Very unhappy with Valentines order. Firstly the arrangement was supposed to be 12 Red Roses in a Red vase. It came as 6 Red Roses and approx 12 Carnations in a cheap looking Clear vase. Secondly, I paid for delivery and due to the store transcribing the address I wrote on the online order incorrectly, I had to pick the order up instead and was made to feel as if it was my mistake, hence why I double checked my invoice. I understand Valentines is crazy busy for florists but I was left unhappy both in terms of product and customer service.

I received an arrangement as a gift which was completely different than what my friend had ordered. A new arrangement arrived the next day and about 3 hours later they had sent the delivery guy back to ask for the original one. I was shocked, as a business if you mess up you should rectify it and if that comes out of pocket then that's the way it goes. I was honestly embarrassed for the man who had to come back and ask for it and am now embarrassed for this company and their unprofessionalism. To top it off my flowers started wilting the next day so definitely not fresh. I Will never be ordering from here. *Response to your comment* It may have been your policy so you should have called myself or my friend that placed the order to notify me so I had the other original flowers in hand to pass on to the delivery driver. Second knowing that these were bereavement flowers once realizing you didn't get the original order you should have not come back to my home to disturb me.

Dundas Flowers saved my daughter's wedding! Maureen at Dundas Flowers is one of the nicest human beings that you are ever going to meet. My daughter ordered her wedding flowers months ago from an internet company called Bunches Direct . Well they emailed 3 days before the wedding to tell us that 2 items could not be filled. The flowers arrived 1 day before the wedding ...and the order was a disaster. 3 of 8 items were missing, 1 item would not live to the wedding, they had substituted 2 items with another totally different colour flower... a disaster! We dropped into Dundas Flowers and well Maureen went beyond the call of duty and made things happen. On very short notice Maureen found flowers in the colours that we needed and worked with us to meet our every need. She even stored the flowers from the "other company" in her fridge for the night....wow what service. Maureen, you are a special person and we thank you from the bottom of our heart. So many things wrong about this place. Their service is horrible. Made an order to be delivered the next day and when I called them they said it would be coming late, around 6pm. The flowers didnt even arrive till the next day... My order was also completely different from the pictures on the website. When I called them about this they didn't even want to give me a refund at first and they told me that what I ordered is not even available at their store. These people dont even deserve to own a business...

What was delivered was not as advertised. They charged over $70 for an upgraded arrangement for V-day, and what was delivered was one rose and three carnations surrounded by a bunch of filler that is clearly not what was shown in the picture. Carnations are a very affordable flower so the fact they did not even bother to use more of those just shows a lack of effort. Be wary of ordering from them. What they show you getting vs what they deliver. Never again.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's BIRTHDAY and paid for them with my credit card. When they WEREN'T DELIVERED by 12 noon the shop was given a polite call asking when they would be delivered. They asked for the credit card details again and said that they would be delivered within the NEXT HOUR. I had to TELL my girlfriend that she was getting flowers delivered within the NEXT HOUR to prevent her from going out and missing the delivery, this RUINED the surprise. The flowers didn't get delivered until 5.45 pm which meant she was waiting around for another 4hours and 45 minutes, completely RUINING HER DAY ! I have used this florist before but WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN !!
