The Shop always reads the special instructions, and does their best in fulfilling my special request. They have always delivered on time. I ordered a 130$ worth bouquet of flowers and a teddy bear to be delivered for valentines day. The flowers were delivered in the worst condition ever, the vase was cracked and they did NOT deliver the teddy bear at all!!! My worst experience was with their customer service and also the manager as they refused to accept their fault and no compensations at all.

It didn't show since it was wrapped in clear plastic which kept the flower and leaves from sagging. You can see what the flower looked like the day after my purchase. The other flower was doing a little better although I would have hoped that the stems hold more upright. (Original) J'ai acheté deux fleurs au Art et Fleurs. En rentrant, j'ai réalisé qu'une d'entre elles était déjà fânée avec une feuille pourite. Cela ne paraissait pas puisqu'elle était emballée dans un plastique transparent qui empêchait la fleur et les feuilles de s'affaisser. Vous pouvez voir ce à quoi ressemblait la fleur le lendemain de mon achat. L'autre fleur se portait un peu mieux quoique j'aurai espéré que les tiges tiennent plus debout.

We were in Montreal for Christmas 2016 and wanted to recreate an ornamental tree we had done a few years ago on another Christmas vacation. After some online searching I contacted The Flower Pot and could not have been more impressed with their service and the quality of their work. Pia took the time to really understand what we were looking for and in the end produced a beautiful ornamemtal tree made from boxwood. They delivered exactly as promised and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. It pays to shop local and I'm so glad we chose this family-owned shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered flowers through FTD flowers website for my friend's birthday. By 8pm with no phone call from my friend so I called the company to ask what's going on. A very rude guy told me no one answered the door and that it's not his problem. I specifically noted my number in the delivery instructions and to call me if there was any problem. He laughed and hung up on me. My husband called him back to ask what he was going to do to fix this, he told him he will deliver it and hung up on him as well! Still no sign of delivery, but the customer service is enough to avoid.

I was the typical "I am asking for a huge unreasonable favour" type of customer but Pia didn't bat an eye and helped me get a flower arrangement delivered in under 2 hours for an emergency. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about her products, and ultimately I decided on an arrangement suggested by her. And all done by phone as I am in another province! Sadly, my husband's aunt passed recently and we journeyed to Montréal for the funeral. I remembered everything for the trip....except to order the flowers. There we were, on the train, three hours to go before the first visitation at the funeral home and I called Depot des Fleurs in a panic. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the staff was. We arrived at the funeral home to the most beautiful arrangement of flowers and it was ordered, assembled and delivered within two hours. They did us proud and I can never thank them enough. My girlfriend just received flowers from this excellent local florist. They helped make her very happy today! I've ordered flowers several times from The Flower Pot. The staff is always friendly. The service is fast, and the products reasonably-priced. The Flower Pot is a pleasure to deal with. I've been in their store a couple of times, and it's a fun place to be, with a 'historic Montreal' vibe. Lots of cool restos and coffee shops nearby. Now that Griffintown is burgeoning, I hope The Flower Pot gets lots of new customers. They richly deserve it!

Bad and disappointing experience. My friend got me a terrarium as gift. I found small flies and centipedes inside. We went back to the store to get it fixed. Two days later when I got home with the ‘new’ terrarium, I still saw the centipedes. 1. It ruined the gift from my friend; 2. They weren’t able to fix the problem; 3. They don’t have a good attitude. When we went back to the store, the lady was literally annoyed. I’ll never go back to the store again.

Lovely store, lovely owners/family! We needed several very large plants and they definitely had great options. One of the rare places I’ve seen that have so many. They had around 10 birds of paradise, for example, when you normally don’t even find one in stores. And many other options. Great small plants too. And lovely, chic bouquets. The flower basket here is designed differently from other places, making it even more special. With the creative idea of the florist here, I think the biggest advantage is that you can keep pretty flowers fresh for a long time without having to prepare a separate vase. I visited this flower shop, and it was full of various fresh flowers and flowerpots, so I felt trustworthy. If I were to gift flowers to someone else, I would definitely use this place.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend only to realize the day of delivery that she was out of town! So I called the store to ask if the delivery could be made to a different address/person instead so they wouldn't go to waste and the person I spoke with was so helpful and accommodating! Not only did they let me change the address but also the delivery time since the person wasn't going to be home until the evening. The flowers were also very beautiful - I ordered the florist's choice and it was a very nice bouquet. Would definitely order from here again!

Hello, I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the convenience and ease I experienced in regards to purchasing the rose petals. I ordered them online and the variety of options you had were great. I love the fact that you can order online and pick up the order on site or even have it delivered to you by the next day. When I arrived to pick up my order the customer service I received was above and beyond. I managed to transport the rose petals from Montreal all the way to the Philippines. Unfortunately since ice packs were not allowed cross border they took them away. The petals were simply at room temperature for approximately 15 hours and they still looked beautiful when I arrived with the leaves just barely starting to curl. Keeping them in an air tight container wrapped in a towel was all that was needed to preserve them during my flight. THANKS AGAIN - YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! Michael |klein

Since we lived in Arizona at one time, we wanted to bring a little southwest to my Mom for Mother's Day and Tia at Flower Pot did just that. My mom was thrilled to have such a beautiful arrangement and we were just as pleased when we saw it too. The Flower Pot and its staff are kind, helpful and have incredible assortments. I asked for a cactus flower arrangement and she received it within a day of my asking, not that's service. Tia is the owner of Flower Pot and I highly recommend her for any flower occasion you need. Do not order from this store. They are unreliable and cancel orders at the last minute, even after they have been accepted and paid for. They have also breached my privacy, clearly putting my address in the "To:" line of a mass email to all of the customers they had disappointed in this way. I have been receiving replies from these other customers as a result. I ordered flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. The order was accepted and paid for online. Several hours later - when it was too late to choose another store - they emailed (no text or phone call - extraordinary given the circumstances) with the subject line "Not taking anymore orders for Mother's Day". At first I thought this was strange but fine - my order had already been accepted and paid for. Only in the text of the email did they clarify that they were cancelling my order because they couldn't fulfil it. They offered me a refund, but that is inadequate given they cancelled so late that I could not arrange an alternative in time. In subsequent correspondence, they admitted that they screwed up accepting an order they could not fulfil but refused to offer anything by way of compensation/apology for them being the reason my mother did not receive flowers on Mother's Day when her children have been unable to see her for over a year now.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mom to be delivered on the day of her birthday. They called her to deliver it since 11 am but showed up at 10 PM. Every time she called they gave her an excuse. The bouquet was all wet and was the wrong one when they FINALLY arrived. I ordered one In a round candle vase but they gave her one in a simple square whatever that was. You could tell it spend allllll day traveling around in the back of the truck. Very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed. Never again.

Very poor service. My boyfriend ordered flowers from abroad for my birthday through Interflora. They picked this company as their local florist. I waited home all afternoon. The driver did not ring on the intercom, did not call, and left a note on the pavement outside my building. I was lucky to actually find it! I called the company and no one there could speak proper French or English. They laughed when I told them their driver was bad. Avoid if you want your flowers to be actually delivered.

I have an excellent experience with The Flower Pot. Recently, I have ordered a flower bouquet delivery and the customer service I received, was on a very high level. I ordered the flowers almost too little, too late before the time I wanted them to deliver it (calling them from Poland -> time difference).
