I ordered flowers online from B.C. to a recipient in downtown Montreal. It took about 5 minutes. I received an email once my order was in, and another email to say that they had been delivered. Recipient was very happy. I even saw a picture of the flowers and they were very healthy & the presentation was nice. Thumbs up!

I went into the store a sympathy flower arrangement to be sent to Laval. I asked for 200$ in flowers plus tax and delivery, for a total of about 250$ give or take. I specifically asked for not just white flowers. The arrangement delivered looks like 80$ in flowers. Not to say it wasn;t nice, just not at all what I was expecting and a complete rip-off. Very disappointed.

Ordered flowers and a teddy 1 week in advance to be delivered to my mother's house January 9 2015 - AFTER 3PM, BEFORE 4PM. Received email verifying delivery at 1:18PM January 9 2015. $91.87 charge. My mother hadn't received anything at 4:50PM, so I phoned the business and was rudely told the weather wasn't the greatest, and that my order would be sent within a few minutes. My mother and brother both informed me it was a clear day, road conditions were good. I phoned the business again and the woman raised her voice at me saying, "OK OK I WILL CLEAN MY CAR AND DELIVER RIGHT NOW, OK?". Delivered at 5:08PM. Very unprofessional, rude, unorganized, lying and lazy experience with this business. 1 star because I can't give less than that.

Not fresh flowers. Husband bought me 2 dozen red roses for our anniversary. I trimmed the stems and put them in water right away but they still were dead after 5 days. I’ve had flowers from other florists (including grocery stores) and they always last at least 10 days. Disappointed. I don’t recommend.

I can't begin to express my gratitude to the wonderful designers at Rosette Fleuriste for bringing joy to my Dad's celebration of life service this week. Given a difficult time, with my being in NY and the service in Dorval, QC their website made it easy to send my condolences to my family and celebrate my Dad. Even when I forgot to paste my card message into my order they made sure to reach out to make sure that's what I wanted. Needless to say I emailed them my card message and they took care of the rest. Thank you for being there to help those of us reach loved ones when we can't be there. Very talented, kind hearted small business that you can count on.

I've been getting my flowers from Francine (Rosette) for over 30 years, and I have been disappointed very few times. And she always made up for it the next time. So far whatever I send flowers or fruit baskets which she always makes fresh and delicious I get compliments every time. I live in Dorval now and I still use Rosette!! Maria DiCriscio

I ordered flowers for a funeral, online via the website, because it said they take these orders very seriously. When I called to confirm they had received the order the next day ( because they only send a confirmation email upon delivery) the lady on the phone was not very concerned, I had to ask twice for her to check, It looked like I was bothering her, also, I was worried about the opening hours of the funeral home and she completely brushed aside my concerns without addressing them. In the end the flowers were lovely, but the service and empathy for someone who is ordering funeral flowers! was not there.

Indifferent and neutral service aside, this is the only florist I've been to where they prepare your bouquet out of sight/in the back, meaning I feel I don't have the final say in the final look. Kinda disappointing as she cut the stems too short.

I m very dissapointed du service. I ordered funeral flowers . The flowers I ordered they offer the standard, deluxe and premiun service. Deluxe service include 6 roses and premiun service 12 roses. I paid more to have roses, my bill show is Deluxe product. They send me the standard service with no roses. I can understand people make mistakes so I called nicely to inform and they were very rude with me saying that the Deluxe service doesnt include roses. I explained and I asked them to check the product online and see that is very clear the information that Deluxe is more expensive than standard product and show the 6 roses and that was the reason I ordered Deluxe. After 15 minutes discussing with the owner they said they were going to send the 6 roses to the funeral. They never apologized, they not even care it was for a funeral. They sent the 6 yellow roses to the funeral. The roses were very small, old and not beautiful. Also the pictures on their website show a nice white basket in ceramic. The flowers came in ugly plastic basket. The worst experience in my life.

I sent a florists daily choice bouquet in deluxe for the funeral of my step mother's mother because I didn't know what bouquet to pick. I was able to indicate it was for a funeral and they assembled beautiful flowers in tones of purple. All the flowers were fresh and healthy and my step mother was so touched to have received them. I will definitely order with Rosette Florist for all my flower needs.
