Hats off to Katie and Mary-Lou at Cameron’s Flowers on Belmont Ave. Friendly and professional service far above expectations. I sent flowers and chocolates to the hospital on Monday for my daughter and they were delivered very quickly. Both of the girls made the ordering simple and very pleasant. I was very pleased with the plant they selected for me and hope I get to try the chocolates they recommended. I highly recommend this florist and again thank Katie and Mary-Lou for making my order easier during a difficult time.

They said no problem we will get it done and told me that they want me to have my special day which made me feel like they care about their customers. I went to a few other flower shops in town for wedding inquiries and I was so upset at how rude and close minded they were to our ideas (asked for black feathers and many said no we will do ribbon...) I saw this shop online and decided to pop in. Well, if you ever need flowers I insist you only go to this business! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Justine came out to help and she took my ideas and made them even better! She was very knowledgeable and detailed, I could not have asked for better service. She is so sweet and kind when I had a brain mush, bridal day moment when I thought my parents flowers were the wrong colour I called to talk with her and Justine talked the sense back into my frazzled brain. She was so kind and assuring. I felt like such a doofus but she wasn't upset at all and only wanted to make sure our day was special. If you need talented, local floral artists who can express emotion through their creations, Cameron's Flower shop is your spot :)

I ordered flowers from Camerons Flower shop when my sister had to have an operation. I live in another province and used the website to order, which was very easy. Cameron's communicated with me when they were unable to deliver because my sister wasn't home yet and arranged for delivery the following day. She was very happy and said the arrangement was spectacular. I chose the Designer's Choice option and I am very pleased with how gorgeous the flowers turned out. Recommended.

Such a small thing, could have made all the difference. I ordered online since it was very early in the morning before they opened. There was a section for "special instructions". I asked that a photo be taken and sent to me via text. As someone who orders flowers regularly in many different areas, according to where a particular client might be at that time, I like to see the work so I know for next time I have a client close to that flower shop, I'll know what their work is like. It's how many shops have had me as a repeat customer for years. At 10:30 someone called to ask a question about my order. Which I appreciated. And never mentioned any issues with my "special instructions" so I assumed I'd get a photo. Late in the day, just before closing, when I didn't receive anything I called and asked if they were delivered yet and they weren't yet delivered. Apparently my recipient wasn't home until later. So I mentioned the picture and she said, we don't have a camera in the store, we don't do that. So I explained, just a quick cell phone picture is fine. I would just like to see what I am getting. She said she'd have to check and put me on hold for so long I eventually hung up. I had someone else in the car who said, such a small thing to do I can't believe it's such a big deal to leave you on hold and make a big deal. Everyone in the world has a cell phone. You would think there would be at least one person there who could do this 30 second thing. Makes you wonder what it looks like that they aren't excited to show you. This is the difference between going the extra mile, in this case the extra inch and just doing the bare minimum. I'm going to have faith that they were lovely. But I will find another shop for when I have a client in that area. It's the little things that mean so much sometimes.

The only flower shop I'll recommend for wedding flowers!!! I got married back in 2019 and was having a very hard time finding a reliable florist with reasonable pricing. I decided to reach out to Cameron's and they were extremely responsive and asked me to come by the shop for a consultation. The consultation went amazing, they offered me a variety of flower options and was sure to ask if I had any 'must haves' for my bouquets. Since I was flexible on the types of flowers, the cost was lowered since they were able to use flowers that were in season. At the end of the consultation, they were able to give me a quote on the spot and I was floored by how reasonable it was! I almost couldn't believe it! To top it all off, they were able to deliver the flowers on the morning of the wedding for a very very reasonable fee. If you choose Cameron's for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!

I came in asking questions about a few flowers and purchasing and they kept forcing me to make a consultation without answering any questions. The older lady that dealt with me did not have good service skills. I work in the service industry and have never dealt with such horrible service before.

