Definitely one of the best flower shops I've ever been to! The way the florist arranges her flowers will definitely not leave you unsatisfied! Her pieces have the ability to truly convey a message that will comfort those who receive the flowers. What's more is that the florist is just so kind! The store feature many flower and plant related merchandise for the indoor gardener and plant lover. Always worth a visit and a purchase or two. It is a bit expensive so pricing is not the most economical.

This is a fantastic beautiful flower! The staff was very friendly and nice. The delivery was strictly on time and the flowers my friend received were completely lovely. There was a light purple rose and a tulip with a little magenta mixed between the flowers. It looked very clear and I admire the beautiful sense. My friend had a great time, and I will be ordering flowers here next time.

Very unprofessional owner and customer service. We called in to get some flowers for my grandfather's burial and the owner was laughing the entire time she was on the phone with my mom. When I went to pick up the flowers, I stood waiting at the front door for 3 minutes while the girl behind the counter (who didn't have her mask on) stared at me and laughed at me the whole time. I don't get what's so funny? Totally insensitive, put an awkward damper on the day of his burial.

I am writing about the woman who works at/owns the flower shop. I completely missed buying flowers and a card for her big day. Fortunately before dinner it crossed my mind. Knowing the flower shop closes at 6 PM, I still called them. The lady said she was willing to wait for me. I got there in another 10 mins and was well served. Ordered an arrangement as a gift for my 10 year anniversary. Originally ordered a bonsai but the store called to say they did not have any in stock - and could not get one. Instead they offered an arrangement. It was important to me that it lived; so it could sit on my partners desk. Within a month it had blackened and wilted. He brought it home from work for me to find that they had placed succulents in a tropical planter and the plants had quickly drowned. There was no drainage added to the pot. When I removed the plants it took almost a week for the soil to dry out. When I sent them a message about what had happened, the shop did not respond.

I ordered flowers 12 days in advance to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. They attempted to deliver them at 7pm on her birthday and were unable to so left them with an unknown neighbour. My friends birthday came and went with no flowers delivered. They could have called before hand to ensure someone would be home. Very disappointed in the in the service as one phone call could have avoided all of this. I will never order from this store again.

Flower arrangements looked great online, but service is terrible. After booking and paying for delivery a week in advance through the website, we received a call from an employee on the day before scheduled delivery proclaiming that she "doesn't feel like coming into work tomorrow" so she sent out the flowers already and the driver is on the way. No one was home. Promptly cancelled and asked for a refund, which took over 2 weeks to process. Cannot speak for the owner(s) or manager(s) but at least one employee needs to understand she cannot reschedule delivery that was agreed upon ahead of time just because she "doesn't feel like coming into work".

Best florist in London with a huge selection of flowers and an amazing, creative team! Everything I saw in this cute store was unique and well crafted with care. Prices are lower than the chain florists, with better quality and options in store to look at. Brittany spent well over an hour helping me mock up wrist corsages for a picky prom girl until she was happy. There was a mutual mix up in pick up time and Kelly took it upon herself to deliver the flowers to my home at 9pm at night (thank you). What an amazing experience I had with my MANY orders here in the past! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the arrangements are made with such detail and thought. The floral designers are very friendly and will work with exactly what you want and make your visions a floral reality. Also I love the floor selection they have, sometimes just come in for a walk around to see their decor and potted plants.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom for mothers day. She sent me a photo of the flowers she received and they looked nothing like the flowers I had chosen online. The colours did not match at all and the flowers were all sticking out funny. The bouquet did not look like a professional florist put it together, which is what they advertise on their website. I emailed the them to let them know that I am not happy with my purchase and that I would like my mom to be sent a new bouquet. I received a reply that advised me that the pictures on there website are digitally enhanced. So admitting the flowers will never look as good as the ones on the internet. Which means they are using false advertising. They advised they will not send out a new bouquet unless they are broken during delivery. Very unhappy customer!!!

