Excellent service and gorgeous products! I have bought many flowers and items for different occasions, and been very happy with their products and services. The shop owner, Tila, is very nice and sociable! I broke an item accidentally during an event few weeks ago and the owner was totally fine with it, didn’t ask me to pay for it. I’m glad we have such a unique flower shop here in Vancouver! Highly recommend.

Tile Flower Boutique made a beautiful flower bouquet and a lovely boutonnière for us for our elopement. I just showed her some inspo images and boom! She told me to trust her and I did. They turned out the most beautiful flowers we could imagine. It was a Sunday and we needed the flowers early in the morning to be able to arrive to the venue on time and she was so kind to open the store earlier for us to be able to pick up the flowers. I received so many good comments for our flowers from family and friends and even the photography team on the day. ????????

I have a very bad experience with the manager ,Tila.The store has a very bad customer service .on the receit it is written that there is no return policy ,but the exchange is acceptable for a week .though I went there to exchange the stuffs I already bought from the store less than a week ,but ,she, unfortunately refused to exchange them ,although i was insisting her and try to convince her that it is written on the receit and it was my right to exchange my stuffs.so, i and my friends came out of the store unhappy and that shows the weak customer service .

Indofemme flower shop is the best! I’ve sent a a number of flowers and potted plants to friends and family over the past year and they always look absolutely stunning and gorgeous and I love they’re all locally grown and last a really long time. The arrangement is always perfect. You can also find so many beautiful art pieces from Iran that are magnificent. Thanks to the management, Tila, that opens such a great flower shop in the heart of down town Vancouver.

Such a quaint, delicate and unique shop not only for flowers but trinkets and unique gifts from Persian artisans. Had a fabulous learningful experience with Tila who hosted a workshop arranging our own floral design with a vase of our choosing. Tila was great, The owner (Tila) was very accommodating and patient with me. I had made a mistake and picked up a plant that was potentially dangerous for my pet, and she helped me find the right plants that would add much needed flora to my home while being safe for my dog. I love my new plants and will be going back to her again for more. Lovely shop, great selection, and probably one of the sweetest, nicest women you'll ever meet.
