I searched for local florists and Charmed Flowers had good reviews, and I appreciate their unique and original arrangements (instead of the "standard" arrangements from the big companies that are the same on many other websites) - I was specifically looking for something special! Ordering online was easy and straightforward. I was tempted to buy some of the gift items (candles, etc) or a gift bundle with an arrangement, but I resisted. I ordered an arrangement and it was delivered on the date expected, and my friend loved it! She commented on the scent of the flowers and the unique vase (I selected this particular arrangement because I knew she would like the vase). I'm glad I found a wonderful florist who delivers to her area!

I called my regular flower shop and was very disappointed. I need to order some flowers to lift my wife's spirits. To me and her it is an emergency. He had to look me up in his data base, confirm everything, which was tiring, but understandable. Then the notion of having it delivered today, was almost a bone of contention. Really the place of delivery to the flower shop was just down the street. However, when it came to the card, i asked for the serenity prayer to be on it, as i thought it was appropriate for this occasion. The person on the phone, said i am not sure I can get it on the card. in other words i was to change what I wanted on it. There was no offer to accommodate, no offer of alternatives, just cannot do it. So i said i would call someone else. I called Charmed Flowers and Gifts, and by the time he took to look me up on his data base, I was hanging up after a completed purchase. I told the nice lady on the phone that it was the serenity prayer, and I could read it to her or if she wanted to look it up she could...she said she would look it up. In addition she gave me no grief about having it delivered today, and she said she would work on it in the early afternoon.. Pleasant helpful staff. Thank you for helping dissipate a dark cloud of someones head today, and I look forward to future business tomorrow.... Thank!!

Most recently, I had ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day 1 day before the delivery date. Due to the high demand of flowers on this day, Charmed had some special but reasonable rules for ordering. The ordering process for valentines day was communicated very clearly and was easy to understand. The delivery process and the flowers were perfect. So for valentines day this year, I received a delivery from Charmed Flowers, however, they delivered the wrong product (a product that was almost $100 less than the one ordered). So after I became aware that it was the wrong product, I called them and let them know. I was kinda upset because if I hadn't contacted the sender, we would have gotten a product that was less than what we paid for. However, I understood that it was a busy time for them and they also did call to explain and admitted their mistake. They told me that they were going to make the correct product and deliver it again. Ok, that was fine. So around 30 minutes later, they came to deliver again, the correct product this time. However, when I opened it, there were strings of glue and blobs of hot glue that were clearly visible stuck on to the flowers. The arrangement was also not the best, and looked like a rush job. They had some of the flowers tucked nicely in and others seemed like they were going to fall out any second, with the very visible glue trying to hold it in. It’s nice that these flowers last a long time (hopefully), but I feel like they were very careless while making the product. I understand that they were trying to make it quickly to get it delivered, but I would’ve rather waited for a little longer and have them make it look nice, and worth the money that we paid, instead of rushing and resulting it looking like a cheap product. They also got my unit number mixed up (where I also checked with the sender that they did not put that as the unit number) and instead of printing up a new label, they just scribbled it out and re-wrote it on the delivery package, which also reflects their lack of professionalism. Overall I'm disappointed in both their service and product. In response to the owner's reply: After getting your apology email, I thought I would just let it go since I felt that you were sincere in your apology, and that you truly realized your mistakes, however, I'm getting a completely different type of attitude from your google response where I feel like you are defending yourself & telling me that your mistakes were justified, and that you were in no wrong at all. Even saying that the scribbled out incorrect address for a valentines delivery that we payed over $150 for as a GIFT on a special occasion was no big deal, and comparing it to some package you would get from Canada Post??? I believe the correct way to have handled it was to offer to remake the product as you advertise it on your website instead of offering a refund, as that does not show any sign of reflection or correction on your end. But of course, I'm in no position to tell you how to run your business.

When we became engaged in the summer of 2018, we immediately started to plan our dream wedding. Flowers were a big deal for us and we were looking for something that perfectly complimented our venue. I love fresh flowers! We heard of Charmed Flowers and the end of 2019 and had Haley booked as our florist first thing in 2020. She planned a beautiful floral package for us and provided arch rental options as well - which we were so pleased with. This was a highly professional service and she designed a package detailing all the arrangements in our order so we would be able to visualize everything. Despite the chaos of March 2020 onwards, Haley delivered fabulous product for our modified wedding in October. It may have been different than we had imagined due to the pandemic, but her work was highly complimented and we will remember it always. Thank you, Haley!
