Reached this store at 5:56PM. The door was locked. Called the store’s number. I can see two ladies walking inside the store and my call is being picked up. The lady tells me,”We are closed”. Told her that I got late and simultaneously the other lady from inside the store sees that it’s me who’s calling and I again hear,” we are closed”. I got late cuz of huge traffic on St Patrick and Dollard Ave. While I should have been the one taking care of reaching on time, this isn’t a good business culture to see a customer being at door and still telling them,”We are closed”. Incredibly disappointed by their handling of orders. I've been buying flowers from this place for YEARS and decided to use their delivery service for Mother's Day. I chose the option for it to be delivered between 10-1pm, they arrived at 5. 2/3 of the bouquets weren't even the ones I ordered! I understand that there might be some changes based on availability, but it was NOTHING like what I ordered. Before the delivery guy arrived I called to ask what's happening with my order, only to be met with a machine saying the store is closed. Then went on their site, which was locked down because everything was sold out. So disappointing considering the ridiculous amount I paid for everything.

It has bouquets at a cheaper price, they're okay put together and many roses especially on holidays for prices you won't find much anywhere else. However I needed a bouquet of only white flowers for a funeral and couldn't get any there but was told on the phone that I could. When I came there, the girl serving (who seemed to be new) tried pushing me to buy yellow flowers saying they could be nice too. They did not have anything with white lilies or white bouquets. I had been wanting to visit this shop everytime I passed by as it is right beside my bus stop. When I finally had some time to go in, the clerk immediately warned me to not touch any of the plants but she would let me "look" while saying I was not going to buy anything anyways. Upon further inspection, the leaves were dead anyways so maybe that's why she told me not to get too close.

Went there to look and possibly get flowers for my brother’s wedding. I was just looking for the flowers as my plan was to make the bouquet myself. The lady I spoke to did not speak any English and seemed offended by my French. She rushed the entire time. I asked for the (regular, not wedding) bouquets/arrangements they had on their website and asked if I could have a mix of two. She first said no to most of the flowers in their own website and then she said I could pick whatever flowers they had there and create my own. The weddings theme was burgundy/dark red colours. I showed her ideas I had found on internet/Pinterest but she insisted she couldn’t do anything with those colours because they were all “fake” and “plastic” as those colours are not present in nature. LOL not true but okay. Then I inquired about boutonnière for the groom and their daughters. I asked if they had small flowers but she kept pushing me to buy their groom arrangements. She also fiercely insisted that because it was a wedding, flowers HAD to be white. I was getting more than upset but always kept my cool. Then she insisted I need to reserve the bouquet as they a few days to make it. I explained again I didn’t want the wedding bouquet just the flowers as I was assembling it myself. Once again she insisted I couldn’t do it because she needed to wire each flower. All true and understandable but I am asking for something I am set on and she keeps pushing her own ideas. I went in their with a 50-60$ budget for a bouquet (25-45$ on their website) and maybe a few greenery. After the lady insisted I needed 30-40$ on boutonnière alone plus a wedding bouquet (60$+), I told her I was really trying to stay in my 50$ budget to which she dropped the pen (she was making the order) backed up and said in a derogatory manner « oh so she doesn’t have the money » I left the place shaking and offended. Worst costumer service I’ve ever had.

terrible terrible service, an old woman staffwas looking down on customers!! I don’t wanna come back any more! I tell all not to buy here !!!! Find at other flower stores !!! So the atmosphere seemed that I must only choose promotion roses, which is my under budget. Normally, employees ask customers the budget and give or show some advices of combinations of flowers for satisfying the budgets. She never did it. She just stock some flowers. She just became so furious in front of customers. I spent my whole life in more than 8 countries. This employee’s attitude is the first time. I don’t even wanna go see her again.If I were the owner, You would know what to do against her, right.

Au téléphone, je me faisais dire qu'on allait embellir mon bouquet de soupirs et le résultat était médiocre, il n'y avait pas de feuilles autour des bouquets des demoiselles d'honneurs comme supposés et ceux-ci ne ressemblaient en point à ce que j'avais demandé, les roses étaient déjà fanés et je me mariais le lendemain. J'avais même une rose avec une pétale complètement noire dans mon bouquet. Les fleurs n'ont pas tenus jusqu'au mariage, malgré que j'ai effectués les recommandations qui m'ont été donnés afin de les garder ''fraîches''. En somme, j'ai été très déçue de me faire servir aussi bien au téléphone, me faire dire qu'on allait embellir mes bouquets malgré mon budget restreint, mais que finalement, les fleurs qu'on a eus avaient l'air de dater de deux semaines et que les bouquets faisaient pitiés à voir... Grosse déception, suite à une superbe recommandation de mon collègue qui s'est marié en mars dernier et qui a eu un service exceptionnel à un bon prix... Je trouve que j'ai payé une fortune pour ce que j'ai reçue. J'ai envoyé un courriel qui expliquait ma colère et je n'ai jamais eu de retour, comme je m'attendais.

Covid cheating !!!!!! Worst Worst experience ever! Very rude , she didn't let me see flowers, because it's covid! My mistake that I trust her! Ordered flowers for my spouse for her first Mother’s Day. Specifically asked if they could deliver today, I was told yes. Delivery was promised before noon. It is currently 3:30 pm and nothing has been delivered. Store is closed and no one has answered or returned my calls. Very very poor service ! Would love to support small businesses during this pandemic but this is not a store I will be buying from in the future. I expect a refund
