I got flowers delivered to my mum for her birthday and they were absolutely beautiful! I purchased the Apple Cider bouquet and it was even more gorgeous in person! The lovely Maria delivered the flowers right on time and sent a helpful photo to confirm delivery. VERY reasonably priced for the size and grandeur of the arrangements, in my opinion, and they have a wonderful selection of arrangements that vary from the standard bouquet. Will definitely be ordering again!!!

HORRIBLE and INSENSITIVE service! I sent flowers to someone whose loved one is not well just to cheer her up and things took a turn for the worst so there was nobody home when they delivered I had no idea at that point what was happening, when I spoke with metaflorist the only options they had were to either cancel which would make me lose 50% of the cost, deliver it to our office which is 5 minutes by car from the florist and the charge was $10.17, or I drive all the way from Cambridge to get them, I ended up paying the extra $10.17. I think there are times in life where people must be kinder to one another, pay it forward if you will. There are many other florists in the region that I will definetely choose next time, as they refused to waive the fee. THE FLOWERS WERE VERY PRETTY THOUGH BUT that does not compensate for the insensitivity by the owner-AND OF COURSE THE OWNER REPLIED WITH A PRIDEFUL RESPONSE...SHOWS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS SAYING. THANK YOU FOR CONFIRMING MY REVIEW. I DIDN'T SWEAR UNTIL YOU CAME BACK AND SAID YOU WOULD NOT GO THE EXTRA MILE (LITERALLY) ENJOY YOUR $10.17 THE EXACT COST OF 2 LATTES ON ME :)

Really beautiful options for every price point. If your budget is modest, the bouquets and arrangements don’t look it, that’s the best part. I had an exceedingly positive customer service experience, ordering flowers for my Mom while I was out of country, and to make sure the delivery went to plan they sent me a pic of the bouquet at her front door. It’s a small gesture, but impactful. 10/10 will order again.

I honestly was just looking for a place that was delivering during Covid and this shop was open. I was immediately drawn to their creative, beautiful bouquets online. The ordering process was easy, emails were responded to right away, delivery was on time and arrangement looked exactly as online. The best part was, the recipient was over the moon! The choices of flowers is different than the typical here. I’m glad I found this gem!

I thought it would be unfair to receive a service and walk away without sharing my experience of the customer service of the Metaflor personal. I wanted to send a birthday flower backer to my picky friend, scared, nervous and uncertain of what to do and how to do that. Fortunately the employee whom I talked to solved my problems in the wink of an eye. I ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and the customer service is just always so great here. Both times I've gotten flowers from here, the employees made sure everything was right with my order. The first time they followed the delivery instructions amazingly, and the second time they were able to move the pick up date one day earlier in advance to match my convenience and I really appreciated that. Not to mention how high quality the roses were! I definitely recommend this place.

These guys don't just sell flowers, they're real artisans at their work. Absolutely beautiful choice, very posh bouquets. Flowers are so much better quality than those you end up with from these big names online services. Very fresh and they won't break your bank. Initially was a bit sceptical whether they can arrange a fast delivery from northernmost point of KW to the southern edge of the city in a limited time frame. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. My go-to place next time I need flowers.