I recently received the most beautiful floral arrangement from this florist. It was stunning and lasted significantly longer than bouquets I received the same day from other shops. I loved the square decorated glass container it was in, which will be a lovely reminder of the occasion. I will be definitely using Cameron’s for future floral needs!

My partner has been a loyal customer of Camerons for the last 3 years. Their designs are more on the traditional side (e.g. they opt for green fern which, in my experience, a more modern floral designer would not), but that being said, they have always delivered fresh and full arrangements that were well worth the price. Unfortunately, I am not sure what happened most recently when I received a very large arrangement on May 19th, but it was the worst flower delivery I have ever received. Upon arrival, the box was soaking wet and about a third of the flower heads had snapped off - I understand that this was a transportation issue, but was also a bit disappointed to see that the vase was primarily full of fern and cheap daisies, the kind you can find in large bunches at Sobey's for $20. I also understand that this is a flower shop and not a big box grocery store, so more time and effort is put into the flowers, but still I was upset and felt very ripped off on behalf of my partner. The arrangement he chose was the "Epic Bloomers bouquet", he opted for the large size but I think instead of adding additional Gerber daisies and roses, they simply made it larger in volume with cheaper flowers and green filler. I cannot justify leaving a low rating for this experience because when I called regarding my concerns, the person working at the time was apologetic and very professional about the situation - I received a replacement for the arrangement within a few hours of my call. Unfortunately, the new replacement arrangement has since died (about half shrivelled up on the 21st, and today, the 24th, the remaining flowers are dead). I am writing this review as I am not what happened this time - perhaps a new florist has taken over, but I hope Cameron's returns to the same quality that I have always been used to.

I have been buying white roses for our anniversary for 13 years. I’ve been looking for a source since we moved to New Hamburg 3 years ago. This year I tried Cameron’s, which we discovered one day while eating in KW. The service was great AND the arrangement was the best ever. The glass vase was a generous size, attractively shaped and sturdy. The roses, greens and berries were in good condition and nicely arranged. Delivery to New Hamburg was reasonable. I ordered a large sympathy arrangement for a family member who passed away. Mary Lou detailed all of my requests and was able to create an amazing arrangement. I have made many floral arrangements myself and am a perfectionist. Mary Lou's workmanship was outstanding. Better than any other floral shop in town that I have used in the past. I recently received a beautiful arrangement from a friend and it was also of the highest quality. Ordering from Cameron's has never been a disappointment. They are not the least expensive place in town however their quality is second to none. You will not be disappointed.

My husband brought home what looked like a lovely bouquet for our anniversary a week ago. Neither the tea roses, nor the tulips opened, both just shrivelled and died. I have never had this happen before. The rest of the bouquet is still alive. Quite disappointing!

My partner ordered a beautiful and very expensive bouquet for my birthday as a surprise delivery on Friday. The flowers arrived and had clearly been damaged in transport with several heads snapped off, with flowers were already browning at the edges and did not look fresh – plus it came in a completely different and much cheaper looking vase than advertised. My partner was very upset, and sent an email with photos. He was pleased when he received a friendly response shortly afterwards stating that they would replace the bouquet the next day, and advising that lilies will brown very quickly (before we received them?). We know that lilies do not last as long as other cut flowers, but we sent pictures of multiple different types of flowers and greenery within the bouquet that were all browning; and the different vase was not acknowledge at all. The new flowers were delivered on Saturday and looked much better. Fast forward to Tuesday, only a matter of days afterwards and more than half of the first bouquet has withered completely, as well as much of the second bouquet. While we have purchased from Cameron’s before, we have never had the flowers need to be binned so quickly. The bouquet I had picked up at Sobey’s on Thursday night for $12 is definitely going to outlive the $300s worth of Cameron’s flowers clinging to life on my kitchen table. Even though I am completely dissatisfied with this product, I can’t justify a 1 start review as the customer service and ‘resolution’ were prompt and friendly enough and the second bouquet was beautifully arranged upon delivery; but I would not repeat this order.
