I got married at the end of August of this year, and being a huge procrastinator some things I put off until pretty late. Julie from Basket Case responded promptly at the end of July and helped me place a custom order for my bridal party bouquets and a floral collar for my dog to wear as well. She was very kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The day of the wedding when she arrived to deliver the flowers I was in shock at how beautiful they were. She took extreme care in telling me what all was in the bouquet and how to care for them until the show. Everyone told me all night how stunning the flowers were and they held up super well. I now have them drying and still get to enjoy them even now. I would recommend this company to anyone, they know what they are doing and are clearly passionate about it too.

Julie was so amazing to work with! My husband and I purchased the elopement floral package from her for our big day and she truly did not disappoint. I have been getting compliments every time someone sees my bouquet in photos. She quickly got a feel for what I wanted during our initial phone consult and was even able to include flowers that we did not think we would be able to get due to the season. We had seen Julie’s beautiful work for a number of special events. She was our only choice for my son’s graduation boutonnière. She spent lots of time ensuring it would capture his taste perfectly. This included asking what flowers and colour palette to use and understanding his wish to have something on the conservative side. She did a mock up to make sure we’d be happy, and on the big day delivered it with a smile, in beautiful packaging, and with a lesson on how to pin it and keep it looking spectacular.
