting them throughout the wedding planning process.

Most incredible service and products! I went to preorder a Yule bowl and it sold out when I was checking out, so I sent an email asking if it would be back in stock. They immediately messaged me back saying they would put two on the website for me and I could pick them up in 5 days! You don't get this kind of service with a chain store. You can tell how much heart and soul they put into this. Just another reason why G&B is my favourite local shop!

Beautiful little store. With beautiful people working in it. Always super helpful. (Many of them know me by name, and I’m greeted that way which is always really really nice) I always go in there with a specific thing in mind .... they help me find it, and I almost always come out with extras . The work shops that they host look truely magical. They owners & staff obviously work very very hard to keep all the cool things and cool plants in the store, and help their customers find something extra special to take home . My favourite florist shop, and one of my most favourite shops in the city!! 5 stars !!!!!!

Very pleasant plant/florist shop with a wide range of indoor gardening tools and paraphernalia sure to keep plant lovers busy in their indoor garden. Very wide and varied selection of pots both hanging and sitting. The wide range of plants and their beautiful foliage will keep you occupied as to which plant you want to take home! The selection of brass pots is unusual but welcomed as it is uncommon to see pots of such quality in most shops. I have purchased two brass pots that blend in seemlessly into my decor at home and am well pleased in the investment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and owner who are all clearly plant lovers themselves! Worth a visit and a purchase or two or maybe even three!! They take their COVID-19 protocols seriously here so you should feel very safe.

Every item has been expertly curated based on current trends and seasons and the quality is exceptional. Every time I shop here I end up leaving with a ton of stuff because it's so difficult to leave with only one item.

Lots of variety in plants that are also pretty healthy and well taken care of with helpful staff. Prices are higher than I'm used to, but it is more of a boutique/high end feel so I get it. Found myself a cute little plant that I've been looking for but haven't been able to find!

Grow & Bloom's wedding florals and team are out of this world! My husband and I cannot thank the amazing team for their dedication to their craft, artistry and flexibility which made our wedding so beautiful. When I first met with Erin pre-covid to discuss our wedding florals, I knew straight away we had found the one! Her talented design mind, experience and passion for her craft is clear, and was felt through the entire process. As our wedding plans were pushed and changed over the coming months to year due to lockdowns, Erin was right there with us allowing us the grace and flexibility to move and adjust our plans, despite the difficult situation so many businesses were facing. Our plans eventually changed to an out of town, intimate ceremony- we worried that florals would be an issue to transport and keep lively, but Erin and her team took care of everything. She was able to adjust to suit the new size and location of the event and provided everything we needed to transport florals safely, and keep everything looking fresh the day of. In addition to such an amazing experience leading up to the day, and how low stress the situation turned out to be, our florals were absolutely gorgeous! Erin and her team provided exactly what we were looking for in terms of colour palette, greenery and a wild and whimsical look. We loved everything, and received amazing feedback from our friends and family as well. We cannot recommend Grow & Bloom enough for all your wedding floral needs, as well as their amazing shop location with beautiful plants galore! Thank you so much Erin and Team- you made our day so beautiful and we cannot thank you enough!

Beautiful shop. I frequently come here for myself and gifts for others and there is ALWAYS something new to see. Sometimes it’s impossible to decide between plants and the staff are always super helpful at making recommendations. I will definitely be attending one of the terrarium classes soon - they look amazing! Great value for the price, and I can always count on the staff here if I have questions about caring for my plants even weeks after purchasing. WOW!! You have not experienced flowers or plants until you have walked into Grow&Bloom. Locally woman owned&ran business. From walking into the shops lively&lush atmosphere, the owner Robin will be eager to help you dream up&create a beautiful design, big or small. Carry outs, unique plants and carefully curated trinkets and treasures can also be purchased and make excellent gifts. Blooms are always in season making them the freshest around! Highly recommend Grow&Bloom. I’ve had house plants since it first opened and it’s always a pleasure to add more :)

I had such a wonderful experience here. I was looking for a unique bouquet for a friend. I was greeted with warmth the second I walked in. The woman working was so friendly and lovely. She asked my price range and made up a gorgeous arrangement on the spot. She was helpful and had amazing customer service skills. She also provided instructions on how to care for the flowers in the hours between pick up to when I would be gifting them to a friend. I will be back!

Surprised at the good reviews when the owner was so rude and had such an unwelcoming attitude yesterday. Maybe it was a bad day??? The shop itself is beautiful and the other two women working were lovely. But she stood leaning at the back of the shop barking orders and not engaging at all with customers or helping, just making snobby sarcastic comments. It felt so awkward and I felt badly for the other employees! It was an awful first impression and although they have lovely plants and products I will never be back. Supporting local should mean supporting your own employees and making customers feel welcome, not chastising or mocking them for asking questions.

Adorable store with a great aesthetic and selection of plants. Beautiful decor. Sadly we didn’t have the best experience as one of the employees (who I am assuming is a manager/supervisor) made us feel as if us shopping in-store was a nuisance. Comments such as “I was going to put this box away but I guess I can’t now” (as we must have been in the way) were said by this person. Poor attitude. The employee mentioned under their breath that they have anxiety about people in the store. If you aren’t ready to have customers shopping, then please don’t offer in-store services. We wouldn’t have minded, but your comments left a sour taste in our mouth and we will not be back nor will we recommend the shop to others. Ive worked in customer service for 10+ years so I understand having anxiety or a bad day. Taking your feelings out of your customers is not a good business practice - especially if said customers simply wanted to shop your store and support your local business!

Not only was Erin a joy to deal with (think of sunshine in a human form) but she made my dreams come true with the gorgeous bridal bouquet for my wedding this past weekend. I was already in love with the bouquet but when I saw the centre pieces that she made in the terrariums that I provided her with, I was left speechless! They are beyond beautiful and we received so many compliments on them. I highly recommend Grow & Bloom Co. to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding or any other occasion! I cannot thank Erin, Robin and the rest of their team enough for the phenomenal job that they did.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - bad customer service!! I placed an order online for a bouquet that was $130.00 for my friend who is getting married today. I paid the delivery charge $10 and the postal code was verified on the website confirming the $10 charge. I received a phone call today from Nicole advising my friends address is outside of London so I have to pay more for delivery which was fine, however the site confirmed the postal code and $10 fee. On their website it said outside of London was $19 so I thought I was paying a $9 difference. Nicole said they use someone who charges $25, not $19. I advised her the website says $19. Right away she said ‘That’s fine I’ll charge you the $9 difference and take some flowers out of the arrangement.’ I said no to that and paid the $15 difference. My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement which was MUCH SMALLER than their website photo. I felt this customer service experience was terrible and their website is completely MISLEADING. Would not recommend ever!!!

Rebecca was SO patient with all of my questions and so helpful in helping me choose within my budget. A photo was sent to me once received and they were stunning and so beautifully arranged. This shop is number 1 in my books! So many plants and special pots and planters. The website is great but to get the full experience, go in person! Walking through that door feels like you've ended up in a happy garden nook. And the staff are just so incredibly helpful and kind, lovely to speak with!
