Always an amazing experience when I go here. I have bought over 10 house plants from this location and have never been disappointed. The service is amazing and the owner is always super friendly and always willing to help. She goes above and beyond to the point where she replaced an entire plant (worth $40) for free because I messed up with the watering/temperature. I had simply gone in for some advice with the plant that I had purchased the previous day and she went out of her way to give me a new one for free. I will continue to go back there for all my plants and will always recommend to anyone who’s interested in buying. Another plus is that there is always a nice variety of plants and flowers, I never get bored when I walk in there!

If I could give less than one star I would. Went in with my 5yo to get Easter flowers for grandma. Asked prices as we looked and chose our flowers. Selected $10.50 worth before tax. Somehow between the cold case and the cash the prices changed drastically and I got charged over $15. Went back to be sure and politely asked prices again. Once confirmed and I brought up the discrepancy in stated prices and total charges she got very flustered and offered some line that sometimes she charges $0.50 more for carnations. But, even $11 does not become over $15. When I mentioned this to friends 2 of them mentioned the same experience of being charged far more (between $5 and $15) at the cash than the prices they were quoted moments before when making their selections!!! DO NOT GET SCAMMED - the are plenty of honest and fair flower shops nearby that you do not need to set yourself up to be taken advantage of here!!!

Gave me the most beautiful long stem roses for my birthday dinner!! I would definitely recommend and come back often to buy for all my future events. Updated: 2020.09.13 I was able to curate the perfect eternal souvenir roses for my birthday this year. Take a look at the wonderful products she offered. She is great at what she does and offers TOP of the line service. She texts to keep you up to date and is super kind in store. If anyone has an issue with her pricing, they are trying to rob her honestly. I don’t say this a lot, but her flowers & plants are worth every penny. I bought a beautiful bonsai recently as a birthday gift and the birthday girl loves it dearly! Thank you for all your wonderful help!! I’ll be back soon♥️ Note: All my house plants are from this store.

Yesterday I strolled into the store and met the owner who was very warm and greeted me pleasantly. I was looking for air plants and she sold me very little ones for 5 dollars a piece, I didn't want to purchase their actual display vases and the store owner proceeded to pull the plants out of the holders but roughly and broke some of the plants on the bottom. One plant in particular was broken pretty severely from the display and I asked repeatedly if the plant would be okay, the owner reassured me over and over it would be fine. By the time I walked home the severely broken plant had completely fallen apart, I returned in the morning asking for a replacement or money back, the same owner proceeded to tell me that "no I couldn't have my money back, no I couldn't have a replacement air plant because I was special and she only took the air plants out of the displays for me because I was special. I said "you never told me yesterday that I couldn't return my plant if something was wrong with it or that there was any condition to selling me them" She became frustrated and took the fallen apart air plant and threw it in the garbage and then walked over to a plant display handing me a spider plant (which self proliferates easily) stating here.. this is 6 dollars, I continued to say I don't want this spider plant, I want the air plant, I'm leaving the city so if there's a problem with it I won't come back, she refused again, trying to push the spider plant on me. I ended up with a small cactus ... again.. cacti make their own babies so it cost her a thimble of dirt and water. If I hadn't had this issue I would have thought great things only about this business but when you break my plant, create conditions of sale in your head and not tell the customer about them and then not refund my money or my purchase but then try to shove a product of lesser value assuming I don't know anything about plants.. it left a negative impression.

Great service and selection but watch out for the upsell. I went in for flowers and was asked if I wanted to add Babies Breath as decoration and wasn’t told that they would add up to 2/3 of the price of the flowers. Kind of scammy way to be upsold. Other than that nice and convenient flower shop.

I sold me just a red rose ???? for 10$ !!! in this valentine and and I bought a box of dark chocolate galleries au chocolate brand 400g for 20$ ! When I checked out the price of this chocolate I found out the real price is 10$!!!. They sold out this chocolate almost 100% more expensive to me. It was the last time I went inside that store because I never ever experience any disaster shopping in Canada before. I had to buy these items because it was late and it was valentine day!!!

I've purchased flowers here multiple times and each time I leave, I ask myself why I continue to buy from there. I'm all for supporting my local flower shops, but not when the sales associate doesn't take into consideration my request or is mindful of my budget. She tallied up my total at $37 dollars when I specifically told her from the start my budget was $25. Then her response to everything was "have a good day". Lesson learned on my end but upsetting to pay so much for a bouquet that I know I could get elsewhere with more flowers and better life span. Before you walk into this shop, maybe consider going into another one on Sherbrooke street and support them.

The florist wrapped two bouquets of individually selected flowers of my choice with matching ribbons and paper, the flowers lasted for two weeks! Snapdragons, lilies, chrysanthemums and greens gave a feel of Spring in the middle of Winter so I was told.

I called Florina Fleuriste - from Toronto on Mothers day, around 11 am, desperately looking for a Fleuriste that could also deliver the flowers. The lady I spoke at the Florina Fleuriste was very courteous and she picked out this gorgeous white orchid ( texted me a picture ) and texted me all the transaction details. She later texted me saying that the flowers were delivered to my mom. I was very glad that I had picked Florina Fleurist when others were closed. I think I just became their loyal customer.
