We had L'Atelier Floral for our wedding party bouquets, boutonnieres, eternal roses as gifts for our parents and window sill greenery which was the backdrop of our ceremony and I could not be more pleased! Thao was knowledgable, patient and made sure to follow-up with me to go over every detail during my hectic schedule leading up to wedding day. The website was user friendly and everything from the flowers, service, packaging, even down to the cards were high-quality. The eternal roses were treated so well and so mesmerizing that I'm so happy they last for such a long time. We gave them to our moms as thank you gifts for raising us, but I will definitely request one for myself for special occasions in the future and refer them to friends so that they can gift these for mother's day. Thao made sure she had the same vision as me for my big day from the start and gave me more than I had asked for. You will be in good hands for sure!

The flowers and packaging are wonderful beyond any doubt (5/5) ! HOWEVER, the bouquet was delivered almost 2 hours (!) late than the timeslot I selected. Moreover, at the end of the timeslot the company representative told me that the bouquet would arrive within an hour, so I changed my plans around it. BUT, in an hour I was told to wait another 25 minutes and again it turned out to be more than promised thus completely ruining my plans. Another fun fact: the website doesn't seem to work on the weekend (well, who does?). I wasn't able to choose a date and time before Monday morning.
