I called to see if I could place a last minute delivery order at 11:45am on a Saturday... Figuring I would be out of luck, I was thrilled when the woman who answered the phone (Miriam) was very nice and helpful. (Plus it was for my mothers birthday, so bonus points for saving me from being a terrible daughter!) They even accommodated my delivery window of later in the day as I knew my mother wouldn't be home.The arrangement was beautiful and I am very happy. I've now got my go to florist when I want to spoil my mother. I couldn't be happier! :)

Ordered a bouquet of Roses with a vase for my wife for Valentines day. Flowers arrived without a vase. E-mailed store right away and did not receive a reply. Sent a second request for a resolution three weeks later, received a "we will look into this" message. Another week has past and no resolution or further contact. Would not recommend - terrible experience and poor follow-up.

Great shop. Linda and Angie were super helpful. The beautiful woman I am courting absolutely loved the flowers. I had asked to have an extra flower sent with the delivery for both her daughter and her mother who also loved their flowers. Thank you ladies so much. I just got married October 5, 2018. My mom and I had visited a couple of other florists in Langley and decided to go with Walnut Grove Floral Boutique. When we first met with Linda and Corrie to discuss what I was looking for, I knew they understood my vision. That vision was brought to life on our wedding day when my bridal bouquet and bridesmaid's bouquets showed up!! Thank you so much to all of the ladies at the store. I had originally called to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend, whom works in the immediate area of the boutique. I had spoken with Linda. She asked what price range I wanted, what I would like the card to say, and she said she could take it from there. It was a Wednesday that I had called, and requested for a Friday delivery. Well, my girlfriend became ill on the Thursday, so I called the boutique, informed Linda that she was sick and asked for her to deliver on Saturday. Then Saturday came and it turned out my girlfriend was still not feeling well enough to go to work, and she didn't have to work again until Tuesday. From there, I just let the gesture go. I figured I called to reschedule so much that I would just let the flowers get delivered and they could sit there over the weekend, or maybe her coworkers would call her and let her know. The extraordinary thing was that when the flowers were meant to be delivered, the representative from Walnut Grove Flower Boutique found out that my girlfriend wasn't working until the following Tuesday, then ended up delivering the bouquet when she returned back to work. The timing was perfect and she was floored. Thank you Linda and the rest of the staff at Walnut Grove Flower Boutique. This is the type of forward-thinking customer service that you don't get too often. I would highly recommend based on that alone, but I must add that my girlfriend loved the arrangement. Thanks again!

This is my absolute favourite florist! Great prices and quality and the cutest pots! They offer cut flowers which last longer than anywhere I've bought before. But to me, the shining star, is their selection of potted plants. I love bringing these instead of a bottle of wine as a host gift!
