I ordered a "Deluxe " floral arrangement for my parents Anniversary and I am beyond disapointed with what they received. The picture on their website shows a big beautiful bouquet in a square vase and what they delivered was so small and not what they advertised. The cost was high so i expected better value for what was delivered. It was about the size of a soccer ball. You are better off shopping at Costco than at this floriste.

Do not buy from this person. He has misleading advertising all over the place. States that he's going to charge you 15 for some flowers a then you're going to get a nice 70$ credit card charge for "delivery". something which he never spoke about even when asked several times. If you buy from here, you're going to have a bad experience.

To start off I had ordered a certain arrangement that was delivered unfortunately it wasn’t exactly up to my standards. Once speaking to frank he went the extra mile sent a beautiful replacement and made everything right by me at no extra charge, mistakes happen but what really counts is what you do when they do happen. I would definitely recommend them honest, beautiful flowers and great customer service. Thanks Frank

There’s definitely better stores in the area if you’re looking for flowers.... As soon as we walked into the shop we were hit with a wave of cigarette smoke... the guy clearly smokes inside the shop... it was smokey and smelled horrid. Mostly fake plants and flowers, and the little selection of “real flowers” barely looked living.. We walked over to the roses and the guy in the shop was standing so close to us you could feel him breathing on you. I politely said “sorry, am I in the way?” Thinking he wanted to get passed me, and he replied “nope, just watching you look at the flowers”... creepy much. Don’t recommend, walked straight out of there.

i am disapointed in you google review, i really dont know what you are talking about cigarette smell, because i do smoke, but not in my shop, i smoke outside in the back, the smell you sented maybe was my insence i burn in my store, and for my products , i do have some artificial arrangements, which sell very well, as for artificial plants , i do not carry, for my choice of flowers in the fridge, maybe i had just finished doing a bif funeral, and maybe low choice, but not lively, im sorry but i dont sell dead flowers, maybe i didnt have what you were looking for, but i think you were just having a bad day. i work for my customers to come back, not push them away, sorry for the experience you had with me thank you

I bought two beautiful funeral flower arrangements with delivery. I bought an orange arrangement (the Treasured Lilies Spray) and a purple arrangement (the Gracious Lavender Basquet) in a standard size. I bought the colorful arrangements to brighten and to celebrate the life of a friend. For the 'Treasured Lillies Spray', the owner advised me that he had a shortage of lilies (as they weren't open enough) and we both agreed to substitute the lilies by another flower but to keep the color pattern as what was pictured online. For the 'Gracious Lavender Basquet' there are three different size options. For all arrangements, the dimensions are specified online. Both of my ordered arrangements were delivered the day before the service. I had an amazing experience with this florist and I would recommend it to everyone!

If there's one thing you want when you're sending flowers to your better half, it's the surprise factor , and when you call them 3 times to make sure its delivered before a certain time and they come at the last minute and miss the person , that is a really bad experience. If i get told to deliver something important between 9 and 5 , my goal because I'm professional and care about my clients, will be to deliver them the earliest possible like around 10, not at 4:55. Anyway, the flowers are really nice though, I'm not going back to them but if you do and need something a specific time i will suggest you tell them exactly what time you need it .
