Pam's Flower Garden is a family owned florist shop and has been in Kingston forever. The care that they have for each and every client is inspiring, they above and beyond trying to match every detail to the client's request. We have had the privilege of working events that they have done the arrangements for and they are beautiful. Good work and hope to work alongside you again soon.

This store is simply lovely, especially in the rear of the store. Lush plants and beautiful flowers everywhere. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, although, sometimes I think there is a bit of disorganization. There is also an eclectic offering of clothing, handbags, candles, and knick-knacks. The prices are on the high side but the quality of the flowers is excellent. No free parking, unfortunately, just pay in the back.

I have been buying my plants from Pam's for years now, and I have never been disappointed with my purchase or the service received. I just bought three gorgeous hanging plants for my husband for Father's Day, and he and I both could not be happier with how these beauties brighten up our house. The plants are so gorgeous and healthy, and I know that they will thrive in our home because they have been well taken care of and nurtured. The folks at Pam's were super generous and friendly in helping me select our plants. Curbside pick-up was quick and easy, and as always, I was met with a smile at the door. I am already looking forward to buying more beautiful plants -- not for any special occassion; just because they are so lovely and because I truly enjoy shopping at Pam's.

We ordered same day delivery from FlowerShopping.com and they called us at 3:30pm to tell us they couldn't delivers the same day anymore. We scrambled to find someone who could send my friend flowers for her fathers passing the same day. Pam's Flower's went above and beyond in a scramble and got us an arrangement for delivery by 4pm. We are so incredibly thankful and grateful the staff went above and beyond for us today. The arrangement was beyond beautiful! Highly recommend!

I recently ordered a corsage for prom from Pam's Flower Garden. I am extremely disappointed. The corsage fell apart within 20 minutes of wearing it, the flowers were turning brown when i received, and it looked disgusting. When I went into Pam's Flower Garden to place my order, i was helped by an older woman who was extremely rude. She was giving me attitude and rushing the order. I know someone else who ordered a corsage from Pam's, and the exact same thing happened -- rude employees, and terrible product. I would never recommend going to Pam's, especially with so many better florists in Kingston, and in a very close vicinity. I will never be going back to Pam's.

Received an arrangement from Pam's Flower Garden, for my birthday, which was OK - very green, white and a little yellow - not very bright (it was a phone order from outside the city, so maybe person ordering wasn't specific enough re birthday - bright colours); there was a mix up re delivery time and flowers were delivered earlier than they were supposed to be, causing them to be left out in the cold and subsequently a couple of days later, the flowers started to wilt. I called Pam's and spoke with Owner/ Manager, Jeff, and explained what had happened; he apologized and said he would do something to "make it right" ... next day, a beautiful pkg of cut flowers was delivered. Thank you Jeff. I would recommend Pam's .

Amazing customer service and selection. I'm always hesitant to order flowers online as too often flowers are delivered late and poor quality, but Pam's Flower Garden was incredible. Definitely the largest selection I looked at (I was able to get a cactus garden- almost like a terrarium!) and the quality was perfect. My arrangement was delivered same day and my email was answered within minutes. I'm located in Toronto and I was totally put at ease about the transaction- they even sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery (at my request). From now on I will never go anywhere else!

Buyer beware. A couple of months ago I had bought this beautiful Marengo ivy plant from Pam’s. The plant cost me over 40 dollars for a 6 inch basket. Sadly the plant had become seriously infested with spider mites. None of my other 100+ houseplants have ever had pest issues. I’d called the store to see if they offered any kind of warranty on their plants. The unfriendly woman who took the call said “about” two weeks (whatever that means). Poor customer service and product for the prices they charge. I will never purchase another plant from this company. I will continue to give stores such as Home Depot and Rona Home and Garden my business. They charge half the price for bigger plants and offer a 1 year warranty with proof of purchase. I try to shop local as much as I can. This is one local shop that clearly doesn’t back up their products. Sad.

Fantastic experience with Pam's Flower Garden! The flowers were for my mother in laws birthday, and I was delighted with the service and quality provided. Made my order by phone, where the staff helped me pick out an arrangement after describing my MIL tastes, arranged for delivery, and were very transparent about what the arrangement would look like (i.e. no surprise substitutes and guarantees about what would be in the arrangement). The flowers were delivered promptly and were beautiful - the roses and tulips had perfect apertures, and will surely be in bloom for a week or more. To top it al off, the owner and staff are lovely people.

I ordered online which as nice and easy. I ordered an arrangement for mothers day to be delivered to her. I was worried about if they would come on time since I only booked a day before but they showed up no problem. the only issue I had with the order was that I also bought a balloon to go with it and thought that was an awesome idea at the time. the problem was they didn't inflate the balloon but handed it to my mother, which I found embarrassing. Since it was a helium balloon I had no way of inflating it either that day. I realize this was probably my fault for not reading the fine print somewhere I just wish there had been an extra step online to address that issue.

I drove to your shop yesterday, Friday, March 1st and arrived at 540 PM. Your site said you closed at 6. The shop was dark when I arrived and was completely empty. I think if you are going to close early, you should make a post for your customers so that their time isnt wasted driving across town to come to you to get a flower arrangement for a celebration of life ceremony. You guys are usually my first choice, but I may have to reconsider....

VERY EXPENSIVE and DISAPPOINTING. I purchased 'Morning Melody' and was very excited by the photos posted on their website but in person the arrangement was underwhelming. They did NOT come as pictured. I understand that it won't always look exactly as it does online (as they might not have some flowers, etc.) but I expected better. I order flowers often, and from various places and usually it's pretty close in appearance. If they don't have the specific flower pictured, usually a substitute flower is offered in its place.. not fully excluded as it was here (small purple flowers with petals). The arrangement pictured on their website looked so beautiful and full but what we got was 6 roses (as pictured on website, which I'm okay with), a few green leaves and the small purple 'Baby's-breath' flowers. The worst part is that they tried to fill the flowers by putting the ribbon inside with the bouquet (rather than wrapped around the vase) to make it more full looking.... for $125 (pricing includes delivery + tax) I expected better...Although I must note that delivery service was good but it does and did not compensate for the disappointing arrangement. Overall, I would NOT recommend.

I went to Pam's Flower Garden today, I had never been in there before so I thought I would just take a look. I was asked probably 8 times in my 10 minute visit if there was anything I needed help with, which seemed excessive. There was a large selection of beautiful looking flowers and the staff seemed nice but the establishment seemed disorganized with everything spread out and selling flowers, next to womens clothes, next to hand lotion, next to more flowers, next to chocolate. Just a very strange layout and assortment of items for sale.

I ordered mother's day flowers to surprise my Mom at work . I requested delivery before 3pm. When I called in the evening , I found out that my mom did not get the flowers. I am disappointed that it ruined the surprise. I called and left a message about the delivery problem and did not even get a called back. In addition , disappointed that the flowers I ordered did not even look the same as the one I ordered.

Recently, I went to Pam's to choose a floral arrangement for a funeral service. I received professional and very friendly assistance from Jeff. When I saw the arrangement at the Funeral Home, I was blown away. I have never seen an arrangement so beautiful ... and I am a senior! I highly recommend Pam's Flower Garden. If you are in Kingston, it is worth visiting the store. Not only the flowers are beautiful. There are many other wonderful gift items from Crabtree and Evelyn products to jewellery available.
