You get what you pay for. Not the cheapest flowers in town but the best. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile for me and if they screw up they make it right. One time they sent my mother the wrong flowers so they sent the correct ones the same day and let her keep both. That’s great customer service.

Love this place, go all the time to grab flowers for my girlfriend. Expensive, but you pay for quality or flowers and friendly service, and also you have to option to make bouquets as big or small as you want, so you can stay within a given price range.

what I ordered online was no where near the picture detailed. The Ribbon and vase match but the quality and quantity of flowers was no where close. I wouldn't recommend this florist

Owner takes advantage of every occasion and Mark's their prices high up. Highly overpriced. Dont waste your time going there.

What I ordered based on the pictures on the website and what was delivered were vastly different. The only saving grace is that the recipient loved the arrangement that was delivered; without having seen the expected arrangement.

My friend sent a lovely bouquet for the passing of my mom. It was supposed to be an arrangement of daisies and $25 worth of chocolate. The arrangement had 5 daisies and a mixture of other flowers. The chocolate was one 300 gr Lindt bar. While the arrangement was pretty, I feel my friend was horribly ripped off. What a shame.

The flowers were beautiful but whoever I dealt with on the phone and whoever delivered the flowers to my friend were not exactly pleasant to deal with. (I think it may have been the same lady, but I can't be sure)

Not only did they send a cheap, pathetic version of what I ordered - they were extremely rude and harassed me over the phone saying I should pay an 'extra fee' for getting them to fix the flowers. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I called to order flowers for my sister and Sarah was just lovely! She was patient and helpful and walking me through the options for what I thought my sister would like. I gave her a lot of leeway to put an arrangement together and she did an absolutely gorgeous one! My sister was thrilled. I would highly recommend this florist and will be using her services again :)

I have been visiting Sara at Lee Saunders for a number of years off and on but during the pandemic she has been offering incredible service and the freshest flowers that last for a week or more! Prices are fair the value is excellent! My go to for flowers locally and it's close to the LCBO in case you need some bubbly to go with your lilies!

I had great friendly service from Kelly and the owner Sarah (original owner). She has a large variety of fresh flowers and was very helpful in arranging two great looking bouquets for me. Previous complaints were from online orders, but I can absolutely say that I had nothing but an excellent positive experience and customer service from actually visiting the shop. Will be returning next time I need more
