I love shopping at Harp & Fin! Their store is gorgeous, and has a wide range of gifts for purchase that look like they will suit anybody. It was very clean, the customer service was so warm, and I walked out with a beautifully packaged gift that I'm really excited to share with my partner. Would definitely shop again!

This shop speaks to my heart at a soul level. What a unique experience. It is so hard to find reputable products that are chemical free, vegan, cruelty free, and supports a greener and cleaner environment. Not only do they make the most beautiful arrangements of flowers that I keep returning for, they offer amazing products and service I haven't found anywhere else in the region. I highly suggest the home collection cleaning products by Modere they carry. I think you will really like their inventory, and they are super helpful and passionate about their mission. Definitely found a little gem here like no other!

I was fortunate to attend Ainsley’s Spring Pot Virtual Workshop and it was so much fun! It was a small class size so there were many opportunities to ask questions and engage with each other. I loved all the materials provided, especially the large pot already filled with soil and drainage stones - my least favourite part about making potted plants!

I selected the Designer's Choice bouquet and what they put together was gorgeous—not to mention that the flowers in it lasted ages. I spoke on the phone with them to confirm the order and they were lovely to deal with as well. They provided good value for the price and a positive experience. HIGHLY recommend for any floral arrangements! I contacted Harp & Fin over Instagram a day before Mothers Day (very last minute) asking if they had anything available. Without hesitation they told me to come the next day and they would have 2 bouquets ready for me. They were super friendly and have such a cute store front. I will definitely be visiting them again for any bouquets I need in the future; instead of going to a big box store id rather be supporting a small local business!

I live in US but had to send flowers to Kitchener. After visiting all the flower shops’ homepages, I chose The Floral Studio over other stores that have many more reviews. (It makes you hesitate when there are less than 10 reviews.) I’m so glad I did. The flowers and the box brightened up the day. I received photos of the flower arrangement and it looked absolutely gorgeous. I hope I have this kind of shop in my neighborhood too!

I had such a great experience ordering from Harp and Fin! I called in the morning and they were able to accommodate my same day delivery. They also customized the item/gift to better fit what I was looking for. The recipient of the gift absolutely loved it. She sent me a photo and I was beyond impressed! Ainsley and team have done it again! After working with Ainsley for our wedding I was so excited to see this shop open up and continue to support local business. The store is welcoming and well-designed. The staff never felt pushy and let me browse while ensuring they offered great customer service when asked for help. I was able to mix & match a beautiful gift box for my mother in law's birthday and she was thrilled! We've also ordered floral arrangements a few times and each one was delivered as expected and arrived as beautiful as we had hoped!

These photos are of a $75 bouquet for Mother’s Day, taken an hour after they were purchased, and a gift box - totalling $260.00. This bouquet has 5 roses (3 already fully open and wilting), and 5 other filler flowers. When my husband picked them up, a staff member had to change the original arrangement on the spot because they gave him all white flowers (nothing like he ordered/ soft pastel coloured bouquets in Harp & Fin’s posts). They changed some of the flowers while he waited, and they chose to add some wilting roses that were already turning brown, along with bright yellow flowers. This would be surprising on a regular day, but even more so on Mother’s Day. The quality is disappointing, and unlike their advertisements. It’s especially shocking that they would sell this as a Mother’s Day gift. IN RESPONSE to Harp & Fin’s comment: My account of what happened is accurate. My husband was in fact given an all-white bouquet and asked the staff member if they could make it look like he the bouquet he requested, by adding some similar, coloured flowers - unlike the company’s description in the response below. Initially I was offered a few replacement flowers for the wilting ones; the offer for a full bouquet was only sent after I posted this review.

I bought the lavender lemongrass soap and it was awesome. Smells great and my skin feels awesome. I also bought a few other things, Chocolate Mint Tea (the name says it all) and a Muscle and Joint Balm. Their products are high quality at a reasonable price. Have told all my friends this is a go to store.

So happy to see this awesome floral shop open in Belmont Village. As always, Ainsley delivers great product and service. I've purchased the Feature Floral bundle for multiple friends (and myself) for various occasions as the perfect little pick-me-up. Beautiful florals at an affordable price. Currently have her Eucalyptus bundles hanging in my shower and drying in jars through my house. The best.

The Floral Studio went above and beyond on the bouquet of flowers I ordered for Mother's day this year! I will definitely will ordering from them on a consistent basis. The shop smelled like heaven and the ladies were so sweet. Plus, you get flowers that you can't purchase at any old grocery store. I highly recommend them. ❤