NO STARS! Put in an order online and card got declined, but instead of calling to confirm the order had declined; got no notification. Called in the morning and spoke to an "Emily"; called to confirm the order in the afternoon and they said they called, but I didnt receive a call. I called back in the afternoon and "Emily" outright denied taking the call in the morning and said they called to confirm that order had cancelled. Poor customer experience; I would shop elsewhere.

I needed a bouquet of flowers for the first time I met my in-laws.Through Google search, I chose the most popular flower shop, and the result was very satisfactory. The flower types were more diverse than any other flower shop in London, and she was very kind and made a bouquet luxurious for the purpose. I was very happy to find a flower shop that I could continue to visit.

$120 for a bouquet and a bear. $10 for delivery. bouquet is very nice I won't take that away however when delivered they forgot the bear, I called with no issue they stated they will send the bear out, I called back an hour and 20 minutes later and they told me the bear will come tomorrow. Today is valentines day, not tomorrow. $10 for delivery and $120 for something worth less than $10 and that will die in a week. generally I don't complain but if im paying $120 and a $10 delivery charge. make sure you deliver what's ordered. bull......

I called in around noon and was greeted with friendly enthusiasm when I asked if I could receive same day delivery. Not only was the delivery prompt and efficient, but also the bouquet was stunning. I had request a specific pallet and the florist went above and beyond. I have used other florists in London... nothing compares to this service! I ordered my daughter’s grad bouquet from this store , I talked to someone named Amanda through emails and she promised me it’s going to be a beautiful bouquet when I pick it up. But I just picked it up earlier and the bouquet looked so small and flowers looked dead not fresh after I upgraded to delux version as she suggested. The Color of the bouquet looks very dull too , and my friend ordered one from forests of flowers , and it looks much more beautiful. And the lady named Amanda told me I’m being difficult instead of helping me to fix the situation. So I don’t suggest anyone to order from this store unless you have no other choices. I’m extremely disappointed at this bouquet and trying to order another one from another store for her now. I just got a response from the store, the lady Amanda denied her bad attitude from this morning, but from her reply you can tell how mean she is even in the message. In the email she didn’t ask me for more details for the bouquet just said she is going to put together a nice bouquet for me, so I trusted her with her professional skills, but it turned out badly. I will try to paste some photos here to show how pethetic the bouquet looked like when I got it. And I could have walked out without paying for this arrangement but I still try to tell them to fix it and paid for it. So I don’t know why she said I was rude and being difficult I did ask if they can sell me the other one in the fridge since it looked fuller and fresher, and I don’t mind paying more, but she said it’s reserved for another customer and I said “ok, so can you make another one?” And she told me they don’t have those flowers in store anymore, which are pink and white roses, and I think those flowers should be basic stocks for any floral stores. So overall, first I thought this store was not good at understanding customer’s needs, now I think they even have very poor customer services and treats customer ‘s feedbacks very rude and unprofessionally. P.s unfortunately I can’t paste any pictures here maybe I will try on their Facebook page or Instagram, please go and check it out.

I by chance came across the bouquet of Morning melody as I was seeking purple flowers for my favorite teacher. Beautiful flowers! Every single rose was perfection. My boyfriend sent me flowers to my workplace for my birthday and I was so surprised! I want to apologize to the delivery woman, she was stuck at the front entrance as security would not allow her in (due to COVID). She called me 4 times but because of the building's poor cell reception, I could barely make out what she was saying. Thank you for being persistent and not giving up!

If I could rate this less I would. I went in to get flowers for my mother that has been sick in the hospital for the past 6 months. I was greeted by a girl named Amanda who didnt seem to bright, and was overly fake. When I mentioned what the flowers were for she didnt even acknowledge it. She rushed through the arrangement and it looked sloppy as if it came from the local grocery store. I will never come to this store again, and recommend no one get any sort of personal arrangement made by Amanda
