Amazing Service! I would like to thank the owners and staff of Burke Flowers for providing the flowers for my grandmother's funeral and point out the extraordinary efforts made on behalf of the owner to delivery a single rose. I realised on a holiday Monday we were short a single rose for the interment ceremony Tuesday morning (this was a miscalculation on my part). I had sent an email that holiday Monday with my credit information hoping to pick up the flower on the way to the church. When I called Tuesday morning to follow up, the owner told me that he had already delivered the single rose to the church and added to the bouquet free of charge. What an amazing act of kindness! I purchased flowers from them to be delivered to a friend. The next day I never heard from my friend that she received them, so I called the store to ask the status of the delivery. The woman huffed "Well, the driver is gone for the day and everything was delivered so it must have gotten there." She couldn't confirm and more significantly, wouldn't confirm. The next day - so two days after I went in and paid for them, the flowers showed up at my friends. I paid for next day service, was treated rudely when I asked if they had delivered them and then found out they delivered them late with zero apology for the oversight. Then a friend from Alberta ordered flowers from Burkes to deliver to me for my birthday. At 8am they called me on my birthday and a woman says "We have a flower delivery for you, we need to know when you'll be home to deliver them." When I said my mom should be home between a certain time, the woman said "Well, someone has to be home for us to deliver them." So thank you, Burke's Flowers for RUINING the surprise of a friend delivering flowers for me and then making it into a chore on MY birthday. Newsflash, you're in the flower delivery business - so you are just asked to deliver flowers to people. The delivery is half the reason we pay your outrageous fees. Sorry that sometimes people aren't home and you feel you've wasted your time. If you don't like it, don't offer delivery as an option or at least warn people that you're going to call the person receiving the flowers. Spoiling the surprise and calling me at 8am (which is inconsiderate - it's common courtesy to call after 9am as that's when most businesses open) is poor form. I will not be purchasing from your store again and I will be asking my friends not to as well.

I was very disappointed with the service at Burke's Flowers. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and paid a premium fee to ensure a nice arrangement. I attended the funeral visitation and was shocked at the low quality. Instead of putting in lilies and other flowers as described on their website, it was filled with carnations and other small flowers and barely any greenery. I called the store to complain, and the person on the phone was very rude and accused me of lying about what I saw. She also claimed to give me a premium for free, but I was charged for the premium because that is what I ordered. I understand that it is COVID and it is hard to get the exact flowers described, but there was no attempt at making the arrangement substantial or look even close to what was advertised. I will not be going back.

We ordered funeral flowers and selected a lovely bowl of flowers. We asked if they had anything Scottish they could add and indeed they could add some heather. When we went to the funeral, Burke's had not only added the heather, they had also added some beautiful Scottish thistle. Much appreciated.

I love Burke's Flowers in London on Wonderland. Jackie, new owner and her team put their heart and care in every arrangement. I have had several arrangements sent to me in the last few months and they have all lasted weeks. I especially loved my favourite colour anniversary bouquet of yellow flowers my husband sent me for our anniversary. I recommend Burke Flowers ...they them out ..you won't be disappointed.

Great selection of flowers, but not worth it if you just want to buy a bouquet or individual flowers. Wrapping job is almost non-existent and no care is taken in preserving the flowers (keeping them in damp paper).

I have been going to Burke's flowers for years, and I have never been disappointed. They have made beautiful "just because" arrangements, funeral arrangements, and they even did the flowers for my wedding. All were just beautiful. And the service has always been wonderful. As a side note, my grandmother used to go there for flowers to put in the church as a memorial for my grandfather every year, and they were always so considerate of her and her feelings. I have always appreciated that. Highly recommend their services.

My family ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral yesterday. Was very disappointed in the final product. The flowers looked nothing like what was ordered from the online photo. The vase did not match, it was suppose to be rectangular in shape but was a small round one instead. The flowers didn't match and there was also no bow like the photo had. It was a shame to give these as flowers to a family friend. We were embarrassed.

I left it last minute to order some flowers for a service and was concerned they would not be able to deliver on time. They had the flowers there quickly and as I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted they helped me make my decision. They were stunning!! Owner of place was very helpful and friendly. A lot of options for arrangements. Fresh flowers arranged professionally they really know what they are doing. This place was recommended by Westview funeral home and glad they did. Owner even called the make recommendations for us after she informed us they didn’t have a certain type of flower. This is a bit delayed but I wanted to makes sure to write the review. The Burke flowers at Sherwood Forest went above and beyond for me. They did a bouquet and boutineer for my wedding day which was on a holiday. They were not open July 1 however the owner wanted our flowers to be the best possible so she came in to make them and allow us to pick them up on the 1st. They were absolutely beautiful and we were so greatful for her to do that. I would recommend Burke flowers to anyone.

I was very disappointed. Was not even a wicker basket like l ordered. Looked like something they had and wanted to get rid of. Totally ok now they came today with a whole new basket.They are beautiful
