Recently bought a snake plant and loved it! Thought I would drop in again to purchase a string of pearls I noticed at my first visit. However, I wish I had better inspected the plant before purchasing. I noticed upon unpacking it at home, the stems are rotted or completely dead. I have tried to propagate the two slightly alive stems, but two nodes unfortunately isn't worth the money spent. In a nutshell, thoroughly check houseplants from this store!!

My absolute favorite florist in London. Quality of the flowers is second to none, I’ve had arrangements from this shop that have stayed alive for almost 2 weeks with minimal care from me. The plants ive gotten are always extremely healthy and the staff are really knowledgeable about each individual plant and how to care for it best. The pricing is so reasonable I feel like even if it was a little more expensive it would still be reasonable because of the quality, care and amazing customer service from this florist. Thankyou for making me so excited to come back and get more flowers! And also starting my little plant obsession ????

This flowers shop is very unprofessional and seriously what happen to customer service??. I made an ordered for a Valentine's gift. Got it delivered a completely different one, nothing look like what I paid for. It looks cheap and ugly AND I got charged 70 something dollars for only 5 roses. When I called back to tell them that we got a diff rose delivered. The woman talked to me very rude and no apologies at all, she even blaimed and said to me"you ordered on the day that we so busy and we have 100s of delivery so things like this bound to happen. Just as long as we deliver you fresh roses" ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Is that how you talk to your customers?? I get charged almost $100 for 5 roses that's not even a Bouqet?? And no apologies. Other than talking back in a rude way? Well I have a business myself on Facebook page and I'll make sure this will spread to the entire London.

I don't live in London, but when I do visit I will often stop in to get flowers to give as a gift, the flowers are always fresh and look pristine. The process to order online was quick and easy.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR “BONZIS” They are meant to be spelt bonsai, but they can’t even get that correct. They do not know how to care for these beautiful trees and the kind they have in stock is a Chinese Juniper which cannot stay indoors. They will tell you to just mist it but that is false and they need to practically be overwatered to thrive and be happy. They are 44$ and that is a big purchase for something to die. They CANNOT stay inside, please do not keep them inside and water them, not mist. The staff seem very uninformed about their plants and I sadly will not be returning.

I received a bouquet of gerber daisies & roses for my birthday 3 days ago and they are already wilted and falling apart. My boyfriend also showed them the specific colour he wanted in the bouquet and they did not include them. We are very disappointed in the quality and customer service from Daisy Flowers -- will not return or reccomend to anyone.

My partner and I got married in September 2021 and securing a florist was one of the last big things on our to do list. A family member recommended Daisy and it was the best decision ever. I had been planning the floral needs for our wedding since we got engaged in June 2019. So I had quite the wish list and an idea of what types of flowers and colours I wanted. Diane worked closely with me from day one to ensure every detail was accounted for and nothing was missed. Diane took the time to have a though discussion with me regarding my floral arrangement requests. She suggested some great alternatives to bring dark blue into the colour pallet. Initially I wanted white roses dyed blue not knowing they have a tendency to bleed on to your hands and clothes, not ideal for a white dress. So we opted for blue thistles to add pops of colour among the predominantly white flowers and greenery dusted with gold spray paint. This choice created more texture and added a unique aspect to the florals that stood up well throughout the day. Leading up to and on the big day Diane made sure all the logistics of delivery and setup were taken care of and ensured everyone had the correct pieces. She even visited the venue in advance and met with our wedding coordinator to get accurate dimensions of the circular altar and view the layout. If you’re looking for absolutely breathtaking floral arrangements, detail oriented customer service, and the talent to make your vision come to life you must go to Daisy Flowers.

MISINFORMATION A member of the staff, Diana, provided me with COMPLETELY incorrect information in regards to caring for my bonsai tree. The staff told me the tree could be kept “inside” with only “little bit of light” and would only need to be watered “once every two weeks”. Ten minutes of googling will show anyone that this information is incorrect. The tree needs to be kept outside and watered daily or it will DIE. I was either deliberately LIED to or the staff is UNINFORMED. 3/10 experience edit: my experience got even worse! I can provide screenshots of their terrible customer service as well!!

Second time ordering. First time they shorted by 12 ling stem roses giving an entirely different bouquet so I received a $50 credit. (Price difference was actually $75 between the 2 styles but I let that go). Order flowers delivered today and it really looks like the deluxe was given when the premium was ordered. Gave them a second chance but now it's time to move on. Lesson learned.

As a sign of sympathy, we ordered the classy and beautiful “Blue Horizons” as seen on the left, but to our disgust, the recipient received the flowers on the right. Not only there is nothing blue about it, the disorderly flower presentation was very cheap looking , and the random black vase added to the distasteful look… We understand that sometimes there may be a few things out of stock, but the complete lack of style and colour coordination is a real farce!

I bought a little cactus from hear and when I got home realized the 2 flowers on top where fake and glued on at least tell people they are fake not cool not everyone knows theses cactus rarley produce flowers if i wanted a fake plant I would have boght a fake plant ........

I have been going to this shop for years and then the other day I got a double pack of tulips. I'm writing this as I watch the flowers opening up. It makes me feel like Spring is in the air. They are perfect and this is one perfect shop that continues to always put out the best designed arrangements and freshest flowers in the area.
