I ordered sympathy flowers January 1st online and did not receive a confirmation email (when I called on the 3rd - the delivery date, she said they don't). She confirmed they were working on them. When our friends sent a photo of what they received, the arrangement did not look much like what I ordered. They used mostly small roses and had a large stalk in the center with filler. I am disappointed.

Ordered from Gloria's via the flowers shopping website..paid $87 to get the opposite of what I ordered. Not even close, no comparison. "Autumn flowers in a terracotta pot" vs a glass vase with poorly arranged flowers. What a waste of money... In addition, the driver called the recipient to notify of the delivery, ruining the surprise.

I feel cheated. Please do not shop here. Using flowershopping.com I had the premium version of a Fiery Lily and Rose bouquet delivered. To the tune of $140. Zero out of nine lilies opened. I was told by flowershopping.com via email The florist has reached out to us advising they are not going to pick up the arrangement & cancel the order. We have reviewed the picture & see arrangement was filled over the value that was paid for. It's customary for florist to send unopen lilies as it prolongs the lifespan of the arrangement since they do after a few days. As the florist are unwilling to pick up the arrangement, we cannot cancel your order. Zero open lilies, arrangement filled over value, pick one. You definitely can’t have both. Assuming that one person works 8 hrs and makes $20/hour. Of course let’s take $20 off for the tax man 8x$20-$20=$140 for a days work. A days work equals a bouquet of lilies where 0 of 9 are not and do not open? Sincerely an extremely unsatisfied customer of Glorias Flowers

What a rip off! My boyfriend bought me a bunch (5 peonies) yesterday. We have been buying peonies for years and I know we could have bought 4X that many for what you charged him or even just a bunch for 1/4 of the price. I’m quite disappointed your small store felt the need to charge him $40 for 5 peonies. I will not be recommending your store to anyone.

I preordered an arrangement for mother's day and when asked what my budget was I gave a ball park number of $50. Not only was my arrangement $75 plus tax, when I went to pick it up, but half of the lilacs were dead and many of the flowers were not fresh. Felt very rushed, which I don't blame them for being mother's day and all but I didn't even have time to talk about the flowers. The flowers I got for mother's day last year from here were very nice, but I'm not sure why the quality plummeted this year. Hopefully some improvements are made for next year.

Very happy with the service from Gloria's. I ordered same day and delivered later that afternoon a beautiful and vibrant bouquet with custom painted roses to match my requested colour scheme. Custom flowers delivered same day is unheard of - thank you Gloria!
